New paradigm of modern society today - environmentally sound and sustainable development - led to the attempt on the introduction of natural elements in various spaces by people's interest in the quality of life. As one of the distinguished space marketing in designing the outer space of resort, this plan attempts to limit artificial boundary within open scenery, thus creating nature within nature - interior theme garden. In addition, this plan is aimed to obtain location property of inner garden through limited boundary, to promote the identity of resort by endowing it with new values in space and to form emotion care garden and culture garden for users. The plan has proceeded under the following concepts. 1) Differentiation from outer space has been made by creating a theme garden with unique theme garden - landscape elements and an attempt have been made to increase the values of interior garden through the introduction of new species of plants and the state-of-the-art facilities. 2) Emotion care garden - The garden has been created to get emotion purified systematically within nature and let people take a rest and enjoy their spare time. 3) Culture garden - The garden has been planned where culture could be created through various experience activities as a space with education and entertainment by providing a variety of interesting elements.

Recently the hospitals or clinics tend to get out of the functional and technological aspect so as to gradually emphasize service for patients. While qualitative rather than quantitative alteration is noticeable, the scale of clinics is getting larger. Especially, the opulence resulted from economic, social and cultural development has enabled more people to visit dermatology or plastic surgery besides treatment for disease. Responding to this tendency, dermatology is focusing on skin beauty, plastic operation, controlling obesity, etc. for women rather than ordinary treatment. Thus, dermatology is in need of space for skin control as well as ordinary treatment, which raises the immediate necessity of new plan for space and interior environment. In order to meet such necessity of dermatology, it is required to fully study and consider the plan for interior space. First, the purpose, scope and method of research will be defined in the introduction. Second, the concept of clinic as well at the characteristic of dermatology will be studied by theoretical investigation. Third, the general concept of dermatology will be analyzed by examining the characteristic of each room in dermatology, the moving line of nurses and patients, the color of dermatology and the design factor of finishing materials through general investigation on dermatology. Fourth, in order to look into the general case of dermatology, the object of examination will be selected for examination through literature and visiting. After examining data, the result will be analyzed and evaluated to prepare the ground for interior plan of dermatology.

Commerce has been taking a part of important on composing structure and system, having been started with simple role on exchange goods. In this point, We can say that commerce is the condensation of life based on understanding human cultures. Commercial center has been changing on a form as well as a function all through the history, following the changes of society. The attentional point is that there are always entertainment factors and have the relationship with space of the building in constant The purpose of comsume is not only just for a product but also enjoy consuming time and space. Most people have concentration spending their free time city where they live. This study identify the entertainment factors for a commerce an entertainment center.

최근 몰링(Malling)이라는 용어가 대두되며, 복합쇼핑몰은 현대인에게 새로운 라이프스타일을 제공하는 공간으로 나타나고 있다. 복합쇼핑몰은 판매시설 외에도 엔터테인먼트 시설이나 편의 시설 등 다양한 기능의 시설이 접목되어 있는 공간으로 그 배치나 시설 전반의 동선 계획이 보행자에게 큰 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시에 위치한 복합쇼핑몰 6곳을 대상으로 복합쇼핑몰의 동선계획에 관련하여 사용자 만족도 조사를 실시하고, 이를 바탕으로 복합쇼핑몰의 동선 계획을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 만족도 조사를 위하여 복합쇼핑몰의 개념을 살펴보고, 복합쇼핑몰의 동선을 구성하는 구성요소 및 동선의 특성을 선정하였다. 또한, 연구 대상 복합쇼핑몰의 규모나 동선 형태에 따른 사용자 만족도 차이를 분석하기 위하여, 고층형과 저층형으로 구분하고, 동선 형태는 중심공간과 주동선의 형태에 따라 그물형, 고리형, 순환형, 복합형으로 분류하여 분석을 수행하였다.

본 논문은 향후 국내 돔경기장 냉난방 시스템 설계시 고려사항에 대해 고찰하고 있다. 대공간의 실내 온열환경계획은 지속적인 연구와 풍부한 경험을 통한 관련 기술의 축적이 필요한 분야이다. 따라서 다수의 돔경기장을 보유하고 있는 일본을 중심으로 돔경기장에 도입된 최신의 냉난방 설비시스템 사례를 조사하고 요소기술의 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 연구결과는 대공간의 쾌적한 실내온열환경 조성을 위한 냉난방 시스템 계획시의 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

It is the youth period that the personality is shaping gradually. The residential environments have influence on the young ego. Especially residential design should include more youth friendly design elements than any other facilities. The purpose of this study was to provide the youth friendly design elements about the space design of apartment through analysis of youth's needs. This study was progressed to the survey method about five districts of apartment design competitions in 2007. The collected cases are analyzed by using statistics software SPSS for windows release 11.0. The result of the study was as below. First, the youth satisfaction of current residential space got more satisfied as floor space got larger. Second, most of youth uses them own room that is satisfied with their floor space for sleeping, inviting friends, studying, playing activities. Third, generally youth preferred to place their own room not far from the restroom, but the result of distance between master room and entrance was classified depend on sex, personal inclination, and residence environment, also generally satisfied with volume of their room. Fourth, for the restroom, although it is too small that satisfied with bath facilities relatively. And cast, youth's preferred room for extra was 'movie/music room', 'game room' and 'dress room' which is higher preference than 'study room'.

도시는 어제와 오늘 또 내일이 공존하는 삶의 공간이다. 때문에 도시에는 고궁이나 옛 건축물이 있고, 화려하고 심플한 현대건축물도 있으며 미래지향적인 작품들도 있다. 이렇게 많은 요소와 함께 시간에 흐름을 한 공간에서 느낄 수 있는 곳이 바로 도시라고 할 수 있다. 그 동안 우리는 국가와 국가 간의 경쟁 속에서 살아왔다. 그러나 요즈음은 도시와 도시의 경쟁체계로 바뀌어가고 있다. 즉 한국에 경쟁상대는 대만이라든가 프랑스, 독일이라고 했다면 오늘날에는 서울과 동경이 경쟁 혹은 부산과 파리의 경쟁 등 좀 더 세부화 되어가고 있는 것이다. 서울만 하더라도 이제 디자인 서울이라는 강력한 설정을 가지고 경쟁력을 높이고 있으며 부산, 광주, 인천, 대구 등 모든 도시가 각각에 특성을 강조하고 있다. 이런 도시계획에 있어서 경쟁력의 중심에 도시야간경관과 조명에 대한 중요성이 새롭게 인식되어가고 있다. 이제 도시는 주간 시간대와 함께 야간 시간대에 중요성을 강조하고 있으며 도시에 생명력은 조명에 역할이 상당부분 차지하게 된 것 같다. 이런 시점에서 그러면 도시의 경관 또는 조명연출계획은 어떻게 구성, 혹은 구상되어야 하는지 알아보고 검토 하는 것이 경쟁력 있는 도시를 만드는데 큰 도움이 되지 않을까 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop basic data for the efficient space plan of the Department Store focusing on users by survey of preference to methods of plan considering the functional phase, the economical phase and the adaptable phase. The results are as follows : First, we could know that users had the low degree of satisfaction to the adaptable phase of space plan for Supporting Facilities in department stores at the present time. Second, we must have the appropriate space size by using structure, doors and windows for user's satisfaction. This is the method of plan considering the functional phase for Supporting Facilities. And we could think that the methods of using the center flow plan and the arrangement of two or three facing are good for user's satisfaction. Third, it will be efficient plan if we find methods to be cleaned the structure easily and to be changed and repaired the system furniture easily for management. that methods are to be considered the economical phase for Supporting Facilities. Forth, methods of plan considering the adaptable phase are to change the size of space by using the movable type furniture and the form of space by changing structure.

The awareness of ecological friendliness has been emerging in the recent years, and the application to housing is quite notable. The purpose of this study is to evaluate environment-friendly planning factor in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. For this purpose, this study has analyzed 5 multi-family housing in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. The findings of this study are as follows: The application of environment-friendly planning factor in interior space are limited. Most of plans are located in south. The variability of floor plan is not applied but the built-in storage is well-applied. Environment-friendly finishing material and the garden-style balconies was applied in a passive way. This analysis showed current status of planning factor of unit apartment in Environment-friendly Housing Certification and proved basic information for future direction.
