연속 측정된 수위자료를 유량자료로 환산하는 방법중의 하나인 수위-유량관계곡선식은 국내에서 널리 사용된다. 현장에서 측정된 유량자료로 개발되는 수위-유량관계곡선식(이하 곡선식)은 일반적으로 측정성과의 정확도가 그 정도를 좌우하지만, 개발과정에서 개발자의 주관적인 판단에 의해 좌우되기도 한다. 정확한 곡선식을 개발하기 위해 개발자는 수리학적 특성(수위-${\sqrt{Q}}$, 수위-유속, 수위-단면적 등)을 검토하고, 수문학적 특성(상하류 관계, 유출분석 등)을 검토하여 최종 곡선식을 결정하게 된다. 이러한 여러 검토들 중에 수위-${\sqrt{Q}}$ 검토는 비록 정성적인 검토임에도 불구하고 곡선식의 구간분리, 기간분리, 성과의 이상유무, GZF(Gauge Height of Zero flow) 등을 확인할 수 있는 방법으로 실무에 많이 이용된다. 대부분의 곡선식은 측정성과를 기반으로 개발되어 내삽부분에서는 그 정확도가 상당히 높다고 할 수 있지만 외삽부분은 구간분리의 위치, GZF 등에 따라 큰 차이를 보일 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 수위-${\sqrt{Q}}$ 에 의한 정성적인 검토는 개발자의 숙련도에 따라 곡선식의 정확도가 좌우되는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 수위-${\sqrt{Q}}$ 검토의 이론적 배경을 살펴보고 일본 곡선식의 사례를 응용하여 수위-${\sqrt{Q}}$ 검토의 정량화를 시도하였다. 또한 보다 객관적인 구간분리 위치 결정 및 GZF산정의 방법을 제시하여 개발과정에서의 오류를 최소화 할 수 있고 이는 정확한 유량자료의 생산으로 이어질 것으로 기대된다.

건축에 있어서 이론과 실제의 관계 문제는 오랫동안 건축 담론에 대한 주요 대상이 되어왔다. 이는 건축에서의 발전이 역사적으로 동시대의 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 환경의 진화와 더불어 진행되어 왔기 때문이며, 건축작업 선상에서 대두되는 이론과 실제의 관계와 맥락성이 건축의 주체성에 매우 중요한 요소로 여겨지기 때문이기도 하다. 1960년대부터 불거진 포스터모던주의의 사고적 영향은 건축분야의 의미와 가치에 있어서 학문과 실무분 야에서 새롭게 재조명되기 시작하였고, 기존 건축고유의 영역을 벗어나, 역사, 이론, 비평, 기술 및 디자인 분야로 확장되어 새롭고 다양한 접근 방법과 그 방식에 대한 고민을 추구하기 시작하였다. 건축작업에 중요한 근거를 제시해주는 비평적 사고를 유지하기 위하여, 이론적인 아이디어에서 실질적인 실무로서의 투사방법, 그리고 그 사이의 절충을 지속하기 위함은 특히 현대사회에서 더욱 복합적이며 다면적인 질문이 되고 있다. 이 논문은 건축의 투사 방법에 있어서 현대 건축가들이 자신들의 이론적인 관점과 그 관점을 건축적으로 가시화 시키는 관계성을 관찰하고, 어떻게 본인만의 논리와 프로세스를 추구하고 지속하는가에 대한 점을 연구하는데에 그 목적이 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect nursing students' clinical practice ability. Methods: The data were collected from 303 nursing students who had more than 500 hours of experience in clinical practicum at 4 universities in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The instruments consisted of 27 items of critical thinking, 19 items of professionalism, 40 items of self reported leadership, 20 items of communication evaluation tool, and 61 items of nursing practice performance evaluation. Results: For the clinical practicum, most difficult for nursing students were cardiopulmonary resuscitation, fecal enema, stoma care, and blood transfusion. Clinical practice abilities were positively correlated with nursing professionalism(r=.26, p<.001), leadership (r=.16, p=.007) and critical thinking(r=.12, p=.031). Professionalism(${\beta}=.32$, p=.001) was the most significant factor influencing the clinical practice ability of nursing students. Critical thinking was the second largest factor but not significant(${\beta}=.16$, p=.058). Conclusion: The findings suggest that the nursing curriculum should include nursing knowledge and nursing skills as well as various case-based or field-based decision making training programs to cultivate professionalism, critical thinking and other abilities for clinical practice.

The accuracy and efficiency of RTK-GPS is proved through its measurement, but it is not used in cadastral detail surveying, due to low accuracy caused by the trouble of satellite reception in a built-up area and lack of detailed guidelines for practical application. Thus, this study tries to offer detailed directions for the practical use of RTK-GPS by analyzing the application problem of RTK-GPS measurement. As results of the study, for the practical use of RTK-GPS it suggests enactment of regulations, connection of practical RTK-GPS measurement with the existing detail surveying methods, introduction of a VRS method for increasing the arrangement density of reference stations, and integrated use of GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellites for securing accuracy and stability.

According to development of electronic commerce, the university's curriculums related electronic commerce should be renewed and added some chapters. I researched on university curriculums of electronic commerce, which has required by enterprise. In particular, the electronic commerce consist of two parts; IT technology and business management. Therefore it is regarded as a convergence subject. I did a correlation analysis between management's performance of enterprise and importance of university curriculum on electronic commerce. The questionnaire includes demands of enterprise and e-business model on electronic commerce. The result of this research indicates a necessary of changing by correlation ratio. Based on this research result, I suggest extended curriculums for electronic commerce.

It is necessary to make efforts to resolve complaints such as the mismatch of the labor market and the re-education costs for the new employees by acting as the higher vocational education center of the university. This course introduces the case of developing a practical curriculum based on the competency units presented in the curriculum of the application system that meets the demands of the human resources development and the industrial field demands of the machinery area corresponding to the demand of the industrial society. By analyzing the job duties of industry, it is necessary to develop the new curriculum after grasping the level of demand according to the area, and the importance of the ability to equip as a professional technical manpower and to create high performance is increased. It will help to improve the employment rate of students through the development of field-oriented curriculum.

This study studied the improvement of job-Related skills by grasping the status of color use of game designers. The use of color centered on designer was surveyed. As a result, the ranking of color use was in the order of digital color, color harmony, color perception, color mixing, color emotion, and color name. Finally, it presents the opinion that it is necessary to open a color curriculum centered on practitioners and to focus on the 1st to 4th in color fields.

The importance of high-definition video has increased by increase in consumer demand for realistic content. Therefore, this study presented the UHD strategy of terrestrial broadcasters for global competitiveness. First, as a practical strategy, to secure domestic market, it should secure an ecosystem through cooperation among departments, create synergy, and prioritize the UHD field to gain global competitiveness with close cooperation with expertised countries in the field. Also, after securing the domestic market by developing UHDTV focusing on cost-effectiveness on socio-cultural situation of Korea, it should utilize the finance and technology for global market. government should support global competitiveness as a control tower, strengthening global content, composing a long-term roadmap, supporting related materials, and creating and exporting our own UHDTV model

The aim of this research is to investigate empirically the interrelationship among emotional labor strategies, frontline employee creativity, service performance, and specifically examines the mediating effect of employee creativity in the relationship between emotional labor strategies and service performance in the context of bank industry. The data were collected from frontline employees of banks in Daegu and Gyeongnam. A total of 484 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Consistent with hypotheses, the results of analysis show that surface acting has a negative effect on employee creativity, while deep acting has a positive effect on employee creativity, and employee creativity has a positive effect on service performance. Furthermore, employee creativity has mediating effect in the relationship between emotional labor strategies-performance.

Previous researches have been conducted on the drivers of alliance performance up to date. Unlike existing literatures, we examine the influence of alliance management capability as direct drivers on venture's alliance performance. Based upon organizational capability theory, we proposed that coordination capability, relationship capability, learning capability are main components of alliance management capabilities. In addition, we proposed capability of CEO as forth alliance management capability in global ventures. Using 78 global ventures as research sample, this study shows that these four alliance capabilities have considerable influence on financial performance of ventures with global alliances.
