The resilient modulus which is presented mechanical properties of compacted subbase material is the design parameter on the Mechanistic - Empirical pavement design guide. The compaction control method on the Mechanistic - Empirical pavement design guide will be the way to confirm whether the in-situ elastic modulus measured after the compaction meets the resilient modulus which is applied the design. The resilient modulus in this study is calculated by the neural network suggested by Korea Pavement Research Program, and degree of compaction as the existing compaction control test and plate bearing capacity test(PBT) was performed to confirm whether the in-situ elastic modulus is measured. The Light Falling Weight Deflectometer(LFWD) is additionally tested for correlation analysis between each in-situ elastic modulus and resilient modulus, and is proposed correlation equation and test interval which can reduced overall testing cost. Also, the subbase compaction control procedure based on the in-situ elastic modulus is proposed using the in-situ PBT and LFWD test result.

There's been a difficulty for general corporate to adopt recent incident response study because those studies focus on nation wide CERT Coordination Center or large organization aspect. This study is focus on study and design on security ticket based CERT system through analysis Security management's threat element, attack element. response element and it also help general corporate establish incident response process that is adjusted on IT operation. Confirmed CERT model's effectiveness and effect of quantitative Security incident management wav that propose executing Security incident response experiment on the basis of this way. This study which Provides general corporate oriented CERT model can be used to improve corporate's capability of responding incident by quantified management technique and select incident response SLA indicator. Already, formation which operate CERT can heighten corporation's information protection level by measure Security incident response result as metrical and analyze and improve problem continuously.

현재의 워크플로우 관리 시스템에서 프로세스를 이루는 각 액티비티의 작업은 단일의 수행자에 의해서 처리되어 진다. 하지만 실제 기업의 프로세스나 과학 분야의 프로세스에서는 단일의 수행자가 아닌 여러 사람들의 협동을 통해 해결해야 하는 작업이나 실시간으로 데이터를 주고받으며 업무를 처리해야 하는 경우가 많다. 이런 작업들을 필요로 하는 곳에 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 도입하기 위해서는 실시간 협동 액티비티의 지원이 필요하다. 하지만 현재의 워크플로우의 표준 스펙에 협동 액티비티의 개념이 확실하지 않고 이에 대한 내용이 정의되어 있지 않기 때문에 실시간 협동 액티비티의 처리가 불분명한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 표준의 스펙을 확장하여 실시간 협동 액티비티를 지원하도록 기존의 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 확장 설계한다. 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 세부적으로 나누어 워크플로우 모델관점, 워크플로우 엔진 관점, 런타임 클라이언트의 관점으로 크게 세 부분으로 나누고 각 부분에서 실시간 협동 액티비티를 지원하기 위한 요구사항들과 그것의 처리 방안에 대해 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze problems and suggest improvement scheme based on questionnaire survey to design VE status for apartment buildings. For this study, the adapted research methods are case studies of design VE to construction companies and questionnaire survay to design staffs. The results of this study are as follows: 1) In the system aspect, the problems of design VE for apartment buildings are insufficiency of regulation and difficulty of performing design VE actively. In the performance aspect, the problems is absence of design VE procedure suited to apartment buildings. 2) In the system side, the improvements of design VE for apartment buildings include regulatory enlargement of design VE application for apartment buildings and rearrangement of VE incentive system for design staffs. In the performance side, a VE procedure suited to apartment buildings is developed and suggested.

Pupose: The purpose is to prepare safety management and seismic reinforcement measures that can effectively improve the potential risks of earthquake-resistant design and the deficiencies of safety guidance and inspection of factory facilities in national industrial complexes. Method: In this study, problems and improvement measures were derived through investigation and analysis of overall earthquake disaster safety management, such as safety management status and management system in preparation for earthquake disasters in national industrial complexes. was implemented to suggest improvement plans based on facility types and structural characteristics. Result: In conclusion, the problems of safety management and seismic reinforcement in preparation for earthquake disasters in national industrial complexes were summarized and classified into four types (seismic performance evaluation and related system supplementation, authority of tenant companies and local governments, seismic reinforcement and safety management support measures, organizational structure capacity building) to derive improvement measures. Conclusion: Based on this, seismic reinforcement measures that companies in national industrial complexes should implement in preparation for earthquake disasters were prepared, and detailed plans for each measure were presented.

Citizen participatory appraisal is a methodology of record practice that draws citizen participation in the evaluation process in various forms based on evaluation documentation. This study aims to address practical concerns about what kind of citizen participatory appraisal can be used locally and what specific design can be drawn. To this end, this study designs specific measures for citizens to recognize and monitor the responsibility of the national archives in the domestic record appraisal environment, focusing on thorough appraisal documentation and disclosure, the introduction of public consultation, and the initiative of citizen agenda.

Recently, it is studying to provide to users through internet in the SensorWeb of OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) saving and maintaining data and image information gathered from sensor network. It is necessary to study about data convergence as binding audio and video for delivering the sensing data and image information to users with real-time system. In this article, it suggests how to convergence sensing data and moving picture collected from the sensor network using index. This program indicates both of them that collected sensing data and information identified of moving picture in the integration index and based on this program provides sensing data moving picture at the same time referencing integration index, if the user asks. To verify suggested method designing real-time multimedia service structure using sensor network and image installation and implementing Ubiquitous realtime multimedia system integrating moving picture and sensing data based on index. As a result of this program, it is confirmed providing real-time multimedia service to request information of application service using integration index collected image and sensing data from wireless sensor network and image installation suggested data convergence method.

본 연구는 건설교통기술혁신 사업의 일환으로 '국가기준점의 관리 및 위치정보서비스 제공을 위한 전자표지석 개발' 과제에 관한 연구내용 및 결과를 중심으로 하고 있으며, 주 내용은 2차 년도 연구에서 수행한 TOA(Time Of Arrive) 방식을 적용한 전자표지석 개발에 관한 것이다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 국가기준점을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 새로운 방안을 제시하는 것으로, 기준점의 현황을 실시간 모니터링하고 기준점의 위치파악을 용이하게 할 수 있는 시스템을 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기준점의 현황을 모니터링 가능하도록 기준점의 움직임을 파악할 수 있는 센서를 부착하였고, 편리한 기준점 위치파악을 위하여 TOA(Time Of Arrive) 방식을 적용한 전자표지석의 설계 및 시제품을 제작하였다. 연구결과를 기준점 관리에 활용하기 위한 시제품을 개발하였다.

In this research, a ubiquitous-based strategy for managing waterworks facilities is proposed to increase the usability of the existing related databases and to ensure the systematic way of distributing information. The current status of the existing waterworks GIS and GIS database were analyzed to achieve the goal. By studying the state-of-the-art technology, we found that importing the LBS(Location Based Service) technology to the databases is necessary. The results of these efforts are exclusive waterworks-mobile-terminals and LBS system supporting them. Furthermore, the applicability of the ubiquitous technology to waterworks has been examined to realize the real-time waterworks management.

건설교통부는 국가미래에 대비해 실질적으로 기여할 수 있는 전략적이고 중장기적인 실효성 있는 R&D 혁신 로드맵인 VC-10 사업을 진행하고 있다. 이 과제의 핵심 기술 중에 하나인 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크는 초소형 센서들로 구성된 망으로써 환경 및 재난 재해, u-City 건설, 스마트 하이웨이, 방범 및 국방, 시설 관리, 유통, 등과 같은 다양한 분야에 사용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 사회의 핵심 요소이다. 이것은 실시간 네트워크를 통해 전송 또는 관리되고 언제, 어디서나, 어떠한 대상과 의사소통이 가능한 지능형 컴퓨팅 환경을 구현하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 하는 기존의 시스템들은 특정분야를 위한 독자적인 프로토콜이나 저전력 통신을 제공하는 ZigBee 기반으로 설계되었기 때문에 소규모 범위에서만 서비스 제공이 가능하며 시스템간의 연동이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크간의 연동성을 고려한 대규모 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 설계하여 다양한 분야로 서비스할 수 있는 테스트베드 구축에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 여기서 모니터링 대상은 국토의 지반, 환경, 그리고 도심지역 등이다. 이렇게 제시된 방안은 국내실정에 적합한 모니터링 시나리오를 작성하여 테스트베드를 구축 시에 요구된 사항들에 대한 정당성을 입증한다.
