플로팅 건축물은 일반 건축물과 달리 광활한 수상에 위치하며 따라서 개구부를 통해 보이는 조망에 의해 재실자의 거주 만족도를 크게 높일 수 있다. 그러나 바다라는 특수한 환경에 노출되어 있기 때문에 육상에 비해 외부 기후환경에 많은 영향을 받으며 특히 창호 등의 외장재는 비교적 높은 열관류율과 낮은 강도로 인해 무분별한 확장을 실행할 경우 실내 냉 난방에너지 소비가 증대와 태풍 및 월파 등으로 인한 인명 재산 피해를 초래할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 플로팅 건축물에서 대부분의 재실자가 충분한 만족을 느낄 수 있는 창호 크기의 범위를 알아내기 위해서 일반 건축물의 조망 및 실내 개방감 평가에 관련된 국내외 연구의 사례를 조사하고 플로팅 건축물에서의 적용 방안에 대해 연구하였으며 그 결과 인체의 시야각을 이용해 내부 공간에서의 개방감을 측정하는 방법과 실물 축소모형을 이용해 개방감을 측정하는 방법을 제시하였다.

리차드 모리스 헌트(Richard Morris Hunt)는 19세기 미국의 대표적인 건축가로서 1855년까지 프랑스의 에콜 드 보자르에서 수학하고 미국으로 돌아와서 당시 미국의 대표적인 건축물을 설계하였다. 그는 그 자신의 작품적 특징보다 미국 건축을 절충주의적 경향으로 가도록 이끈 점이 그의 큰 역할로서 여겨진다. 당시의 미국 건축은 유럽의 전통에 비해 새로운 자유와 동시에 영향력 아래에 있었다고 볼 수 있는데 리차드 모리스 헌트는 이러한 신대륙의 건축의 성향을 이끈 대표적인 인물 가운데 한 사람이라 할 수 있겠다. 절충주의의 경향인 외관과 어울리는 실내디자인의 조합은 현대 실내디자인의 출발과도 같은 개념으로서 이러한 절충주의를 대표할 수 있는 리차드 모리스 헌트를 통해 미국건축의 절충 주의를 살펴보고자 한다.

These days, interior construction is performed to prevent the deterioration of old building finishings or to make distinctive designs. In case of interior construction, a construction cost is estimated through basic 2D drawings in the design step. Accordingly, an efficient construction plan and direction is established according to budget. In such a case, construction is dependent on 2D drawings. At that time, a risk can occur easily. This study is aimed at reducing the cost and risk of interior construction by implementing 3D drawings with the use of the visual data of 2D drawings. For accurate analysis, 2D drawings were completed, and then 3D interior construction modeling for various buildings was conducted with the 3D modeling software 3D Max. According to the 3D modeling, it reduced the cost and risk more than 2D drawings based design, and influenced the improvement in the understanding of orderers and workers.

The purpose of this study is to analyse comparatively the diverse expressive aspects of high-tech design in the interior space of the High-Tech architecture in the inside and outside of the country. To achieve the purpose of this study, the methods and contents are as follows: 1. Extracting the diverse expressive aspects of high-tech design in the interior space from the character of high-tech architecture. 2. Explaining the diverse expressive aspects of high-tech design in the interior space. 3. Analysing and estimating the diverse expressive aspects of high-tech design in the interior space in the inside and outside of the country. In conclusion, showing the diverse expressive aspects of high-tech design in the interior space in the inside and outside of the country.

실내공기오염 문제가 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 선진국을 중심으로 고조되면서, 최근 국내에서도 이 문제에 대해 적극적으로 논의되기 시작하였으며, 정부관련기관 및 연구기관을 중심으로 대책마련을 위한 관계법령의 정비 및 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 구체적인 법령으로 작년(2003. 5. 29)에 환경부에서 고시한 "지하생활공간공기질관리법개정안(다중이용시설 등의 실내공기질관리법)"을 들 수 있으며, 이 법안에서는 실내공기질 유지기준 및 권고기준, 실내 공기질 공정시험법 등에 대해 공고하고 있다. 또한 건축자재에서 발생하는 오염물질에 관해서도 규정을 하고 있다. 이에 국내에서도 생산된 건축자재에 대해 포름알데히드, TVOC 방출강도를 평가, 등급화 하는 인증제도가 도입되어 있으며, 평가/분석을 실시하는 인증시험기관도 이미 몇 군데 지정되어 있는 상태이다. In general, the definition of criticism is making a constructive analysis between good & evil, right & wrong, and beauty & ugliness. Just as the literature, art, music, and architecture welcomes productive criticism in order for further advancement in each professional field, constructive criticism in the field of interior architecture must be activated stance it would be as useful as in other fields to upgrade the level of design quality If the constructive criticism were to be taken properly in the benefit of further advancement in particular design, then the criticism must hale a proper criteria in order to examine and review the design work objectively However, as the design symbolizes cultural interpretation and reaction towards better creativity, we expect design to be mutated in many different directions. As the limit of Interior architecture shares limitless possibilities in today's society, it seems that we need to set up a guidelines of design criticism in order to support the further development of the area of interior architecture.

대한주택공사에서는 지역 여건에 맞는 쾌적한 단지조성과 최대한의 실내 공간 확보를 위한 주거환경개선사업의 일환으로 인천 송현지구에 대한 현상설계경기를 실시, 지난 2월 15일 무영종합건축(안길원+손광민)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 발표했다. 총 8개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 이번 설계경기의 우수작에 장건축(오택길)안이, 가작으로는 다원건축(김영택)안이 각각 선정됐다.

Recently, due to COV ID-19, many people are spending most of their time indoors. So, there is a rising interest on the indoor air quality in the field of building construction. The main sources for the indoor air pollution are human indoors activity, building materials, living supplies and the polluted air from outdoor. The Korean government has designated 17 indoor air pollutants including fine dust, total airborne bacteria, fungi and carbon dioxide, etc.. Most people are always exposed to assorted bacteria and molds in our daily life, because indoor environment for human, moderate temperature are humidity, it is favourable to the growth of most of bacteria and fungi. Pine needles have an antibacterial effect against bacteria and fungi. In this study, the antibacterial activity against bacteria and fungi was tested by cement matrix using pine needle extract. As a result, the cement matrix using pine needle extract showed antibacterial activities against bacteria, but in the case of fungi, it did not show antifungal activity.

최근 경제적 수준의 향상과 더불어 도시인의 생활 양식에도 큰 변화가 초래되어 1일 실내 생활 활동시간이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 실내 생활의 비중이 많은 현대인에게는 실외 대기 오염 물질에 대한 노출 기회보다 실내 공기 오염물질에 대한 노출 기회가 많아 실내 오염의 중요도가 높다(Bloemen and B)urn, 1993). VOCs의 실내 발생원은 주로 건축자재 혹은 가구 및 담배연기 둥이며, 페인트나 유기용제 둥을 사용하는 생활용품에서도 다량 배출되어 인체에 직접적인 노출의 원인이 되고 있다.(중략)

Recently, a bed company's product has detected a certain level of radon or higher, making it a popular search word on portal sites. Because of this problem, people are becoming more interested in radon. The government plans to support the establishment of a radon alert system for households through a radon concentration survey of 10,000 households. The use of palm charcoal as an indoor finishing material will reduce the risk of lung cancer through radon reduction. The experiment used a method of replacing palm activated carbon with blast furnace slag, and the adsorption performance of radon tends to increase as the replacement rate of palm activated carbon increases.
