신제품소개 - 충격 흡수용 과일상자 개발

  • 명절 등에 배달되는 농산물 가운데 택배업자들이 외부 충격에 약한 과일 등 농산물의 특성을 고려하지 않고, 일반 공산품처럼 아무렇게나 취급하기 때문에 상품이 파손 되는 경우가 늘고 있다. 산지에선 멀쩡했던 농산물이라도 택배 등 물류과정을 거쳐 소비자에게 도착했을 땐 품질이 크게 망가져 있는 사례가 적지 않다는 것이다. 이러한 불편을 해소하기 위한 충격흡수용 과일 상자가 개발되어 사용되고 있다고 "농민신물"이 보도(2. 27. 10면)했다. 관련 기사를 발췌하여 소개한다.

  • It has been shown that there are four information demensions which have positive influence on perceived utility of information. Subsequently, I have investigated the antecedents of these four information dimensions. The quality of the relationship, interpersonal characteristics and interaction have positive influence on marketing information quality. In addition, Marketing personnel interpersonal characterstics have positive influence on relationship quality. Integration has positive influence on interaction between marketing personnel and R&D personnel. Finally, Organizational climate has positive influence on interpersonal characteristics and integration between marketing function and R&D function.

  • Open Innovation is expanding worldwide as a new paradigm for technology development strategy to maximize return on investment of R&D according to recent change in knowledge environment. Although the interest in Open Innovation is increasing in domestic ground, the actual circumstance of domestic research and study regarding Open Innovation are insufficient. This study on case indicates what types of preparation and consideration are needed to enforce Open Innovation as a means of important technology development strategy through certain processes, which are applied to a new product in terms of management of technology.

  • 영상 학습은 컴퓨터를 이용한 자동 시각 검사에서 매우 중요하고 어려운 단계이다. 전자산업과 같이 신제품 개발 주기가 짧고 다양한 제품들을 검사하여야 하는 분야에서 어렵고 복잡한 학습 과정은 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CAD 파일을 이용하여 PCB 자동 시각 시스템의 학습 과정을 손쉽게 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Through academic-industrial collaboration program, special knowledge and human resources in the university are utilized in the society and it may contribute to the development of industry and enhance the competitiveness of the corporation to the activation and acceleration of the regional economy and finally to the enhancement of competitiveness of national industry in international level. This study is based upon design process for the development of body-shower product for bath room, and expected to be used as an important educational material for establishment of order-based education system which conforms to the job site needs that may be analysed from feedback of product results and for practical learning.

  • This study evaluated the residual stress and deformation for bracket castings of induction motors. Numerical analyses were performed to evaluate the residual stress distributions and displacements of bracket castings after the casting and final machining processes. Based on the analysis results, it was found that bracket casting was satisfied with the internal quality standards during the fabricating processes.

  • In order to analyze how the entrepreneurship affects the commercialization performance in relation to R&D input factors, technological innovation and technology in the course of technology commercialization process. Korean manufacturing venture companies has been surveyed. The structural equation model showed technology commercialization mechanism driven by entrepreneurship. Innovativeness is one of the most important factors in the success of venture firms. Technology commercialization was dependent on innovation rather than the input of research and development resources. Technological innovation shows mediating effects in the influence of entrepreneurship on commercialization performance, but technology capability has relatively small effect. Commercialization process of new product development and product improvement was different. The government needs to actively support R&D strategies and commercialization infrastructure in order to promote innovation, assist R&D workforce and enhance product commercialization in venture companies.

  • 신뢰성성장시험관리는 제품개발프로그램의 초기단계에서 고장모드를 확인하고, 이를 개선 또는 제거하기 위해 설계를 변경하고, 그 결과 진행되는 신뢰성이 향상되는 변화를 추적할 수 있는 실용적인 방법이다. 본 연구의 목적은 AMSAA(Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity)모델을 이용하여 신뢰성 성장을 계획하고 평가할 수 있는 실용적인 방법을 제시하는데 있다. 시험-개선 과정을 통하여 성장하는 신뢰성 수준의 변화에 대한 추적과 예측 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 방법을 보여준다.

A Study on Hierarchy Analysis of Design Factors for Product Development Process (신제품 개발과정에 있어서의 디자인요소 분석을 통한 계층화 연구)

  • In this study, in order to achieve the before-mentioned study purpose, the importance of developing the new product, the relationship with the design, and the design element for developing the new product were considered. In order to extract the importance of the design element which is applied to the development of the new product design, the research model about the induction of the priority was created, the evaluation items were instituted, and the demonstrative research approach was performed in order to recognize the relationship among those elements. Firstly, in the process of selecting the items for the application, 14 evaluation elements which were extracted through the advanced study data were grouped in 4 kinds of dimensions, and the properties which are related with the Digital TV product were composed up of 36 items. Through the factor analysis, by decreasing the detailed standard for the evaluation of 36 items, the parsimony was secured, and the characteristics which the various items contain induced into one factor. Secondly, the detailed factors which were united into one factor went under the paired comparison as one by one through AHP again, and then the importance degree was generated. First of all, as the first stage of AHP, the decision making factors which affect the whole achievement of purpose of the decision making were classified as in a hierarchical style. From these research results, it was known that the functional factor and esthetic factor in the process of designing the new product are the major affecting variables, and it was confirmed that in case of the Digital TV products group, the factors such as the high quality of picture, big screen, user interface, sound, product reliability, style, size, indoor reproduction, and guarantee are the main factors which influence the need of the consumers in purchasing products.
