후면 충돌시 HEAD RESTRINT SYSTEM이 효과에 관한 연구

  • 95년도 한국 교통사고 통계에 의하면 사망자의 73%가 두부(Head), 경부(Neck) 에 손상을 입고 있으며 부상자의 22%는 두부에 20%는 경부에 부상을 입고 있다. 사고 형태로도 여러 사고 형태중 고속도로 혹은 시내주행시 후면 충돌에 의한 사고 가 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 일반적으로 사용중인 Head Restraint 시스템의 효과와 그 사용방법에 따라서 인체에 미치는 영향을 충돌 모의 실험이 가능한 DYNAMAN Package를 사용하여 고찰하였다. 충돌시험 속도인 30mph 후방 충돌 Test 시 Head Restraunt(H/R)을 사용하지 않을 경우는 Head Injury Criterion(HIC)이 한계치 1000 을 상회하는 것은 경추의신전 한계(extension)를 넘어 사망 혹은 하반신 마비의 가능성이 매우 높으며, H/R을 사용하고 있다고 해도 머리높이까지 충분히 높지 않거나 머리와의 거리가 멀 경우 경추의 신전 한계를 넘어 경부의 손상 가능성을 높여 주고 있다. 그러므로 제작자는 머리 높이까지 충분히 구속이 가능한 H/R을 설계 제작하여야 하겠고, 사용자는 H/R을 적절한 위치까지(머리높이)조절하여 하용하도록 하며 머리와의 거리 또한 되도록 가깝게 위치하도록 H/R 의 각도를 조절하여 경미한 후면 충돌시에도 머리보다 H/R을 넘어 경부에 부상을 입지않도록 게몽되어 계몽되어야 한다.

  • 목적 : 이 연구의 목적은 스트레칭이 노인의 경부 통증과 관절가동범위에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 방법 : 치료에 따른 전, 후 경추 굴곡 신전 패턴을 이용한 스트레칭이 목의 관절가동범위 변화와 통증변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 20명(남자 10명, 여자 10명)을 대상으로 치료 전, 치료 4주 후에 얻은 측정치를 대응 t-검정을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 치료 4주후 통증수치, 경추 관절 굴곡, 신전, 좌회전, 우회전 변화는 유의한 감소를 보였다. 결론 : 스트레칭이 노인 경부근막동통증후군 환자의 관절가동범위 증가와 통증 감소에 효과적이라는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Ancient schwannoma is a variant of schwannoma and is characterized slowly growing tumor with degenerative change. And it is reported that schwannoma is relatively rare in extensor area. As a rare cause of solitary ancient schwannoma in extensor area of upper arm, we report it.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose appropriate model for 3 staged Didimsae movement to Jajinmori rhythm and to provide information for ideal foot step movements. For the locational change of body center, the height of body center is lowered at the moment of forward step and during forward intersection of the feet, forward direction linear motion is converted to vertical motion to maintain stability. Speed change of body center reduces flow of body on step forward moment and controls rapid forward movement for stabled movement and position when preventing fast forward horizontal direction movement of centroid speed while knee joint and foot joint are vertically risen for heel bone contacts the ground. For angle changes of joints, in order to prevent hyperextension of lower leg, hip joint is extended and knee joint is curved to secure stability of movement for smooth curves and extension. When centroid of foot joint is moved from top of the feet to whole foot sole and when left foot makes dorsal curve, stabled movement is accomplished.

A Study about the Training Program for the Tippelt Technique on the Parallel Bars (평행봉 Tippelt 기술 훈련 프로그램 개발 및 향상도 평가 분석)

  • This study was to provide for Tippelt technique which was a basic technique used in parallel bars. The program was applied to players for 8 weeks. Then it was analyzed by using 3Dmotion Analysis system to seek the difference between before and after using the program. Moreover establish the improvement and trait for newly made program. The program was made up of down-swing, up-swing and composite connection-phase training. Through down-swing training, shoulder angle made extension and chest closed quickly. As a result, players' performance have improved. Through up-swing training, legs kicking to vertical direction and trunk stood up fastly. As a result, players' performance have improved. When going upward, the center of mass must be in control not to have a lot of movement and hip angle extension using the bar is very positive coaching. When coaching composite connection in training from down-swing to up-swing, must have enough air phase time using center of mass vertically to have extension of leg. As a result, players' performance have improved by having increase of air phase time.

Dorsalis Pedis Tendocutaneous Delayed Arterialized Venous Flap in Hand Reconstruction (지연처치후 동맥화된 족배 정맥 건피판을 이용한 수부의 재건)

  • We report two patients whose acute soft tissue and tendon defects in the hand were treated by the dorsalis pedis tendocutaneous delayed arterialized venous flap between 1994 and 1997. The surviving surface area was 100% in both patients. The flap size was $10{\times}10cm\;and\;6{\times}6cm$. At two weeks postoperatively, active flextion and passive extension commenced, and progressive resistance exercises were performed for an additional 5 weeks. Flaps showed a similar color match and skin texture compared with the normal skin of the hand. Advantages of the tendocutaneous delayed arterialized venous flap are developing a larger flap than can be obtained with pure venous flap or arterialized venous flap, increasing survival rate of the arterialized venous flap which permits using a composite flap, preservation of main artery of the donor site, taking thin non-bulky tissue and easy elevation without deep dissection. The disadvantages are the requirement of a two stage operation, donor site scarring and weak extension of the toe.

  • Three rice cultivars, Aichi-asahi, Toyotama and Yamabiko, possessing a resistance gene $Pi-\alpha$ were evaluated for penetration, hyphal growth in the leaf epidermis and lesion formation using 6 isolates of Pyricularia oryzae by treating pre- and post disposing temperatures of $23/15^{\circ}C\;and\;29/21^{\circ}C$ (day/night) regimes, respectively. Percent penetration of the fungus was higher on the seedlings disposed at $29/21^{\circ}C$ regime and more lesions were formed at 7 days after inoculation than at $23/15^{\circ}C$ regime. Degree of hyphal growth and number of host cells with hyphal growth were remarkably increased from 72 to 96 hr after inoculation at $29/21^{\circ}C$ regime. However, lesion formation on the seedlings disposed at $23/15^{\circ}C$ regime was delayed, possibly as a result of the suppressed hyphal growth until 96 hr after inoculation.

The Relationship between Physical Characteristics and Walking Ability in Elderly: A Cross-Sectional Study (노인들의 보행 능력과 신체적인 특성 간의 상관관계: 단면 연구)

  • This study aimed to investigate the relationship between physical characteristics and walking ability in the elderly population. Subjects were 77 elderly (38 men and 39 women) who are capable of walking independently with and without walking aids. Correlation and stepwise multiple linear regression analyses were used to analyze the relationship between physical characteristics (age, gender, height, weight, body mass index, muscle mass, waist/hip ratio, heart rate, vital capacity, flexibility, maximum oxygen consumption, one-leg standing time, and strength of knee flexor and extensor) and walking velocity of subjects. Age, height, vital capacity, one-leg standing time, and strength of knee flexor and extensor showed significant correlations with walking velocity of subjects (p<.05). Further, the strength of knee flexor explained 27% of the variance, and up to 32% of the walking velocity could be explained when the strength of knee extensor were added to the model. The findings suggest that walking velocity of elderly depends on the strength of lower limb's strength and a variety of physical characteristics.

Immediate Full Weight Bearing in Extension Brace Following Arthroscopic Primary Repair or Reconstruction of ACL (관절경하 전방십자인대 일차수복술 및 재건술후 신전보조기를 착용한 조기 완전체중부하)

  • 전방십자인대의 일차수복술이나 재건술후에 장기간의 비체중부하가 필요한지를 결정하기 위해서 일차수복술을 시행한 96례와 재건술을 시행한 82례등 총 178례를 대상으로 술후 체중부하시기에따라 두군으로 나누어 비교분석 하였다. 모든 례에서 술후 보조기를 착용하였고 120례에서는 술후 첫6주간 점차적으로 관절운동범위를 증가를 시키고 다음 6주간은 완전운동범위 회복상태에서 유지후 술후 12주에 체중부하를 허용하였으며 나머지 58례에서 술후 완전신전상태에서 즉시 체중부하를 시켜서 정기적으로 Lachman검사, KT 2000을 이용하여 불안정성여부를 관찰하였다. 평균 추시기간은 4.2년(2년$\~$6년)이었고 불안정성에 대한 평가는 AMA 분류에 따랐다. 최종추시상 모든환자에서 1+이상의 불안정성은 발견되지 않았으며 술후 12주에 체중부하를 한군에서 1a+가 104례$(86.7\%)$, 1b+군이 16례$(13.3\%)$로 관찰되고 즉시 체중부하를 한 군에서 1a+가 51례$(87.9\%)$, 1b+가 7례$(12.1\%)$에서 보였으나 통계적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 본연구의 결과로 전방십자인대 일차수복술이나 재건술후 신전보조기를 착용시키고 즉시 보행을 시키는 것이 술후 슬관절의 불안정성에 영향을 주지 않으며 안전한 재활방법으로 생각된다.

  • Effect of Metalaxyl-Mz and Aliette-F to Phytophthora capsici was studied in vitro and in vivo. Metalaxyl-Mz was more inhibitory than Aliette-F on Mycelial growth. Although Aliette-F had more inhibitory effect on zoosporangial formation, there was no big difference among the other concentrations of the two fungicides. A higher inhibitory trend of zoosporangial formation, however, was resulted by the chemical when compared to the control. The extract obtained from the red pepper treated with Metalaxyl-Mz showed a good inhibitory effect on mycelial growth, and there was not so big difference between 400 and 600 times concentrations. The 1000 times concentration was less inhibitory than the above two concentration levels. Although there no distinct difference the two chemicals, Aliette-F and Metalaxyl-Mz, however, preventive effect was higher than curative effect under the green house tests.
