2010년 초반 이래 지역 해양안보는 보다 개선된 신뢰증진을 위한 안보구도와 메커니즘을 요구하고 있다. 특히 2011년 이래 전문가들은 지역 내 어려운 해양안보 문제들을 주요 현안으로 식별하고 있으며, 아울러 다양한 다루기 힘든 개념 위주의 지역 해양신뢰구축방안들을 제시하고 있었다. 최근 동북아는 다양한 해양분쟁과 갈등으로 점철되고 있으며, 대부분 국가들은 더욱 위험한 상황을 선택하기에 주저하지 않는 위험한 현상을 보이고 있다. 이러한 문제들은 첫째, 기본적으로 기존의 개념적 목적의 해양신뢰구축방안 이행에 대한 실패, 둘째, 개념적 해양신뢰구축방안을 넘어선 기능적이며 실질적 해양신뢰구축으로 변화에 어려움 그리고 셋째, 이를 동북아에서 어떻게 적용30)해야 하는가" 하는 문제로 귀결되고 있다. 대체적으로 전문가들은 개념적 방안 보다 효과적이며 기능적 해양신뢰구축방안을 적용하고 이해하는 것이 바른 "정답"이라고 보고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 개념적 논쟁에 빠졌던 개념적 해양신뢰구축방안에 대한 과거 미련을 버리고 점차 진화된 복합적 문제로 대두되는 동북아 해양에서의 해양분쟁과 갈등을 기능적이며 실질적 해양 신뢰구축방안에 의해 해결하는 방법을 식별하여 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 논문에서 제시하는 기술적이며 제도적 해양신뢰구축방안이 인정되면, 지금까지의 작용-반작용의 악순환적 주기를 넘어설 수 있는효과적 해양신뢰 각론, 레짐 또는 거버런스가 될 수 있을 것이다. 궁극적으로 본 논문의 목적은 고질적이고 새로운 해양갈등을 해소할 수 있는 신뢰 구축 전략을 제시하여 지역 해양안전과 평화를 유지하는 것이다.

Empirical model was developed to test the building mechanism of trust dimensions and loyalty with the suppliers' bonding tactics to service firms. And interactive effects between suppliers' bonding tactics and service firms' store age was hypothesized in the trust-loyalty building processes. The model was tested in the context of animal clinics which belong to Korean Animal Hospital Association (KAHA). The data was analysed using structural equation model (SEM). The findings are as follows. First, two different relational bonding tactics play different roles in their effects on building trust dimensions toward suppliers. While supplier's social bonding tactic significantly influences on both the affective and cognitive trust of service firms, suppliers' structural bonding tactic only influences significantly on affective trust of service firms. Second, while suppliers' social bonding tactic influences on building service firms' loyalty significantly, suppliers' structural bonding tactic doesn't influence on building their loyalty. Suppliers' structural bonding tactic influences on building their loyalty indirectly through affective trust. Third, while service firms' affective trust influences on building loyalty significantly, cognitive trust doesn't. Their cognitive trust influences on building loyalty indirectly through affective trust. Fourth, the higher the firms' store age is, the more suppliers use social bonding tactics to build trust and loyalty directly. While the shorter the firms' store age is, the more suppliers partially use both the social and structural bonding tactics to build trust and loyalty. In conclusion, in the context of animal clinics' distribution channels, suppliers' relational bonding tactics with service firms differently influence to build trust sub-dimensions and loyalty. And, suppliers should take note of the interactive role of service firms' store age in the utilization of the different bonding tactics to build service firms' trust and loyalty toward suppliers. At the end of the paper, managerial implications, limitations, and future research directions are suggested.

본 논문에서는 종합통신사업자로서의 한국통신이 구축 운용하고 있는 통신망의 현황과, 근래 들어 통신망의 대형장애 등 통신망의 안전 신뢰성이 중요한 과제로 대두됨에 따라 신뢰성 향상을 위한 한국통신의 통신망 구축방향에 관하여 기술 하였으며, 또한 본격적인 정보화시대에 대비하기 위한 초고속 정보통신망 구축모형도 함께 기술하였다.

Unlike the traditional bricks-and-mortar marketplace, the online environment includes several distinct factors that influence Web site trust. As consumers become more savvy about the Internet, the author contends they will insist on doing business with web companies they trust. This study examines 1) how Web site trust is affected by the following web purchase-related factors: security, privacy, brand name, word-of-mouth, good online experience, and quality of information, and 2) how it influences outcomes. Unlike Urban and colleagues' study (2000), the author argues that not all e-trust bUilding programs guarantee success in building Web site trust. In addition to the mechanism depending on a program, building e-brand trust requires a systematic relationship between a consumer and a particular web site. The findings show that Web site trust does not build one or two components but are established by the interrelationships of complex components. By carefully investigating these variables in formulating marketing strategies, marketers can cultivate brand loyalty and gain a formidable competitive edge.

To meet the requirements of reliable service for various applications, a Reliable Multicast Transport Protocol should be implemented over IP Multicast where currently best-effort service is provided. Among the current researches, hierarchical tree-based mechanism has been proposed and actively studied. This mechanism is known to provide high scalability as well as reliability, but needs an additional tree configuring mechanism for building an efficient logical tree in transport layer. Bottom-up approach has been used for creating such a tree. This method has benefits from parallel tree construction for receivers, while it has some drawbacks such that it does not guarantee a loop-free tree and brings heavy message overhead during tree creation process. Therefore, this paper proposes a top-down based mechanism for constructing a control tree, which can guarantee loop-freeness by step-wise mannered tree building. From experimental simulations, it shows that the proposed mechanism has less message overhead. It is recommended that the bottom-up and the proposed top-down will be selectively used in real networks, according to the requirements of the concerned multicast applications.

인터넷폰을 기반으로 한 무선상에서 데이터의 높은 신뢰성과 망 구축을 구현하고자 한다. 음성신호에 대한 음성질을 평가하여 보다 나은 전송률과 신뢰성을 검증하도록 하였다. 그리고 현 실생활에 적용될 수 있는 생산성을 평가하고 검증하는데 중점들 두도록 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 급부상하고 있는 정보통신 분야의 핵심이 될 수 있는 유ㆍ무선 네트워크 데이터 전송은 최적의 신뢰성과 유용성을 보장하는 망 구축을 목표로 하고 있다.

In this paper, we derived 7 reliability measurement factors for effective web site construction through literature research and empirically measured reliability of the web site using "Xenu" and "Yslow" which are reliability measurement tools. We selected and tested total 12 domestic and foreign web sites. As a result of measuring those 12 web sites, the reliability level was varied in a number of aspects according to 7 measurement factors, and we suggested alternatives based on those 7 factors in order to build the effective web site.

FMEA(Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)는 발생 가능한 잠재 고장의 형태와 그 영향을 평가하고 고장을 예방할 수 있도록 표를 이용하여 체계적으로 접근하는 방법이다. FMEA를 활용하여 전자 의료기기의 신뢰성을 평가할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구를 통해 의료기기의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 체계적인 접근이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 평가하기 위한 체계를 구축하기 위해 FMEA 기법을 근간으로 하여 전자 의료기기의 신뢰성 평가 체계 구축에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 수립하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of SCM on PM's capabilities and sustainable benefit sharing in leading global companies. To achieve this, statistical analyses were carried out through an empirical questionnaire survey of 426 PMs in SCM companies. The results showed that SCM commitment, vision and goal sharing have positive effects on PM's capabilities in leading global companies, boosting PM capability. Moreover, sustainable benefit sharing was improved along with SCM trust building, vision and goal sharing in global leading companies, supporting the usefulness of these variables. In contrast, SCM information sharing and trust building did not lead to significant acceleration of PM's capabilities, rejecting these variables. These findings indicate that SCM information sharing or trust building does not really help simple members to accelerate PM's capabilities.

반도체 제조장비는 매우 높은 정밀도와 신뢰성이 요구되는 초정밀 시스템으로서 개발이 완료되어 실제 생산라인에 투입되기까지는 오랜 시간 동안 엄격한 시험평가를 통하여 신뢰성이 입증되어야 한다. 그러나 국내 중소 업계의 경우 고가 시험평가 설비를 보유하고 있지 않아 연구개발에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 과제는 반도체 제조장비와 부품의 신뢰성 평가를 위한 시스템 구축방안에 대한 사항이다.
