The expansion joint is an important part of the bridge, but the failure is occurred on the non-shrinkage concrete which is connected to the slab of the bridge and the expansion joint, and the other problem is the release of anchors in expansion joint due to the impact and vibration during the driven car on the bridge, especially an overloaded car. In this study, to overcome the failure of non-shrinkage of concrete, high impact resisting mortar is developed. The high impact resisting mortar shall be a polyurethane material compounded with an aggregate system to develop excellent flexibility characteristics, high load bearing capacity.

급속한 첨단기술의 발전으로 인해 차세대 정보산업의 핵심 기술은 사용자의 편의를 바탕으로 필요에 따라 형태가 변환되어 휴대 또는 착용이 가능하고 다양한 기능이 융합된 전자소자의 기술을 개발 하는 것이다. 현재까지는 이를 구현하기 위해 저분자, 고분자 반도체 및 박막형 무기 반도체를 이용하여 신축 가능한 소자를 구현 하였으나 기존 소재들의 제한적인 물성으로 인해 그 연구가 한계를 다다르고 있다. 이에 반해 신소재 그래핀은 우수한 기계적, 전기적 및 광학적 특징을 동시에 가지고 있는 물질로써 유연 소자분야에 적합한 재료로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 뛰어난 그래핀의 특성에도 불구하고 소자를 구성하는 다른 요소인 기판, 유전막 등의 물성적 한계로 인하여 신축 가능한 소자제작을 위해서는 아직도 많은 과제가 남아있다. 본 연구에서는 Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) 고무기판 위에 전해질 유전막을 도입하여 신축 가능하고 투명한 그래핀 트렌지스터를 구현하였다. 에어로졸 프린팅 방법으로 상온에서 형성 된 전해질 유전막은 높은 정전용량으로 인해 3V이하의 낮은 전압에서도 소자가 구동하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 1100 과 420 $cm^2/Vs$의 높은 정공과 전자의 이동도를 나타내었다. 뿐만 아니라 이러한 전기적 특성은 외부에 가해지는 5%의 응력 및 1000회의 피로도 테스트 후에도 안정적인 거동을 보이는 매우 우수한 탄성특성을 보였다.

The gimbal expansion joint for the pipe line of a liquid rocket engine undergoes high pressure and cyclic rotational displacement loadings. In present study, the moment analyses and tests of the internal-type gimbal expansion joint for the engine were performed. The moment components due to spring stiffness, friction and lateral force were obtained using a analytic method and their sums at low and high pressures were compared with the test results. Also, applying a $MoS_2$ dry film lubricant to the pin of a external hinge expansion joint, it is tested that the galling of the pin was removed and the friction coefficient was decreased for low pressures.

Flexible/stretchable electronics have recently focused, since their applications extend to emerging flexible displays, sensors, dielectric elastomer actuator and generators, and smart surgical tools. Flexible/stretchable electrodes should be synchronized with employing mechanical deformations of either flexing or stretching modes. Thus, the research area is one of the tough subjects, since the electrodes should keep their basic functions of electrodes under various mode of mechanical deformations. In this review, we discuss the recent development in the preparation and properties of such flexible/stretchable electrodes.

충남 연기군에서 채란업에 종사하는 L사장은 최근 농장부지에 연접하여 계란 선별장 및 보관창고 200평을 신축을 허가 받기 위하여 군청에 들렀다가 환경보호과 직원으로부터 사전환경성검토를 받아야 신축허가가 가능하다는 말을 듣고 사전환경성검토를 받기 위한 준비중이다. 그러나 사전환경성검토 같은 환경정책은 양계인에게는 생소한 분야이고 보니 L 사장도 이에 대한 전문지식이 없어 어려움을 겪고 있다. 앞으로도 다른 양계 농가에서도 이와 같은 사례가 많을 것으로 판단되어 사전환경성 검토에 대하여 알아본다.

대형건설현장 공사가 아니면 그만큼 지원이 적을 수 있고, 또 공기도 충분히 확보하기 어려울 수 있다. 그런 면에서 이들 현장의 무재해는 매우 어렵다고도 볼 수 있다. 최근 이같은 편견을 보기 좋게 깨나가는 현장이 있다. 바로 LG데이콤 수원사옥 신축공사 현장이다. 이곳은 기본에 충실한 안전관리와 안전을 최우선 가치로 여기는 현장의 안전마인드로 이러한 각종 악재들을 극복해왔다. 이곳 현장의 준공일은 3월 18일이다. 대형공사현장도 쉽게 이룰 수 없다는 무재해 현장의 기록에 성큼 다가서 있는 'LG데이콤 수원사옥 신축공사'를 찾아 그동안의 안전정책과 현재 마무리 과정이 어떻게 진행되고 있는지 살펴봤다.

국토해양부(장관 정종환)와 환경부(장관 이만의)는 6개 용도의 신축건축물에만 가능했던 친환경건축물 인증을 모든 용도의 신축건축물에 가능토록 하는 "친환경건축물의 인증에 관한 규칙" 개정안을 지난 5월17일 개정 공포('10.7.1 시행)했다. 이번 개정안은 저탄소 녹색건축물의 공급을 활성화하기 위해 모든 용도의 신축건축물에 대한 친환경인증[공공건축물(1만$m^2$ 이상)은 의무화, 민간건축물은 자발적 참여로 운영] 평가기준 마련과 인증기관의 전문성 강화 등을 주요내용으로 하고 있으며, 취 등록세 감면 등 인센티브 제도가 원활히 시행될 수 있도록 인증시기 및 절차를 개선하고, 인증등급을 세분화(2 $\rightarrow$ 4등급)하는 내용도 포함됐다. 국토해양부와 환경부는 이번 조치로 민간분야의 경우 본인들이 인센티브를 받기를 원하는 경우에는 친환경건축물 인증을 받을 수 있도록 하는 등 민간분야의 친환경설계를 적극 유도할 수 있는 기반을 마련했으며, "친환경건축물의 인증에 관한 규칙"의 차질 없는 시행을 위해 7월 1일까지 "친환경건축물 인증기준" (국토해양부, 환경부 공동 고시)을 개정할 계획이다. 한편, 내년부터는 기존 건축물도 친환경건축물 인증을 받을 수 있도록 그 대상범위를 확대해 나갈 예정이다.

It is possible to improve the accuracy of the motion estimation for a video by applying a variable block size. However, it has limits in the zoom motion estimation. In this paper, we propose a method for estimating the zoom motion with variable block size. The proposed method separates the background within the object picture by depth information obtained from a depth camera, and only the object regions are applied to zoom scale, but the background is not applied. In addition, the object regions select efficiently variable block size mode in consideration of the generated motion vectors and the accuracy of motion estimation at the same time. Simulation results show the accuracy of the motion estimation and the number of motion vectors for the proposed method. It is verified that the proposed method can reduce the number of motion while maintaining the similar accuracy of motion estimation than the conventional motion estimation methods.

Stiffness-gradient stretchable electronic packages of the soft PDMS/hard PDMS/PTFE structure were processed using the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as the base substrate and the more stiff polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the island substrate, and their stretchable deformation-resistance characteristics were characterized. The flip-chip joints, formed by bonding the chip bumps of 50 ㎛-diameter onto the PDMS/PTFE substrate pads, exhibited an average contact resistance of 96 mΩ. When the stretchable package of the soft PDMS/hard PDMS/PTFE structure was deformed to 30% elongation, the strain on the PTFE was restrained to 1%, resulting in a negligible resistance increase of 1% in the daisy-chain circuit formed on the PTFE island substrate. The circuit resistance increased for 1.7% after 2,500 cycles of 0~30% stretchable deformation.
