This paper is on the analysis of the survey results for the recognition of the practical engineering education among the engineering educators and educatees including alumni. After performing the survey, we classify 4 forms of practical engineering education, company-oriented, major-field-oriented, basic-engineering-knowledge-oriented and others. Also we survey what are necessary for the students to get employed. The survey results indicate that the respondents understand the practical engineering education as company-oriented and many of them also recognized basic-engineering-oriented engineering education. For the employment, the professors and the alumni focus on the personal character but the students feel that major field knowledge and the English ability are vital to the employment tests. Concerning the opinion for the students on the shortage of ability as an engineer, the professors respond the major field knowledge while the students and the alumni answer the English ability. This research produces some interesting results on the direction of practical engineering education, but needs more detailed and extended survey and analysis.

최근 우리나라에서는 창업교육에 대한 관심과 열의가 매우 높아지고 있으나 아직 창업 교육이 제대로 이루어지고 있다고 할 수 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 창업교육을 통해 대학생들에게 창업동기를 제공하고 창업에 의욕 등을 높일 수 있는 창업관련 강좌의 개설 확대 및 활성화를 위한 구체적인 시책을 살펴보았다. 창업의지에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보면, 전공, 창업교육 경험 횟수, 창업교육 도움정도가 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해서 예비창업자를 위한 창업박람회를 개최의 필요성과 창업교육의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 산학연계를 통한 실무형 창업교육이 필요하다. 또한 다양한 창업분야에서 실무형 창업교육이 가능하도록 창업보육센터, 소상공인지원센터, 테크노파트 등의 산학관련 기관에서 필요한 시설을 갖추고 교육에 필요한 전문 강사의 육성도 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

그동안 경제적, 기술적 사정으로 인하여 단순 밝혀주는 조명으로만 활용된 조명산업이 21C 부터는 밝기의 조정, 칼라의 조정이 병행된 감정조명의 시대가 도래하여, 주거생활 조명, 상업용 조명, 문화 공간의 조명 등에 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했다. 이에 따른 조명기술의 눈부신 발전과 조명산업의 발전이 어우러진 가운데 산업현장에는 조명 전문가의 소요가 급속히 발생되고 있는 반면에 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하는 교육기관이 턱없이 부족하여, 조명전문가 양성은 요원한 실정이다. 이에 필요한 Hareware와 Software를 구축하고, 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하고 있는 경북전문대학의 조명전문가 양성교육 시스템을 활용하여 조명전문가 양성교육 현황을 확인하고, 보다 나은 효율적인 교육시스템 구축에 필요한 그 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

20C까지 단순히 밝혀주고, 점멸만 하는 조명형태가 21C부터는 밝기의 조정, 칼라의 조정이 병행된 감성조명의 시대로 도래하여, 주거생활 조명, 상업용 조명, 문화공간의 조명 둥에 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했다. 특히, LED 응용조명은 자동차 분야 및 PV분야 등 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 연 4조원의 세계시장과 2,000억원의 국내시장으로 점유되고 있으며, 연평균 45% 성장 ($1995{\sim}2004$)으로, 성능은 향상되고, 가격은 년 $10{\sim}15%$로 인하되어 "미디어파사드"로 그 응용이 눈부시게 가속화 되는 실정이다. 조명기술의 눈부신 발전과 조명산업의 발전이 어우러진 가운데 조명 산업 현장에는 조명전문가의 소요가 급속히 발생되고 있는 반면에 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하는 교육기관과 프로그램이 턱없이 부족하여, 수요에 비하여 조명전문가 양성은 요원한 실정이다. 조명교육시스템을 구축하고, 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하고 있는 경북전문대학의 조명전문가 양성교육시스템을 참고로 하여, 보다 효율적인 단계별 중견조명 전문가의 양성에 대해 연구하여, 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 공학교육인증 체제에서 요구되는 학부생들의 실무 설계능력을 제고하기 위하여 지역대학에서 필요한 산학협동과제 기반의 실무인력양성 모델을 제안한다. 산학맞춤형 프로그램, 인턴쉽 프로그램 등 학부 학생들의 실무능력 향상 및 취업률 제고를 위한 기존 방안들이 만족할 만한 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 상황에서 학생들의 실무수행 능력 제고를 위한 보다 근본적인 대학-산업체간의 협력이 요구되며 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 산학협동과제를 발굴하여 이를 주제로 실무인력 교육에 상호 지원하는 체제가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 모델에 기반을 둔 연구개발팀을 실제로 구성하여 산업체로부터 제시되는 프로젝트를 추진한 사례를 통하여 학부 학생들이 산업체에서 활용 가능한 수행 결과물을 도출함과 동시에 참여 학생들의 취업 성과를 통하여 실무능력이 월등히 개선될 수 있음을 보인다.

It is necessary to make efforts to resolve complaints such as the mismatch of the labor market and the re-education costs for the new employees by acting as the higher vocational education center of the university. This course introduces the case of developing a practical curriculum based on the competency units presented in the curriculum of the application system that meets the demands of the human resources development and the industrial field demands of the machinery area corresponding to the demand of the industrial society. By analyzing the job duties of industry, it is necessary to develop the new curriculum after grasping the level of demand according to the area, and the importance of the ability to equip as a professional technical manpower and to create high performance is increased. It will help to improve the employment rate of students through the development of field-oriented curriculum.
