Quality Characteristics of Muffins containing Beet Powder (비트 가루 첨가량에 따른 머핀의 품질특성)

  • This study examines the quality characteristics of the muffins made by adding 3%, 6%, and 9% of beet powder, comparing with the reference group. The result showed that there has been no significant difference in the ash content from the groups added with 3% and 9% of beet powder. The height of muffins appeared to be 4.7~5.0 cm, which didn't show any significant difference among the samples. The volume of beet muffins has shown significant difference among the samples (p<0.001). From the measurement result by scanning electron microscope (SEM), the samples had thick cellular walls and coarse pores because there was less gluten content with increased beet powder. From the chromaticity measurement result, L value and b-value decreased, while a-value increased with increased beet powder. From the texture measurement result, hardness increased with increased beet powder. Adhesiveness appeared to be getting lower with increased beet powder. Also, there was significant difference among the samples for cohesiveness (p<0.001). Gumminess got higher in the samples added with 3% and 6% of beet powder, and the highest chewiness was shown in the sample group added with 3% of beet powder. From the sensory evaluation result, overall acceptance has appeared in order of 6% > 9% > 3% > 0%.

  • So far, the quantified elasticity data of textile fabrics has not been present because the measurement method depends on the knowledge of measurement operators. In this paper, the special manufactured measurement equipment using road cell is presented to measure the elasticity coefficient of textile fabrics in real time. The measurement method is based on the voltage differency among textile fabrics. The textiles with strong elasticity are high voltage produced from road cell. The others are low. The presented method can be applied to visualize the textile, sew the cloth, control quality of textile fabrics. Also, these measurement datum are used to B2B electronic trading system.

  • Currently, the quality measurement of the work is carried out by the supervisor's visual inspection, as the workers individually judge the number of resolutions, thickness, speed and vibration. After work, we are conducting follow-up work through traditional spot test, which is less representative. Therefore, it is impossible to check the results of the resolution, and there is always the possibility that problems will arise due to poor construction. This study demonstrates the feasibility of using the continuous compaction strength measurement method by comparing the continuous compaction strength measurement method and the conventional compaction strength measurement method after performing the compaction in the actual field scale in various test conditions. The validity is verified by analyzing the Compaction Meter Value of an Intelligent Compaction roller composed of a Global Positioning System and an accelerometer, Based on the proven results, a full range of quality can be confirmed without a single test. The quality confirmation is visualized in the compaction control program developed in this study, This enables the field manager to perform real-time quality monitoring at the same time as compaction.

Effect of Destination and Cruise Service Attributes on Customer Satisfaction (크루즈 기항지와 선사 서비스속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to suggest ways to enhance service competitiveness in cruise and destination, this study developed a measure of cruise tour service and analyzed the impact and relative importance on customer satisfaction. Specifically, for the service quality analysis, based on the SERVPERF model, the specialty of the industry was reflected through the arguments of tourism and transport logistics, and the three factors of cruise service quality and destination service quality were derived and utilized as measurement tools. As an analysis method, factor and reliability analysis were conducted using data collected via a survey. Next, correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables and regression analysis was performed to check the impact of cruise tour service quality on customer satisfaction. The study found that both cruise service attributes and destination service attributes had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and that the relative importance of service attributes was identified. Accordingly, it was found that the service quality should be formed by reflecting arguments in the tourism and transport logistics sectors and that the service should be further improved and developed according to the importance of the service attributes so as to enhance cruise tour products.

  • 항공전자와 같은 실시간 시스템을 위한 어플리케이션은 신뢰성을 보장하는 것이 중요하다. 기존의 동적 분석 도구가 사용하는 Sampling기법이나 Instruction측정은 성능 저하 구간을 올바르게 탐지하지 못하기 때문에 프로그램의 품질을 상승시키기 어렵고 디버깅 비용을 증가시킨다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 함수 별 실행 시간을 측정하고, 함수의 수행 구조를 추적하여 성능저하구간을 직관적으로 식별할 수 있는 수행시간 분석 도구를 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 계통연계형 전력변환 장치의 폐루프 제어에 이용되는 전류센서의 고장진단 및 허용운전 기법을 제안한다. 전류 센서에 고장이 발생하면, 정확한 출력전력제어가 불가능해져 품질이 저하될 뿐만 아니라 이에 대한 허용운전이 이루어지지 않으면 전체시스템의 운전을 중지해야 한다. 따라서 실시간 고장진단 및 허용운전 기법이 필요하다. 제안한 기법은 측정된 값과 추정 값의 비교를 통해 고장진단을 하고, 고장발생시 정상 센서에서 측정된 전류 값을 이용하여 허용운전을 한다. 10kW급 3병렬 전력 변환 시스템을 모의한 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 기법의 성능을 검증하였다.

  • 국내 B2C(Business to Customer) 산업에 있어 많은 기업,기관들의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 고객이 원하는 서비스를 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질 및 성과를 향상 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 현재 우리나라에서는 고객 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 부재한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 B2C산업군중 의료서비스 분야에 있어 고객 만족도를 실시간으로 수집 및 분석할 수 있는 피드백 모바일 시스템을 제안하며 시스템 개발과정 중 가장 중요한 요소인 고객 만족도 측정항목을 분석한다.

  • Due to the great advances in e-Marketplace and changes in type of items purchased from the online market, it has been dramatically increased the demand of the storage and transportation under the special conditions such as restricted temperature. Especially, the cold chain needs the way to transparently measure and monitor the entire network in realtime because it has a very complicated structure and requires totally different criteria at the every different steps and items. In this research, it has been presented the performance evaluation metrics to make contract using service level agreement (SLA), the way to apply the smart contract based on blockchain, the structure of blocks, service platform and application in order to build cold chain which can prevent the risk factors by measuring and sharing information in realtime using block chain technology. In addition, we have proposed the way to store the measured performance and reputation of each player in the block using smart contract based on SLA. With the presented framework, all players including service providers as well as users can secure the information for making the rational decisions. When the service platform is actually built and operated, it seems possible to secure the information in transparently and realtime. Also, it is possible to prevent the risk factors or prepare the preemptive plans to react on them.

  • 본 연구에서는 강우시 발생되는 비점오염원의 모니터링시 측정되는 강우자료와 유출자료, 수질 자료에 대한 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 자료관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 비점오염 모니터링 자료관리시스템(NP-DAQ, Nonpoint-Data Quality Assessment)의 구성요소는 크게 다음과 같은 세가지로 이루어진다. 비점오염원 분석이 요구되는 유역에서의 모니터링 유무 및 실시간 측정 장치의 유무를 확인하는 전처리단계, 선행무강우시간 및 강우지속시간, 강우강도를 평가하고 수질 측정 간격과 유출 수문곡선을 평가하는 품질관리 단계, 측정된 자료의 이상치 분석과 유출모형의 입력자료를 생성하는 후 처리 단계로 나눌수 있다. 본 연구의 적용 대상 자료는 낙동강수계 환경기초조사사업으로 수집된 비점오염원 모니터링에 대한 자료를 사용하였으며 측정된 자료는 지목별 지역별 특성에 따라 분류하여 자료관리시스템에 적용하여 분석하였다. 따라서 비점오염원 모니터링 결과 얻어진 강우 및 유출, 수질 자료를 대상으로 하여 자료의 신뢰성 평가 및 불확실성을 평가하여 보다 정확한 오염물질 유출 특성을 분석하는데 기초가 되는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다.
