본 연구는 최근 펜데믹 위기에서 교육의 변화하는 모습을 점검하고 미래의 학습에 대한 모습들을 예측하기 위해 이러닝과 학습분석에 대한 신흥기술의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구방법으로 신흥기술의 '하이프 사이클'과 '이러닝 예측 하이프 커버'를 기반으로 하여 각 단계별 기술들을 점검하고 펜데믹 위기에서 더 공고히 된 이러닝과 학습 관련 기술들이 무엇인지 살펴본다. 또한 하이프 사이클의 5단계인 기술촉발 단계, 부풀려진 기대의 정점 단계, 환멸 단계, 계몽 단계, 생산성 안정 단계인 각 단계별 학습과 관련된 기술들은 어떤 것이 있으며, 그 기술들이 이러닝과 학습분석에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지 예측해 본다. 향후 연구로는 본 연구를 기반으로 인공지능이 이러닝과 학습분석에서의 역할을 알아보고자 한다.

반월공단의 한복판에 자리잡고 있는 신흥규산(주)은 기능성 미분말 실리카의 제조기술 개발에 성공, 상용화작업을 진행하고 있다. 미분말 실리카는 규산소다를 원료로 하여 생산한 2차 제품으로 석유화학과 도료 잉크산업, 제지산업 등에서 특정한 기능을 살리기 위해 첨가되는 소재이다. 62년 설립된 신흥규산(주)은 65명의 가족을 거느린 중소기업으로 올해는 미분말 실리카와 크로마토그래피용 무기소재를, 내년엔 제지보류 향상용 마이크로실리카겔을 일본을 비롯한 아시아 전역에 수출할 계획을 세우고 있다.

This study focused on Spillover of Technology Trade against Post- BRICs of the Technology export of Korea. Therefore this study made an empirical analysis for investigating the competitiveness of technology export in Korea and using panel data 2003-2012 of technology trade data between 6 Countries(Indonesia, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Turkey, Vietnam). In particular, the study deduced the correlation between technology export in Korea using the variables of Gross Domestic Expenditure on R&D and Per capita GDP, distance, population, free-trade index, FDI, Technology-Intensive Manufactures, Pattern Investment fixed effect model in panel linear regression model. It is found that the Technology export of Korea SMEs made a significant effect on the pop, free_trade, and distance. and also it is found that the Technology export of Korea Big Business made a significant effect on the per-GDP, Fdi from Korea, free_trade, and distance. The results suggest that the study should use technology gap variables and the strategy for activating the Technology export of Korea should be made for future works.

With the growing number of emerging carmakers, automotive parts manufacturers have to penetrate into emerging markets. They can provide large existing carmakers with fully customized parts because of economies scale, but cannot do this for small emerging carmakers due to their small and highly volatile volume order. Once the order by an emerging carmaker is placed, a part manufacturer is exposed to high risks both of decrease in profit margin and high opportunity cost. The platform-based mass customization can be a solution for cost reduction, but the risks of volatility in volume hard to manage. Tackling this issue, we presents a method of optimizing the product portfolio to maximize profits while managing volatility of volume order by emerging carmakers at an affordable level. It is the first robust product portfolio method to keep the scaled deviation of profits at a fixed level under volume order uncertainty. Also, the effect of on the platform-based mass customization on cost is considered. This model can be a building block of conservative market penetration as well as product development strategy while minimizing the financial risks. We conducted an empirical study of a part manufacturer targeting on eighteen automobile manufacturers in North America, Europe and Asia with it powered lift gate.

국내의 기계 및 설비관련 학과는 모든 산업의 기초가 되는 기계를 다루는 기술인이 반드시 알아야 할 기계관련 이론과 다양한 실기를 통해 산업현장에 필요한 전문직업인 양성에 교육 목표를 두고 있다. 또한 오늘날 첨단 기계 산업의 발달 및 다양화에 따라 생산 및 생산시설 관리, 제품 설계 및 제작, 엔지니어링 마케팅, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 관련 업무를 충실히 담당할 중견 전문가 양성도 담당하고 있다. 기계 설비분야의 미래를 책임질 기계설비 전문인을 양성하기 위해 기계 및 설비관련 학과는 2009년 현재 전국의 13개 대학에서 다양한 커리큘럼을 통해 배출하고 있다. 본지는 지난 3월호부터 전국의 기계 및 설비관련 학과를 소개한다.

기계 산업은 최근 10년간 높은 성장세를 보였으나 금융위기, 선진 기계류 시장의 침체, 중국의 기계설비 자립화 등으로 성장세가 둔화되었다. 세계 경제의 불확실성이 가중되고 보호 무역주의가 득세하는 지금 신흥 시장에서의 MID-Tech 제품의 경쟁력 및 기계 산업 서비스 경쟁력 강화를 위한 수익 창출 비즈니스 모델의 변화가 강력히 요구되고 있다. 선진국의 기술 개발 동향 및 우리 나라 기계산업의 현황 분석을 통해 도출한 기계산업 발전 4대 전략인 신흥 시장 확대, 서비스화, 스마트화, 신산업 창출 등은 ICT 융합과 매우 밀접한 연관이 있기 때문에 기계 산업의 ICT 융복합의 적극적 추진이 강력히 요구된다. 본고에서는 이러한 기계산업과 ICT융합 동향과 사례등을 살펴본다.
