Silk sericin protein was extracted by treatment with enzyme or NaOH solution from raw silk and culled-cocoon shell. The extracted sericin was characterized and examined the functional properties as well as subjective properties for its use as a soap and a body cleaner. The optimum extraction conditions on specimen are NaOH (0.02 wt.%) or enzyme, Flavourzyme 3% under N2 gas. Molecular weights of sericin was decreased by treatment with enzyme, Actinase, from 10,000-30,000 to 2,700-4,200. Sericin showed important bioactive properties, for instance, lowering effect on blood glucose and alcohol. Subjective test of sericin soap and body cleaner showed superior in washability, foamability, and skin hydration, etc., to commercial soap and body cleaner. Therefore, it is thought that silk sericin can be expected as the source of bioactive and skin-compatible materials.
At this point in time when active participation in renewable energy projects is required, basic information on growth engines and substantial promotion strategies for participation in renewable energy projects is needed. According to the this study tried to provide basic information for vitalizing participation in the renewable energy business by analyzing the factors affecting the new energy business participation roadmap using the multi-layered model. As a result of this study, it can be seen that in order to achieve an effective new energy business participation roadmap, it is necessary to re-establish the new and renewable energy business participation factors by industry. Specifically, it is necessary to prepare appropriate countermeasures such as the leading organization of the project, profit distribution method, green industry financial support, project implementation method, power plant location, and comprehensive long-term strategy, and there is an institutional approach that can promote the development of related industries. found to be necessary. The incorporation of innovative technology systems into domestic construction practices has catalyzed an organic evolution of the industry, significantly enhancing the level of domestic construction technology and intensifying competitiveness. In particular, the on-site implementation of these groundbreaking construction technologies has proven effective in diminishing construction costs and accelerating project timelines. Nevertheless, despite a period of 33 years since the inception of this new construction technology system, both the volume of designated construction technologies and their practical application on construction sites remain static. As a consequence, this study introduces a strategic plan to dissect and overcome the barriers faced in the adoption of new construction technology across a multitude of sectors. The chief outcomes encompass the inception of a new construction technology utilization surveillance system, an assessment of distinct technologies, refinement of the post-evaluation system, and the creation of a new technology market system. This systematic enhancement is anticipated to foster the practical application of new construction technologies within the industry.
Renewable energy refers to solar energy, biomass energy, hydrogen energy, wind power, fuel cell, coal liquefaction and vaporization, marine energy, waste energy, and liquidity fuel made out of byproduct of geothermal heat, hydrogen and coal; it excludes energy based on coal, oil, nuclear energy and natural gas. Developed countries have recognized the importance of these energies and thus have set the mid to long term plans to develop and commercialize the technology and supported them with drastic political and financial measures. Considering the growing recognition to the field, it is necessary to analysis up-to-now achievement of the government's related projects, in the standards of type of renewable energy, management of sectional goals, and its commercialization. Korean government is chiefly following suit the USA and British policies of developing and distributing renewable energy. However, unlike Japan which is in the lead role in solar rays industry, it still lacks in state-directed support, participation of enterprises and social recognition. The research regarding renewable energy has mainly examinedthe state of supply of each technology and suitability of specific region for applying the technology. The evaluation shows that the research has been focused on supply and demand of renewable as well as general energy and solution for the enhancement of supply capacity in certain area. However, in-depth study for commercialization and the increase of capacity in industry followed by development of the technology is still inadequate. 'Cost-benefit model for each energy source' is used in analysis of technology development of renewable energy and quantitative and macro economical effects of its commercialization in order to foresee following expand in related industries and increase in added value. First, Investment on the renewable energy technology development is in direct proportion both to the product and growth, but product shows slightly higher index under the same amount of R&D investment than growth. It indicates that advance in technology greatly influences the final product, the energy growth. Moreover, while R&D investment on renewable energy product as well as the government funds included in the investment have proportionate influence on the renewable energy growth, private investment in the total amount invested has reciprocal influence. This statistic shows that research and development is mainly driven by government funds rather than private investment. Finally, while R&D investment on renewable energy growth affects proportionately, government funds and private investment shows no direct relations, which indicates that the effects of research and development on renewable energy do not affect government funds or private investment. All of the results signify that although it is important to have government policy in technology development and commercialization, private investment and active participation of enterprises are the key to the success in the industry.
The importance of new renewable energy is emphasized not only new growth engine but also the key solution for the exhaustion problem of fossil energy and environment problem. For the steady growth of new renewable energy industry, securing related labor force is an essential factor. In this study, the status on labor force of new renewable energy industry was identified and forecasted the labor force demand of new renewable energy in 2015 by reflecting the industrial growth outlook on the new renewable energy. For the quantitative analysis methodology, the stock approach of Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) of the United States was applied. Also by performing survey on the experts, the opinions of experts on supply and demand of new renewable energy labor force or worker training programs have been gathered. As a result of study, it has been analyzed that nearly 20% annual growth rate will be shown as the labor force demand in the field of new renewable energy industry increases from 14,100 people in 2010 to 33,200 people in 2015. In the survey on experts, we could find that a plan for supplying labor force must be prepared promptly in order to accomplish new renewable energy supply objectives and industrial growth objectives by our country in the future as the supply of new renewable energy labor force is currently insufficient. Also, it has been analyzed that the effort for deciding the proper new renewable energy labor force training program standard will be necessary. This study result could be used as a material of labor force training plan for the steady growth of new renewable energy industry in the future.
This experiment was to know properties of Sericin Jam that development, growth of silkgland, content of sericin and composition of amino acid in hemolymph.
