The purpose of this study is to investigate by questionnaire method the guardian's mental attitudes and self-esteem toward their children with muscular dystrophy according to the sex, the age, the academic background, the family budget monthly income, the children's grade, the body ability, the muscular dystrophy recognition lapse, and religion. The guardian's mental attitudes toward their children with muscular dystrophy regarding the consultation hope, the basic recognition, the child custody, the personnel relationship and the childcare, the view of the future are very closely connected with each category and they are various from the whole categories.

In recent, there has been a great change in the shopping market due to the development of the Internet and the generalization of mobile devices. Customers have become more comfortable with online shopping where they can purchase clothes without having to visit their own shop directly. While online shopping is convenient and easy to buy, it is difficult to judge whether it is suitable for you to buy clothes. This paper proposes an application that users virtually coordinate on their own full-body photo or a user-specified model. The proposed application encourages smart purchases by enabling users to see their virtual coordination on their bodies.

The development of service industries like more information on each individual's comments are provided only for wanting to receive services that do not like the prolonged waiting time. However, existing venues, theaters, libraries and seating management systems to suit the individual seating arrangements can not automatically provide information and give everyone the same. In this paper these issues to improve the fit of personal preference or personal inclination of the body in condition to meet intelligently deployed seats, and can provide information only preferred system is proposed. To verify the proposed system's performance using any of the theater seating chart for the experiments was to check to see better performance could be seen.

본 논문의 정보소외계층 위한 웹 접근성 기법에 관한 연구에서는 웹 접근성(web accessibility)의 세부항목을 준수하는 웹사이트를 구축하여 신체적 장애를 가진 사람이 일반 사람과 동일하게 웹사이트를 편리하고 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 구현하고 운영하였다. 웹 사이트가 웹 접근성 규칙을 준수하여 올바르게 설계되어 개발되고 편집되어 있을 때 모든 사용자들은 정보와 기능에 동등하게 접근할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 실험 사이트로 구축하며 준수한 웹 접근성은 시각에 대하여 실명, 색각 이상, 다양한 형태의 저 시력을 포함한 시각 장애와 이동성에 대하여는 파킨슨병, 근육병, 뇌성마비, 뇌졸중과 같은 조건으로 인한 근육 속도 저하, 근육 제어 손실로 말미암아 손을 쓰기 어렵거나 쓸 수 없는 상태와 청각에 대하여는 귀머거리, 청각 장애와 발작에 대하여는 깜박이는 효과나 시각적인 스트로보스코프를 통해 일어나는 간질성 발작과 인지능력에 대하여는 문제 해결과 논리 능력, 집중력, 기억력에 문제가 있는 정신 지체 및 발달 장애, 학습 장애 (난독증, 난산증 등)에 대한 지침 규정이다.

일반적으로 출생 후 1세 전후의 영유아들은 신체의 발달이 온전치 않아 수면중 질식사하는 영유아 돌연사증후군(SIDS)에 이를 수 있어, 보호자의 세심한 관심이 필요하다. 더욱이 보호자가 있더라도 오히려 더 높은 질식에 의한 사망률이 늘어나고 있다. 이를 위해서, 본 논문에서는 수면시 발생할 수 있는 질식사 방지를 위한 하드웨어 장치와 이와 연계된 스마트폰 앱(App) 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안된 시스템으로써 하드웨어 장치는 초음파 거리 센서(sonsor)를 이용하여 실시간으로 뒤집힘 여부의 정보를 수집하여 무선 통신을 통해 스마트폰 앱(App)에 전달한다. 또한 스마트폰 앱 시스템은 수집된 정보를 분석 판단하여, 비정상적인 상태의 영유아에 대해 긴급 경보와 긴급 전화를 자동 호출한다. 따라서 여러 위험에 노출되어 있는 영유아들의 수면중에 뒤척이다 엎드려 자는 경우, 호흡기를 막거나 가슴압박으로 인한 질식사를 미연에 방지한다. 향후, 본 논문에서 제안된 시스템은 졸음방지나 낙상방지시스템 같은 유비쿼터스 헬스케어(ubiquitous healthcare) 환경 구현에도 적용될 수 있다.

Currently, people are exposed to many harmful diseases. Therefore, there are many schemes, such as automation of productive facilities, development of information and communication technology, enhanced the quality of human life and wealth. However, these processes lead to weakened immune system. Thus, people are more vulnerable to infections from pathogens and environmental stress. Misuse and abuse of drugs resulted in the rapid emergence of multidrug-resistant microbes and tumors, therefore, to find new antibiotics are urgently needed. One of them is a peptide-antibiotic, that is not or less occurred a drug-resistance, comparing to conventional drugs. Peptides with various antibiotic activities have been identified from life organisms. The present review provides an overview of activities and application of peptide antibiotics.

네트워크 및 컴퓨팅 기술의 발달로 데이터를 위탁 저장하고 이를 언제어디서든 다양한 단말로 처리 할 수 있는 클라우드컴퓨팅서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 특히 클라우드컴퓨팅 서비스 중 DaaS가 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 위탁 저장된 데이터베이스에 신체 정보라던가 개인의 민감한 정보가 암호화 없이 저장된다면 서버에 저장된 데이터를 데이터 소유주의 동의 없이 공격자 및 비윤리적인 서버관리자가 열람할 수 있다는 보안 문제점이 있어 위탁 저장된 데이터베이스의 암호화가 필요하다. 하지만 기존에 사용되고 있는 암호화 알고리즘으로 암호화된 데이터를 안전하게 검색하기 위해선 암호화 데이터를 전부 데이터 소유자의 단말기에 내려 받고 전부 복호화해서 검색해야 하기에 데이터를 위탁 저장하는 의미가 퇴색된다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기위해 검색 가능한 암호시스템(Searchable Encryption System)이 등장하게 되었다. 하지만 기존의 검색가능 암호 시스템은 같은 키워드를 검색하기위해 생성된 트랩도어가 동일한 형태를 가지게 된다. 수많은 검색 쿼리들이 위탁저장소에 전송되며, 저장소의 관리자는 쿼리를 통해 키워드를 유추하고, 쿼리를 통해 사용자가 어떤 데이터를 저장하고 검색하는지 학습이 가능하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문은 동일한 사용자가 같은 키워드를 검색하더라도 매번 다른 트랩도어가 생성되도록 하여 비윤리적인 서버관리자가 검색 쿼리를 통해 검색 내용 및 데이터를 유추할 수 없도록 하는 일회용 트랩도어를 이용한 검색가능 암호 시스템을 제안한다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a virtual reality-based occupational therapy program on the physical function and learning ability of intellectually disabled school-aged children. Methods : In this study, 20 intellectually disabled children of school age were randomly and evenly divided into experimental and control groups with children in the experimental group receiving a virtual reality-based occupational therapy intervention. The study adopted a pretest-posttest design. The intervention was conducted for a total of 12 sessions for six weeks, twice a week, and 50 minutes per session. As measurement tools, BOT-2 and grooved pegboard tests were used to compare physical function before and after the intervention program, and K-ABC was used to check changes in learning ability. Results : The occupational therapy program produced a significant improvement in both physical function and learning ability of the experimental group. A significant difference was observed between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion : This study confirmed the value and usefulness of virtual reality-based occupational therapy as a tool for enhancing the physical function and learning ability of intellectually disabled school-aged children. Based on the results, a variety of future studies are encouraged that would further test the effects of the occupational therapy program used here.

Purpose: This study examined the perceived quality of life of families of individuals with developmental disabilities who regularly participate in physical activities. It also explored differences in the quality of family life based on variables such as family relationships, family income, gender, disability type, and age. Methods: A survey was administered to 69 family members of individuals with developmental disabilities who regularly participate in physical activities. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Results: The average overall quality of life for families of individuals with developmental disabilities who participate in continuous physical activities was 3.49. After analyzing each subtype, psychological health was found to be 3.91, the burden for people with developmental disabilities was 2.75, community participation was 3.76, cohesion was 3.83, and openness was 3.49. No statistically significant differences were found in family relationships or family classes, disability type, age, or gender of the individuals with developmental disabilities across the variables. Conclusion: When planning service development and support to improve the quality of life for families of individuals with developmental disabilities, it is necessary to develop systematic programs at the family level rather than providing support based on various variables.

Smith-Magenis syndrome (SMS) is a clinically recognizable multiple congenital anomaly and mental retardation syndrome caused by an interstitial deletion of chromosome 17 p11.2. Physical features include short stature, characteristic facial appearance: flattened mid-face, down-turned mouth, prominent and often rosy cheeks; prominent jaw in older children and adults, chronic ear infections, hearing impairment, eye problems, including: strabismus (an eye which turns in or out) and myopia (nearsightedness), hoarse voice, short fingers and toes, heart defects or murmurs, problems related to the urinary system, scoliosis (curvature of the spine), an unusual gait (walking pattern), and decreased sensitivity to pain. Behavioral and developmental characteristics include speech delay and articulation problems, developmental delay, learning disability, mental retardation, hyperactivity, self-injury, including: head banging; hand biting; picking at skin, sores and nails; pulling off finger- and toenails; inserting foreign objects into ears, nose, or other body orifices, explosive outbursts, prolonged tantrums, destructive and aggressive behavior, excitability, arm hugging or hand squeezing when excited. This report is the case of a Korean 3-year-3-month old male with Smith-Magenis syndrome referred from local clinic for the treatment of dental caries. The patient was treated by physical restraint after prophylatic administration of antibiotic(Amoxacillin 50mg/kg).
