This study aims to analyze both the current utilization of e-learning in the scuba diving education sector and the possible improvements by using Delphi analysis. The study administered three rounds of Delphi surveys with 25 specialists, including business executives and educational leaders from scuba diving centers and resorts affiliated with organizations that conduct scuba diving education through e-learning. The comparative analysis of the state of e-learning utilization and factors for improvement revealed significant insights. In terms of expected benefits, the analysis highlighted an increase in user convenience, temporal flexibility in learning activities, and easy access to products. However, it identified major issues such as the simplistic mandatory exams, inadequate professional depth in the feedback provided, and a lack of bidirectional communication between learners and instructors. Recommendations for improvements included enhancing communication through various online communities, conducting mandatory exams offline, and developing a variety of content. Conducting regular program quality evaluations, integrating with various diving communities, and assigning dedicated tutors were deemed crucial factors for future development.
This study aims to develop a system that enables users employing PC and VR devices to collaboratively analyze data visualizations in a remote environment. The system provides a task-oriented node-link control interface to aid users in understanding the visualization analysis process and effectively distributing roles. Additionally, it offers a network environment where multiple users can collaborate and receive feedback on visualization analysis even when physically separated. To elucidate the collaborative analysis method implemented in the system, we designed a scenario. Furthermore, we conducted a pilot experiment to evaluate the system's usability with participants majoring in related fields. The experimental results confirmed that users can freely analyze data through easily comprehensible interface manipulations in an extended reality space, and efficiently conduct real-time collaborative analysis in a remote environment.
Based on the research of the Public Welfare Games 'Mountaineering LightsUp', which is the main theme of helping the disadvantaged in society, this study uses the questionnaire method to obtain user data, and collects the data by using AMOS analysis for the effect of game interest elements on the experience of players. The results showed that the interesting elements (goal, obstacles, sense of belonging, atmosphere, story, information, and player to player communication) of the game were positively influenced by the experience of the game. And the questionnaire showed that the game still had problems such as playing simple, difficulty, lack of popularity, lack of feedback, and lack of storytelling. This paper also puts forward some proposals for these deficiencies. In future research, the research sample will be expanded, the research content will be improved, and the future Public Welfare Games will be designed and developed.

In this paper, we propose a practical implementation of network-adaptive HD(high definition) MPEG-2 video streaming with a cross-layered channel monitoring(CLM) over the IEEE 802.11a WLAN(wireless local area network). For wireless channel monitoring, AP(access point) periodically measures the MAC(medium access control) layer transmission information and sends the monitoring information to a streaming server. This makes that the streaming server reacts more quickly as well as efficiently to the fluctuated wireless channel than that of the end-to-end monitoring(E2EM) scheme for the video adaptation. The streaming sewer dynamically performs the priority-based frame dropping to adjust the video sending rate according to the measured wireless channel condition. For this purpose, our streaming system nicely provides frame-based prioritized packetization by using a real-time stream parsing module. Various evaluation results over an IEEE 802.11a WLAM testbed are provided to verify the intended QoS adaptation capability The experimental results show that the proposed system can effectively mitigate the quality degradation of video streaming caused by the fluctuations of time-varying wireless channel condition.
This study is a study on how much organizational leadership influences customer orientation so that it can secure and maintain a continuous competitive advantage in the rapidly changing environment of corporate management and public organizations. it was approached through theoretical consideration of pygmalion leadership. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, a conceptual definition of the three research variables of pygmalion leadership and its constituent atmosphere, feedback, and output is given. Second, the casual relationship between the conceptually defined three research variables of pygmalion leadership and self-efficacy and organizational commitment was verified. Third, the casual relationship was verified on the extent to which pygmalion leadership influences customer orientation through self-efficacy and organizational commitment, which are parameters. Fourth, through the verification result of the casual relationship between the research variables constituting the research model of this study. It was intended to present an implication. In addition, the significance of direct causal relationships between the research variables of pygmalion leadership, mediating variables, and dependent variables, which constitute the verified research models was verified, and the results of hypothesis testing were presented, and the academic and practical implications of the results of this study were presented.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teacher support program for integration of handicapped children on teaching efficacy of daycare center teachers. Methods: In the study, 12 day care teachers in 4 day care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were selected as experimental groups and 12 teachers in 5 day care centers were selected as control group. Teacher education is carried out through group education, such as understanding of developmental area, curriculum modification, activity-based embedded intervention, cooperative learning, direct teaching, disability understanding education, behavior support, family support. Individual teacher education provided counseling on the reality of child care for children with disabilities that reflects the needs of teachers for integrated child care for handicapped children. Teacher's Efficacy in Inclusive Practices (TEIP) was used as a pre post test to measure teacher's efficacy change. In order to analyze the results of the study, two independent sample t tests were conducted on the difference between pre-post test of teacher efficacy between the two groups. Results: As a result, There was a significant difference in the pre-post change of teacher efficacy between the two groups. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study are as follows, teacher support program provided immediate feedback in integrated child daycare center for the handicapped children, child care teachers improved their integrated handicapped children care expertise, provided responsive teacher support program to the actual needs of the site, teacher support program reflected various variables related to integration, and emphasized the cooperative relationship between researcher and child daycare center teacher. The results of this study can be used as actual data of field where lack of support for the integration of handicapped children is lacking.

This study applies the cognitive apprenticeship theory a representative learning theory of constructivism. to design and create a web courseware for data device operator license. to enable research that begins with peripheral participation in Problem solving and ends with full participation and initiative, to act as a medium for assisting students in learning, to enable adaptation to actual situations through simulation studies, to allow aggressive interaction, and to help reinforce the level of data processing with regard to learning. The student was made to evaluate learning materials at real time for feedback on insufficient areas, to enable effective learning. The study was done by offering a web courseware without applying the cognitive apprenticeship theory and a web courseware with the cognitive apprenticeship theory, which was followed by an evaluation on study achievement level and learning behavior and then a survey was done after the evaluations. The results of this study were first, the learning group with web courseware applying cognitive apprenticeship theory showed more effect in improving learning achievement than the group with web courseware without the cognitive apprenticeship theory. Secondly, learning with web courseware applying cognitive apprenticeship theory was more effective for improving learning behavior.
Proprioception defined it as the ability to detect, the spatial position or movement of joints using balance, power of the muscle, agility in the internal parts of the body. In existing study for improvement of proprioception, reaching task training provided a feedback; the assessment was not provided a feedback. But, this has problem that it can not guide a proprioception from situation with visual feedback. Virtual reality technique can solve the problem of way providing feedback during training. In this study, we developed proprioception training program using virtual reality and pilot study is performed. VR task were composed three modes. In mode 1, real-time movement of the body was provided using visual feedback. In mode 2, body position was provided using visual feedback when participant have specific response. And in mode 3, body position was not provided. VR task is performed five sessions at each mode and one session performed one by one a three target. In the result of this study, the moving time toward the target from mode 3 was smaller than the moving time toward the target from mode 1 (p= 0.001). The correlation was statistically significant between mode 2 and mode 3 while be offering visual feedback position of mode 2 1session. But, the correlation was not statistically significant between mode 2 and mode 3 after be offered visual feedback position of mode2 1session (p = 0.012). Training environment of mode 1 shows which training used visual feedback than proprioception. Mode2 can execute training of proprioception because first session acquires visual feedback by proprioception. The next study will be verification of the system for training or assessment by clinical experiment.
This paper tested the lead-lag relationship as well as the symmetric and asymmetric volatility spillover effects between international currency futures markets and cash markets. We use five kinds of currency spot and futures markets such as British pound, Australian and Canadian dollar, Brasilian Real and won/dollar spot and futures markets. daily closing prices covering from September 15, 2003 to July 30, 2009. For this purpose we employed dynamic time series models such as the Granger causality based on VAR and time-varying MA(1)-GJR-GARCH(1, 1)-M. The main empirical results are as follows; First, according to Granger causality test, we find that the bilateral lead-lag relationship between the five countries' currency spot and futures market. The price discover effect from currency futures markets to spot market is relatively stronger than that from currency spot to futures markets. Second, based on the time varying GARCH model, we find that there is a bilateral conditional mean spillover effects between the five currency spot and futures markets. Third, we also find that there is a bilateral asymmetric volatility spillover effects between British pound, Canadian dollar, Brasilian Real and won/dollar spot and futures market. However there is a unilateral asymmetric volatility spillover effect from Australian dollar futures to cash market, not vice versa. From these empirical results we infer that most of currency futures markets have a much better price discovery function than currency cash market and are inefficient to the information.
