The filial piety culture represented by Cao-e was regarded as moral rule mechanism in order to maintain patriarchal system and property relations in ancient China as an agricultural society. Exactly, In the process of Cao-e's story spreading, oral inheritance and literature processing have a relation of learning and penetration each other in order to beautify, deify, systematic stories. This is expression of human being's thought method of pursuing perfection. For instance, The traditional piety culture is increasingly weakened, that is why it is important to recognize the fundamental connotation behind the cultural identity in the modern society, to create the social foundation of Cao-e' filial piety cultural contents root, and to explore the core values of piety culture contains. Looking Cao-e' filial piety Culture and culture archetypes as study object, this article analyzes the spreading of Cao-e's story texts for understand the connection between literature processing and image formation from aspect of Cao-e deification.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of expression and formal principle of universalism in Architectural Composition. Theorical category is to find universal system with the connection between idea of society and tradition in compositional frame the results were as follows : First it is the pursuit of divine. Through Middle Age and Renaissance universalism of principles in Architectural Composition is appeared a numerical order and human proportion with applying of cosmology. Second it is the pursuit of schema. With the simplicity of formal image it represented to the geometrical form for its clearness. Third it is the pursuit of typology. As to play a role of decisive factor in formal construction type represented the model with abstraction of shape.

신장은 급성 혹은 만성 신장 기능부전 혹은 말기 신장질환을 야기할 수 있는 작업장내의 여러 화학물질에 폭로되어 있다. 이러한 물질들은 효과에 있어 상이하며 4개의 주요 형태로 분류할 수 있다. 중금속, 유기화합물, 살충제들, 다른 생물이물질 등, 신독성은 산업의학에서 독자적인 소견으로는 나타나지 않고 독성 폭로의 다른 전신적 증상과 함께 나타난다. 신장은 흔히 독성 물질의 공격 목표가 된다. 비교적 크기가 작음에도, 심박출량의 25%를 받아 다량의 독성 물질에 폭로된다. 이러한 기능때문에, 신장에서 삼투압 경사가 발생하여 - 주로 수질에서 - 신장은 다른 기관에서 발견되는 것보다 훨씬 높은 수준으로 독성물질을 농축한다. 신장은 소변을 신성화할 수 있기 때문에, 다른 조직에서 발견되지 않는 이온형태의 여러 용질이 발생한다. 이러한 여러 요인들로 신장이 여러 독성물질에 어떻게 영향을 받는지 설명할 수 있다.

A small scale survey on intestinal parasitic infections was investigated by subjecting residents of North Korea to recommend a plausible control strategy. The Kato-Katz method was applied to 235 residents in a borderline city and 46 in a refugee camp in borderline China. Only eggs of Ascaris and Trichuris were detected in 41.1% and 37.6% respectively but most of them were light infected. Females were infected in 61.2% while 53.1% males were egg positive. By age, residents in their 30s showed highest egg positive rates. The survey confirmed high prevalence of soil-transmitted intestinal nematodes in rural areas in North Korea It is recommended to implement mass chemotherapy for al residents with a part sample examination in rural areas, North Korea.

고구려는 지리적인 조건으로 말미암아 삼국 가운데 가장 먼저 불교를 수용할 수 있었으며 5세기부터 7세기사이에 고구려의 불교문화가 백제, 신라와 고대 일본에 전해져 동아시아 전체에 보급되었다. 불교 전래 당시부터 고구려 왕실이 열성적으로 불교를 신봉한 일은 충분히 주목할 가치가 있는데, 왜냐하면 중앙 집권적 국가로 전환을 시도하던 때 마침 불교의 사회적 정치적 가치를 인식하게 되었기 때문이다. 불교와 왕권이 상호 관계를 강화하는 쪽으로 힘을 결집시켰는데, 왕실은 불교에 대해서 후한 지원을 아끼지 않았으며, 불교는 전륜성왕, 혹은 우주를 지배하는 자, 미륵 그리고 보살 등 모티브의 상징적 중요성을 통치자에게까지 확대시킴으로써 통치자의 지위를 신성시하는 이념적 기틀을 제공하였던 것이다. 이런 맥락에서 볼 때 불교를 받아들인 후에 세워진 비문들이 왕명 앞에 성(聖) 자를 붙여 왕의 지위를 신성화하는 의미를 나타내고 있다는 점은 우연의 일치가 아니다. 4세기말 국가 차원에서 불교를 수용한 고구려와 6세기초 법흥왕 당시의 신라는 시대적인 차이가 있으나, 국가 발전의 같은 단계에 서있었기 때문에 이 두 나라의 초기 불교 정책에 많은 유사점을 찾을 수 있다 고구려에서 거칠부와 더불어 신라로 넘어 온 혜량법사가 진흥왕 12년에 처음 개최된 백고좌강회는 《인왕경》에 입각한 것이며, 이 법회가 신라인의 사상적 통합과 진흥왕의 위업을 향상하는 데 기여하였다고 여겨진다. 그리고 진흥왕이 말년에 승복을 입고 법운이라는 법호를 택했는데 여기서 주목할만한 것은 법운(法雲)이 《십지경》에서 말하는 보살의 수행 최종 단계 그것에서 따온 것이며, 《십지경》은 이미 고구려에 익히 알려졌을 것이었다.신라 화랑이 미륵의 현현으로 여겨졌다 함은 일찍부터 지적되어 온 것입니다만 이 논문에서, 그것은 북중국에서 5·6세기경 유행한 그리고 소미륵으로 간주된 월광동자 (月光童子)신앙이 고구려를 통해 남하여 화랑의 사상적인 바탕이 됐다는 것으로 이해하였다. 그 증거로 《수라비구월광동자경》에 나타난 용어와 고대 한반도의 지명을 들 수 있는데 이 경은 고구려의 선인(仙人) 사상 및 신라의 화랑을 간접적으로 직결시킨다는 점도 염두 할 필요가 있다.

Pleurisy, an inflammation of the lining around the lungs, is associated with a common complication of several different medical conditions, the most pervasive being viral and mycobacterial infections. We evaluated the relevance of pleurisy and high blood pressure, diabetes. This study is a survey of 136 patients in whom pleural aspiration was performed to confirm the relationship with hypertension or diabetes mellitus and pleurisy. In the 136 patients, 47.8% were normal people (without hypertension and diabetes mellitus), 32.3% were hypertension patients, 7.4% were diabetes mellitus patients, and 12.5% were patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Odds ratio of normal and hypertension group by pleurisy was 2.524 and the confidence interval was 1.050, 6.069, odds ratio of normal and hypertension group was 4.417 and the confidence interval was 1.101, 17.714. According to these results, hypertension and diabetes mellitus may increase the risk of pleurisy.

This paper examines the apparition of the Virgin Mary revealed in Rue du Bac, Paris, France, in 1830, from a perspective of analytical psychology. To do so, it amplifies the archetypal motifs manifested in the images of the Virgin Mary of Rue du Bac by introducing the medieval alchemical picture titled "Glorification of the body portrayed as the coronation of the Virgin Mary" from Reusner's Pandora (1588). This image of the Virgin Mary is full of archetypal motifs that show the process and end result of individuation, which is the main idea of Jungian psychology. These symbols that depict the individuation process, both in Reusner's Pandora and in the Mary of Rue du Bac, are expressions of mythologems, constituent elements of the collective unconscious. Jung noted that these mythologems are the ultimate base and matrix of all religions. Through examining the archetypal motifs, which appear in the Mary of Rue du Bac, the apparition of the Mary turns out to be the revelation of the archetypal image of the Self in a space-time continuum, which is constellated in the collective unconscious. That is, an archetypal figure revealed itself to a witness' ego-consciousness to whom a space-time continuum functions as a cognitive category. The Mary of Rue du Bac represents the union of the opposites of divinity and humanity, which lacks in the symbolism of the Cross in Christianity. In this regard, she is an image of the new savior, who opens the new aeon of the Aquarius. The revealed image of Mary shows that divinity originates from the inner realm of the human psyche, that corporeal human beings are the matrix in which the divine incarnates, and that human being is the subject of psychological redemption. The image of Mary awakens us to the value of divinity in the human psyche in the times when the spiritual values Christianity has retained declines drastically.

Purpose : PET/CT is widely used for early checking up of cancer and following up of pre and post operation. Image reconstruction method is advanced with mechanical function. We want to evaluate image quality of each reconstruction program based on time of flight (TOF). Materials and Methods : After acquiring phantom images during 2 minutes with Gemini TF (Philips, USA), Biograph mCT (Siemens, USA) and Discovery 690 (GE, USA), we reconstructed image applied to Astonish TF (Philips, USA), ultraHD PET (Siemens, USA), Sharp IR (GE, USA) and not applied. inside of Flangeless Esser PET phantom (Data Spectrum corp., USA) was filled with $^{18}F$-FDG 1.11 kBq/ml (30 Ci/ml) and 4 hot inserts (8. 12. 16. 25 mm) were filled with 8.88 kBq/ml (240 ${\mu}Ci/ml$) the ratio of background activity and hot inserts activity was 1 : 8. Inside of triple line phantom (Data Spectrum corp., USA) was filled with $^{18}F$-FDG 37 MBq/ml (1 mCi). Three of lines were filled with 0.37 MBq (100 ${\mu}Ci$). Contrast ratio and background variability were acquired from reconstruction image used Flangeless Esser PET phantom and resolution was acquired from reconstruction image used triple line phantom. Results : The contrast ratio of image which was not applied to Astonish TF was 8.69, 12.28, 19.31, 25.80% in phantom lid of which size was 8, 12, 16, 25 mm and it which was applied to Astonish TF was 6.24, 13.24, 19.55, 27.60%. It which was not applied to ultraHD PET was 4.94, 12.68, 22.09, 30.14%, it which was applied to ultraHD PET was 4.76, 13.23, 23.72, 31.65%. It which was not applied to SharpIR was 13.18, 17.44, 28.76, 34.67%, it which was applied to SharpIR was 13.15, 18.32, 30.33, 35.73%. The background variability of image which was not applied to Astonish TF was 5.51, 5.42, 7.13, 6.28%. it which was applied to Astonish TF was 7.81, 7.94, 6.40 6.28%. It which was not applied to ultraHD PET was 6.46, 6.63, 5.33, 5.21%, it which was applied to ultraHD PET was 6.08, 6.08, 4.45, 4.58%. It which was not applied to SharpIR was 5.93, 4.82, 4.45, 5.09%, it which was applied to SharpIR was 4.80, 3.92, 3.63, 4.50%. The resolution of phantom line of which location was upper, center, right, which was not applied to Astonish TF was 10.77, 11.54, 9.34 mm it which was applied to Astonish TF was 9.54, 8.90, 8.88 mm. It which was not applied to ultraHD PET was 7.84, 6.95, 8.32 mm, it which was applied to ultraHD PET was 7.51, 6.66, 8.27 mm. It which was not applied to SharpIR was 9.35, 8.69, 8.99, it which was applied to SharpIR was 9.88, 9.18, 9.00 mm. Conclusion : Image quality was advanced generally while reconstruction program which is based on time of flight was used. Futhermore difference of result compared each manufacture reconstruction program showed up, however this is caused by specification of instrument of each manufacture and difference of reconstruction algorithm. Therefore we need further examination to find out appropriate reconstruction condition while using reconstruction program used for advance of image quality.
