The linkages between agricultural research and extension are important to enhance farmers' competence. The objectives of the study were to explore the linkage between research and extension for the family farm. Data including quantitative and qualitative were obtained from the key actors about the public management regarding linkage which were the method, the topic of the agricultural technology dissemination, and the agricultural research topics. Results show that the main structural problems of the agricultural technology dissemination were technical support services, credit services, and farm planning and infrastructure deficit. Furthermore, as for the topics or content of agricultural technology dissemination, organic agriculture, soil management and conservation, agricultural credit, organizational strengthening, marketing, participatory research, dissemination of technology, equipment, infrastructure and agricultural mechanization were preferred.

This paper presents a model of e-learning based on ubiquitous computing configuration. First of all, we survey the advanced e-learning systems for foreign and domestic universities. Next we propose the optimal e-learning model based on ubiquitous computing configuration. The proposed e-learning model as following. we propose the e-learning system's hardware and software configurations, that are server and networking systems. Also, we construct the proposed e-learning systems's services. There are attendance and absence service, class management service, common knowledge service, score processing service, facilities management service, personal management service, personal authorization issue management service, campus guide service, lecture-hall management service. Then we propose the laboratory equipment management service, experimental materials management service etc. The proposed model of e-learning based on ubiquitous computing configuration will be able to contribute to the next generation university educational paradigm.

The damage to the security is increasing as public key-based ISP secure payment service is used in online banking payment system. Security technology aspect to ISP secure payment security has no special problems. But, security damage that occurs due to the simplicity of the payment system is a problem. In this paper, we propose response and plan for ISP secure payment service to minimize the damage that occurs due to the simplicity of a security settlement system. Proposed scheme is applicable to various billing systems such as secure payments, online payment, mobile payment, credit card. Proposed scheme is characterized in that can stably support the capabilities of the new billing system. Also, proposed scheme is to analyze the various security threats arising from the payment of the financial services and to describe response and plan technology.

본 고는 통신의 진화 방향인 통합(convergence)의 추세를 나타낸다. 통합은 서비스, 네트워크, 비즈니스 등의 통합으로 실현되고 있다. 통합 서비스를 위한 기본 인프라인 광대역통합망(Broadband convergence Network)의 개념, 서비스 특징 및 발전방향 등을 기술한다. 광대역 통합망은 유무선 통합, 통신/방송 융합, 음성 및 데이터의 통합을 위해 필요한 네트워크를 서비스 계층, 제어 계층, 전달망 계층, 접속 계층, 유비쿼터스 접속 및 가입자 단말 계층으로 구분한다. BcN은 사용자가 원하는 품질과 보안의 정도에 따라 차별화된 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스제공 및 관리가 가능한 네트워크이다. 이러한 BcN진화를 위한 무선 네트워크 관점의 All-IP진화 방향을 나타낸다. 먼저, 무선 네트워크에서의 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스의 특징 및 종류, 이를 위한 광대역 통합망의 특징을 살펴본다. 그리고 향후 BcN으로의 무선 네트워크의 진화 방향을 나타낸다. BcN의 무선 네트워크는 다양한 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기에 적합한 이동성 및 광대역 엑세스가 가능한 시스템이 추가될 전망이다. 마지막으로, 향후 통신 서비스의 진화 방향인 유비쿼터스 서비스를 위해 필요한 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 전망한다. 미래의 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 위한 지능형 플랫폼, 통합 단말 등 기술적 요구사항들과 진화방향을 나타낸다.

While most of the real estate information provided on the web is simply based on the information of the properties like addresses, locations, prices etc, this paper suggests methodologies for the development of a total information system of real estate which can provide, in an one-stop mode, value-added real estate information contents. The total information system of real estate designed in this paper includes a geological information system using a GIS, a property information system using photos and videos, a systemized legal consulting system, a web call center where customers can communicate with real estate experties on the web and lastly marketing analyses system using credit card data.

Recently, personal business styles have been rapidly changed into e-business due to the rapid progress and deployment of Internet. As a result of the change, new and safe ways of payment such as electronic wallet, electronic money and electronic check have been developed and introduced. In this paper a secure and user-friendly payment method is addressed. One of most important reasons why newly developed safe payment methods are not widely used in e-business is lack of convenience for the users. On the other hand credit card based payment, which is traditional one, is the most prevailing due to the user-friendliness. However this payment also has some problem in sense of security. In this paper, we design and implement a secure credit card-based payment system using one-time credit information. The main features are "payment information must be new", "can use the old credit system", and "do not require client software".

본 연구를 통해 개발된 웹기반 가뭄아틀라스에 탑재되는 가뭄인벤토리 지도서비스 모듈은 GIS기반 가뭄상황관리를 위해 일정 수준의 가공이 필요한 다양한 GIS 가뭄분석정보를 제공하여 가뭄 대응 업무 담당자가 공간에 기반한 가뭄분석 업무에 사용함을 주목적으로 해당 서비스 모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 지도서비스 모듈은 JAVA 언어로 개발되었으며, 오픈소스 기반의 Geosever와 Openlayer를 적용하여 167개 시군을 대상으로 가뭄 관련 분석지도를 제공하는 서비스 모듈이다. 지도 레이어별 가시화를 통한 중첩분석이 가능하며, 사용자 필요 시 해당 분석지도를 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 개발을 진행하였다. 상세 제공 정보로는 가뭄 분석을 위한 면적정보와 통계정보로 이원화하여 서비스를 제공하며, 개별 가뭄인벤토리 지도는 지역별 차트정보와 속성DB 테이블을 같이 지도화면에 표출한다. 주요기능으로는 가뭄인벤토리 지도서비스 창을 활성화하여 사용자가 필요한 가뭄인벤토리 지도를 체크하면 가뭄아틀라스 지도화면에 가시화된다. 체크된 가뭄인벤토리 지도는 테이블정보 표출과 자료 다운로드 기능을 제공한다. 해당 서비스 모듈의 관리 및 사용 방법으로는 가뭄인벤토리 지도데이터를 GIS 데이터셋화하여 Geoserver에 로딩하며, 로딩된 지도데이터는 WMS(web tilemap service) 포맷으로 변환한 뒤, 각각의 분석지도가 가지고 있는 속성DB정보를 고려해 지도 스타일을 적용하였다. 웹 브라우저 표출방법으로는 Openlayer 기반으로 GeoWebCache를 생성해 가뭄인벤토리 지도를 웹기반 가뭄아틀라스 상에 표출한다.

수용가 통합자원관리를 위해서는 수용가 측면에서 AMI(Adavanced Metering Infrastructure)기반의 부가서비스, 즉 전력정보관리, 전기품질관리, 수요응답 등 다양한 응용프로그램이 요구된다. 이러한 응용 기술은 이미 국내에서도 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 응용프로그램들의 기능은 전력, 에너지, 전압, 전류 감시를 주요 기능으로 하고 있으며 모니터링 데이터를 활용하는 분석기능이 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서 우리는 우선 AMI/AMR에 대한 기술조사 및 관련 서비스 현황조사를 실시하였다. 다음으로는 AMI기반 서비스 사례를 분석하였다.

광대역 통합망(BcN, Broadband convergence Network)은 유무선 통합, 통신과 방송 융합, 음성 및 데이터의 통합을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 품질과 보안의 정도에 따라 차별화된 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스 제공 및 관리가 가능한 네트워크이다. 본 고는 광대역 통합망의 개념 및 특징을 간략히 설명하고 SK Telecom 주관 UbiNet 컨소시엄의 1단계 (04년${\sim}$05년) 시범 사업을 통해 개발된 BcN 서비스의 내용, 인프라 구조 및 시스템 요구사항 등을 제시한다. 그리고 향후 전개될 2단계 BcN 서비스 및 SKT의 BcN 추진 방향을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.16 광대역 무선 통신 환경에서 멀티캐스트 서비스를 지원하기 위한 MzMP(MBS zone Management Protocol)를 제안한다. MzMP는 멀티캐스트 그룹을 멀티캐스트 서비스를 구분하는 논리적인 영역인 MBS 존(Multicast Broadcast Service Zone)으로 구분하며 MBS 존의 확장과 축소의 개념으로 그룹 관리를 수행한다. MzMP는 기존의 멀티캐스트 방식과 달리 그룹의 멤버를 말단 노드가 아닌 BS(Base Station)로 본다. 이것은 말단의 이동노드가 기본 셀 영역을 벗어나 다른 셀 영역으로 이동하더라도 그룹의 관리가 말단 이동 노드가 아닌 BS를 기준으로 이루어지기 때문에 멀티캐스트 그룹의 가입과 탈퇴를 위한 메시지의 부하 없이 멀티캐스트 서비스를 제공 할 수 있다.
