21세기 경영환경은 글로벌화와 고객 요구 사항의 다변화로 대표될 수 있으며 이러한 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해서는 기업의 대응력 및 유연성이 확보되어야 한다. 글로벌 한 경영환경 하에서 기업현안에 대한 실시간 분석을 통하여 기업 자원의 최적화를 추구할 수 있도록 정보기술 구조를 근간으로 기업 내의 전 업무 기능을 통하는 ERP 시스템 및 시장의 정의와 특징을 알아보고 이를 근간으로 하여, 국내외 시장들이 ERP를 얼마나 도입하여 성공을 거두었는지를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 ERP기술 현황이 ERP 성공에 영향을 미치는지 관계를 분석하여 국내 ERP 기업들이 나아가야 할 방향을 조심스럽게 제시하고자 한다.

관리사무실에서 원거리 현장사무실을 관리할 수 있는 직접적인 방법이 없는 형편이다. 전화나 팩스를 이용할 경우에 소요되는 인력이나 경제적 손실등에대한 낭비가 막대하다. 이에 따라 감시 카메라를 사용하는 기업이 산업화가 가속화되면서 점차 늘어나고 있다. 생산 현장등에서 차량 감시 시스템, 경비 시스템, 주차장 관리 시스템등의 다양한 부문별로 감시 카메라를 이용하는 기업들이 많이 있다. 이러한 기업들의 시스템에서 실시간 감시 관리 시스템을 이용하여 동화상 자체를 카메라에 연결된 시스템의 저장매체에 저장하고 있으며, 이를 감시인이 원거리에서 실시간 감시하고 있다. 이런 경우에는 시스템의 비용이 고가이고 저장된 영상의 분석 또한 쉽지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 경제적이고 실용적인 방법으로 감시 카메라, 영상 전송 시스템, 영상 분석 시스템등으로 구성되어 웹 기반으로 활용할 수 있는 생산현장 원격 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

기업 홍보를 위해 사용되는 인쇄 기반의 카탈로그는 오프라인의 한계로 비용대비 효과를 보지 못하는 경우가 많기 때문에 최근에는 웹 기술을 이용해 고객에게 실시간으로 회사 정보를 제공하는 전자 카탈로그가 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 벤처기업, 소상공인 등의 소규모 기업 대부분은 전자 카탈로그를 구축하고 유지보수를 하기위해 인력과 비용을 지출하기가 힘들다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 기반의 모바일앱 카탈로그 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템을 이용하여 소규모 회사에서는 적은 비용으로 쉽고 빠르게 카탈로그를 구축한 후 스마트폰에 설치함으로써 스마트폰만 있으면 언제 어디서든 고객에게 회사 및 제품을 소개할 수 있다. 또한, 구현된 시스템은 카탈로그 정보관리 기능을 제공함으로써 회사의 변경사항을 실시간으로 유지보수를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

최근 4차 산업혁명이 가속화되면서 IT 기반 산업들이 제품 중심 사업에서 서비스 위주의 사업으로 변화하는 양상을 보인다. 그에 뒤 받침 하듯이 세계 스타트업 기업 가치를 측정해 보았을 때 1위부터 4위까지 모두 IT 기반의 사업이라는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 그중 750억 달라 가치를 가진 Uber, 560억 가치를 가진 디디추싱은 모두 차량 공유 시스템을 서비스를 기업으로, 세계 각국의 사람들의 현재 차량 매칭 서비스에 관심이 집중 되어있다. 이러한 차량 매칭 서비스는 사용자들 실시간 매칭을 해주기 때문에 많은 사람들이 서버에 접속하여 인증을 요청하게 된다. 또한 기업은 많은 사람들의 실시간 인증을 처리해야하기 때문에 다수의 요청을 처리하는 것은 시스템 사양을 결정하게 되는 중요한 요소가 된다. 이러한 서버 기반 인증 방식은 메모리에 부하가 걸리는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 사람들이 들어오는 차량 매칭 서비스에서 토큰 인증 기반 방식인 JWT를 활용하여 기존의 서버에 사용자의 정보를 저장하는 세션 인증 방식보다 좀 더 효율적인 인증 방식을 제안하고자 한다.

This study is to review the attitude of consumers on the crisis response strategy (defensive vs. receptive) that the company implements in crisis situations. Also, the interaction between the crisis response strategy that the company implements and the crisis type of companies (corporate ability vs corporate social responsibility) was discussed. In addition, the interaction between the messages (abstract vs. concrete) of public interest associated marketing implemented prior to crisis situations and the crisis response strategy implemented after crisis situations was discussed. And these results were reviewed to see if the same result can come out after controlling the involvement on consumer's public interest associated marketing as a covariate. The main results of this study are as follows. First, regarding the crisis response strategy, in the company's crisis response strategy, the receptive attitude was more favorable for the consumer's attitude than the defensive attitude. Second, it was seen that there is a significant interaction between the crisis response strategy of companies and the crisis type of companies. Third, it was seen that the crisis response strategy of companies has a significant interaction with the message type of public interest associated marketing. Lastly, the involvement showed a significant effect as a covariate and the interaction between the crisis response strategy of companies, the crisis type of company and the message type of public interest associated marketing can be confirmed even after controlling the involvement. In the conclusion of the study, the direction on implications, limitations and future.

At past, but smaller enterprises had operated each business automation system about office, at present, are making use of integration ERP information system that take advantage of accessible web technology in outside environment. In this research we took smaller enterprise's example, constructed ERP system that real-time processing is available to supply ERP information to customer by real time and to handle business in outside site. With construction result of this system, we verified efficiency of system and customers' satisfaction etc of customer's complaint solution, business productivity elevation, economical curtailment and so on through various kinds quantitative estimation.

In recent years, by utilizing the greatest strengths of process mining, the various research activities have been actively progressed to use auditing work of business organization. On the other hand, there is insufficient research on systematic and efficient analysis of massive data generated under big data environment using process mining, and proactive monitoring of risk management from audit side, which is one of important management activities of corporate organization. In this study, we intend to realize Hadoop-based internal audit integrated real-time monitoring system in order to detect the abnormal symptoms in prevent accidents in advance. Through the integrated real-time monitoring system for purchasing audit, we intend to realize strengthen the delivery management of purchasing materials ordered, reduce cost of purchase, manage competitive companies, prevent fraud, comply with regulations, and adhere to internal control accounting system. As a result, we can provide information that can be immediately executed due to enhanced purchase audit integrated real-time monitoring by analyzing data efficiently using process mining via Hadoop-based systems. From an integrated viewpoint, it is possible to manage the business status, by processing a large amount of work at a high speed faster than the continuous monitoring, the effectiveness of the quality improvement of the purchase audit and the innovation of the purchase process appears.

VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)는 일반 전화망이 아닌 인터넷 망을 통해 실시간 데이터인 음성을 전송하는 방식으로 음성 통신비용의 절감 효과와 다양한 서비스로 인한 부가 가치를 통해 개인, 기업, 기간 통신 사업자들에게 큰 이득을 가져다 줄 수 있다. 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 본 논문에서는 RTLinux 기 반에서 VoIP 게이트웨이를 구현함으로서 실시간 처리를 요하는 시스템의 개발기간 단축과 시스템 성능 향상을 목적으로 시스템을 구현하였다. RTLinux는 기존 리눅스 커널 위에서 동작하며, 또한 하드리얼타임을 제공하여 리눅스가 가지고 있던 실시간 처리 문제를 극복할 수 있다. 구현한 시스템은 end-to-end 간에 코덱 (G.723.1)을 전송한 후 프레임간 Delay와 Jitter, loss를 측정하여 기존 리눅스와 RTLinux간의 시스템 성능을 비교 테스트하였으며, 그 결과 기존 리눅스에 비교하여 RTLinux 기반의 게이트웨이가 코덱이 제한하는 시간 안에 음성 전송을 처리함으로서 실시 간 처리를 요하는 시스템 개발에 적절한 솔루션임을 확인하였다.

EAI(Enterprise Application Integration : 전사적 애플리케이션 통합)는 기업간 또는 기업 내부의 다양하고 이질적인 시스템과 애플리케이션 그리고 비즈니스 프로세서를 통합 하는것[1]이며, 본 논문에서는 기존의 데이타 처리에서 발생하는 문제점인 수신측 장애시 데이터의 손실이 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위한 방법으로 C.M(Certificate Message)방식을 제안하였으며 이를 증명하기 위하여 Ledger File에 Confirm 되지않은 메시지를 보관하여 수신측의 장애 이거나 네트워크 장애에도 Data 손실을 방지하는, Review Ledger File 방식을 적용한 C API 프로그램으로 구현하여 증명함 으로써 수신측 상태가 정상적으로 된 경우에 송신측의 Ledger File 다시 읽어서 재송신하여 그 어떤 장애 상황에도 Data 손실됨을 방지하여 실시간 트랜잭션의 처리에 획기적인 방법을 제시하였고, 기존 EAI 시스템 개발시에 문제점으로 대두된 표준화된 개발 방법이 부재하여 개발 및 유지보수에 많은 비용이 발생한 것에 대하여 본 논문은 표준화 방법을 통하여 해결책을 제시하였고, 또한 Ledger File 및 데이타에 대한 모니터링 방법을 Cobol API 프로그램을 통하여 구현하여 실시간 장애 모니터링 방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 결론에서 앞으로의 발전방향에 대하여 논의한다.

USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network)의 인프라 기술은 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 다양한 서비스를 창출하고 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 기술로 정착하고 있다. 산업분야에서는 관계적 협업이 중시되는 비즈니스 환경에서 실시간 기업이 되기 위해 RFID, EPC 네트워크 등의 기술을 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적용한 u-SCM으로 적용할 수 있다. 웹 서비스 환경에서 u-SCM을 적용하면서도 고차원의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 u-SCM프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 SCM에 적용한 u-SCM 프로세스를, 비즈니스 프로세스 표준언어인 BPEL(Business Process Execution Language)을 적용하여, 각 업무프로세스를 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 효과적으로 통합하여 적용하도록 하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 기업, 조직 간에 적재적소에 실시간 데이터를 수집하고 접근 및 분석하여, 업무 프로세스의 중단이 없도록 u-SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링 하는 것이 가능하도록 하며, 향후 u-SCM프로세스 수행 결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다.
