Change detection is a core functions of remote sensing. It can be widely used in public business such as land monitoring, demage assessment from disaster, growth analysis of cities, etc. However, it seems that the change detection using satellite imagery has not been fully used in public business. For the person who are in charge of public business, it would not be easy to implement the change detection because various functions are combined into it. So, to promote the use of the change detection in public business, the standard, the process and the method for the change detection in public business should be established. Also, the software which supports that would be very useful. This study aims to promote the use of satellite imagery in public business by building up the change detection process which are suitable for general public business and developing the change detection software to support the process. The software has been developed using ETRI Components for Satellite Image Processing to support the interoperability.

본 논문에서는 국내에서 주상복합건물에 주로 건설되는 철근콘크리트 전단벽과 무량판 골조 기둥 시스템의 횡저항 거동을 조사, 분석하였다. 이 시스템의 내진설계 시 건물골조시스템을 적용하게 되는데 전단벽 설계는 큰 어려움이 없으나 골조의 경우 변형의 적합성을 고려해야 할 경우에 상세하고 명확한 지침이 마련되어 있지 않아 그 적용이 쉽지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 예제 건물을 선정하여 기준에 따라 설계한 후 비선형정적 해석을 수행하여 철근콘크리트 전단벽과 무량판 골조 기둥의 비선형 거동을 조사하였다. 그 결과 무량판 골조 기둥의 거동은 전단벽에 종속되었고 변형의 적합성을 고려하기 위해 골조의 모멘트를 증폭하더라도 기둥의 단면 변화가 크지 않으므로 실무적으로 큰 어려움이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 강도뿐만 아니라 변형 능력에 대해서도 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 중소기업에 종사하는 구성원들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인의 직무적합성과 조직의 공정성 두 변수를 독립변수로 하여 분석하였다. 각각의 독립변수별로 하위에 세부변수를 도출하여 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 상관관계 정도를 분석하여 중소기업 인사 실무담당자들이 인력채용이나 직무관리 시에 종사원들의 직무역량 향상을 위해 필요한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 중소기업 종사자 323명을 대상으로 설문지를 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 분석을 실시하고, 회귀분석 등을 통해 독립변수와 종속변수간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 대부분의 선행연구가 직무역량이 직무만족이나 조직몰입 등에 미치는 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 직무역량 향상에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 영향 정도를 구분하여 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze what constitutes the sympathetic component of nurses care of dementia patients. For this study, 219 nurses in nursing dementia patients were treated in nursing hospitals. Using the Empathy Consensus Rating Scale (ECRS), basic model extraction, model modification, and model suitability verification were performed through factor structure search and confirmation factor analysis (CFA). The results of this study confirmed the validity and reliability of the constituents with 49 questions, including 3 factors including the acceptance of other emotions, the suppression of one's own emotions, and the exchange and interaction of emotions. According to these results, it is expected that the ECRS that can secure validity and reliability can be used for the study to confirm the nurse's Empathy in the dementia patients' nursing field.

More than 20 years after introducing the public records management system in Korea, the criteria and methodologies for archival appraisal and selection are still unclear. Modern archival appraisal theories have developed in two orientations, such as provenance and pertinence. This study aims to investigate the methodological implications of each theoretical orientation of archival appraisal and to suggest some directions for improving the appraisal practices and policies. Firstly, archival appraisal theories are analyzed according two orientations. Secondly, four methodologies are derived from combining the macro/micro dimension and theoretical orientations. Thirdly, the methodological orientations of the criteria for selecting permanent records presented in the Public Records Management Act are analyzed. Finally, based on these analyses, appraisal policies and practices for selecting the records with permanent value are proposed to be improved.

The purpose of this study is to analyzed that the perceived price and VMD fitness of the SPA(speciality store retailer of Private label Apparel) brand characteristics impacts on multidimensional commitment consist of affective commitment, calculative commitment and behavioral commitment. Using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 by structural equation modeling analysis, we found that perceived price have effects on affective commitment, behavioral commitment and calculative commitment significantly, and VMD fitness have effects affective commitment significant only. Affective commitment and calculative commitment on behavioral commitment was affected significantly. Through this study we found that perceived price and VMD fitness SPA brand maintaining relationships between the consumer and the seller are an important factors.

This study aims to empirically identify how job embeddedness which is consisted of links, fit, and sacrifice affects seafarers' turnover intention via organizational commitment. The results of covariance structure analysis on the questionnaire data collected from 362 seafarers are as follows. First, as job embeddedness increases, the seafarers' organizational commitment also increases. Second, organizational commitment seems to have negative relationship with seafarers' turnover intention at the marginally significant level, since links and fit have direct negative relationship with turnover intention.

최근 국내외 소프트웨어 개발 특성의 변화인 잦은 요구사항의 변경, 단축된 비즈니스 라이프사이클, 비용절감의 압력등과 맞물려 생산성을 높이기 위한 개발 접근방식이 요구되었으며, 소프트웨어의 재사용 및 높은 생산성을 제공할 수 있는 대표적인 방법이 디자인 패턴이다. 본 연구는 웹 어플리케이션 시스템 개발에 실제 적용가능한 UI디자인 패턴모델을 개발하기 위해 20개의 웹 어플리케이션 시스템을 표본으로 추출하여 1000여개의 단위업무화면을 분석하였다. 개발한 어플리케이션 UI 디자인 패턴 모델을 실무 전문가(UI디자이너, 개발자)들에게 이해도, 사용적합성, 생산성측면에서 검증하여 실무에 적용가능한 모델임을 객관적으로 증명하였다.

현대 사회에서 소프트웨어가 사용되는 분야가 다양해지고 그 규모가 커짐에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서 일부분을 내부조직이나 외부조직에게 외주를 주는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 그래서 소프트웨어 외주관리를 어떻게 하느냐는 프로젝트의 성공에 있어서 중요한 요소로 자리잡고 있다. 소프트웨어 외주관리는 적합한 외주업체를 선정하고 선정된 외주업체를 효과적으로 관리하는 활동이다. 최근에 체계적인 외주관리를 위한 많은 노력이 시도되고 있고, 관련 표준들이 제시되고 관련 연구가 수행되고 있다. 하지만 관련 표준들과 방법론들은 그 내용이 추상적이고 구체적이지 않다. 그래서 이런 표준과 모델들에서 제시된 내용을 실무에 적용하기는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 CMM, CMMI, SPICE, ISO/IEC 12207 등의 표준에서 제시하고 있는 소프트웨어 외주관리 활동과 다른 관련 표준 및 외주관리 활동에 대한 기존 연구 내용의 분석을 통해서 실무에 직접적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 소프트웨어 외주관리를 위한 프레임워크를 연구, 개발하였다.

제주지역 지하수개발을 위해서는 굴착예정지역의 지하수위를 예측하고, 지하수 해석 모델을 이용하여 사용량에 따른 수위변동을 분석한다. 그러나 지하수 개발예정지역은 관측결과가 없는 미계측 지점으로 정확한 수위를 예측하기에는 한계가 있다. 일반적으로 실무에서는 분석유역 내 관측정의 관측수위와 모델에서 계산된 지점수위만을 비교한 후 부정류 해석을 실시한다. 이러한 경우 관측지점에 한하여 유사한 지하수위를 도출할 수 있지만 미계측 지역의 지하수위는 검증되지 않은 결과이기 때문에 정확한 부정류해석이 어렵다. 특히, 제주지역의 지하수흐름은 지역별 표고분포와 상이한 결과가 나타내기 때문에 실제 지하수흐름과 유사하게 묘사될 수 있도록 분석지역의 특성에 적합한 지하수 모델 분석방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지하수 해석모형을 이용하여 대정유역의 지하수흐름을 모의하고, 실무에서 적용되는 방법의 문제점을 파악하여 모델의 지하수흐름이 실제 흐름과 유사하게 묘사될 수 있도록 모델경계설정방안을 분석하였다.
