A Mechanism for Constructing Efficient Transprot Layer Trees for Reliable Multicast Service (신뢰성을 보장하는 멀티캐스트 서비스를 위한 효율적인 전송 계층 트리 구축 방안)

  • 인터넷을 통한 그룹 통신이 활발해지면서 신뢰성을 보장하는 멀티캐스트 서비스를 요구하는 응용들이 점점 다양해지고 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 멀티캐스트에서의 신뢰성을 보장하기 위하여 다양한 기술들이 발표되었으며 특히 트리를 기반으로 오류 및 혼잡 제어를 수행하여 신뢰성 뿐만 아니라 확장성을 보장하는 효율적인 방법에 대한 연구가 지속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 트리 기반의 프로토콜에서 효율적이고 동적인 트리 형성 및 관리를 위한 방안을 제안한다. 하나의 멀티캐스트 그룹을 여러 개의 지역 그룹으로 나누어 트리로 구성할 때 지역 그룹에 속할 수 있는 그룹 수신자 수에 임계값을 두고 지역 대표자는 이 임계값이 초과되지 않을 때까지 새로운 참여자를 받아들일 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 새로운 노드가 그룹에 참여할 때 지역 대표자 뿐 아니라 일반 수신자들도 지역 대표자에 대한 정보를 전송해 줌으로써 참여시간의 감소와 그룹 내의 메시지 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있도록 하였다. 동적인 트리 형성 및 관리 과정에서 지역 그룹 대표자에 연결된 노드수가 적고 깊이가 깊어질수록 트리 관리에 관한 오버헤드가 증가하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 간단한 트리 재조정을 수행함으로써 트리에서 발생하는 오버헤드를 감소시킬 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 일반적으로 거버넌스는 사회가 스스로를 이끌어나가는 과정을 의미하며, 전자거버넌스시스템(electronic governance system)은 이러한 거버넌스 지원을 위한 차세대 전자정부시스템을 의미한다. 전자거버넌스시스템은 주로 정부기관의 기능 강화에 초점을 두고 있는 전자정부시스템과 달리 능동적인 시민참여에 중점을 두고 있으므로 이에 부수되는 정보공유, 보안, 프라이버시, 구성원 사이의 상호 신뢰형성 등의 문제를 해결하여야 한다. 현재 거버넌스 관점에서 행정에 대한 시민참여가 활발하게 논의되고 거버넌스에 대한 이론 및 실증적 연구는 활발히 연구되고 있으나, 전자거버넌스시스템의 개발에 대한 연구는 매우 미약한 실정이다. USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 중요한 한 축으로써 많은 응용 잠재성을 내포하고 있으며, IT839 전략에 따라 국내 USN 인프라스트럭쳐에 대한 활발한 연구${\cdot}$개발 및 시험사업이 진헹되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 USN 인프라스트럭쳐를 활용하여 구성원 사이의 신뢰형성을 도울 수 있는 전자거버넌스시스템의 구조에 대하여 논한다.

Design Factors Influencing the Perceived Trustworthiness in E-commerce Websites (전자상거래 웹사이트의 인지 신뢰성에 영향을 미치는 디자인 요인들)

  • Customer's trust is one of major competitiveness sources along with price in Internet Web-based B2C e-commerce business. In general, trust is defined as the attitude that is established by a trustor when trustworthiness exists in a trustee and is perceived by a trustor. Designing e-commerce websites is important in that e-commerce website is understood as a means of constructing perceived trustworthiness and delivering it to customers. In this study 50 participants were interviewed and total of 831 participants responded to the survey questionnaire to investigate design factors influencing the perceived trustworthiness in e-commerce websites. Nine design factors were derived as the perceived trustworthiness-related design factors, and only six out of nine design factors were found as having significant effects on the perceived trustworthiness of e-commerce websites. In addition, the significant design factors were different according to gender and ages of e-commerce customers.

  • This research analysis politic knowledge, politic awareness and politic socialization medium which influenced forming politic awareness for high school students. This purpose is that we find politic awareness of teenagers and how we teach politic education for teenagers effectively. After analysis, we found that awareness formed through home, school, colleague group and mess media influence teenagers to make their important factor of forming politic and administration and awareness level of politic and administration.

  • This study sought to identify the interactive relationship between the individual cognitive characteristics of perceived consumer effectiveness and the impact of the message framing type of a fashion brand's sustainable marketing on consumers' brand trust. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the fashion brand's message framing type increased consumers' perceived consumer effectiveness, and that the recipient's perceived consumer effectiveness each influenced the formation of consumers' trust in the brand. It was confirmed that the fashion brand's message frame directly had a positive effect in forming consumers' brand trust.

  • This research was conducted to explore the factors that cause medical tourists' dissatisfaction, and find ways to solve the tourists' problems by researching on the relationship between the service recovery and the failure of medical services. Also, the research has put more emphasis on establishing marketing strategies that enable Japanese medical tourists to actively visit Korea, and finding out the effects that the medical tourists satisfaction and trust have on their behavioral intentions, recommendations, and positive feedbacks. The summary of the research analysis results as follows. First, the service recovery after the service failure has positive influences on the medical tourist's satisfaction. Second, the service recovery has proven its positive influences on the tourists' trusts and behavioral intentions. Third, the satisfaction of the service recovery has built the mutual trust between the tourists' and the medical center, and this has positive influences on the customer's behavioral intentions. Finally, the research was conducted to analyze the moderating effects on the relationship between the service recovery and the recovery satisfaction. It was found that the medical service failure recognition type has proven no moderating effects.

  • This study examines the trend and issues of sociological studies of social network service(SNS). For this purpose, the studies were classified into three types. The first type of study concerns spatial characteristics of SNS. It deals with the impact of such SNS usage on individual attitudes and behaviors. The second type of the study focuses on the formation process of interrelationship among users. It is based on sociological concepts such as trust and social capital. The last type of study emphasizes the impact of SNS on society. The study includes the issues of social movement and political participation. In the future study of SNS, more diverse sociological subjects, such as social integration, exclusion, public welfare, and affective support need to be dealt with.

Effects of Company Trust and FLSE's Trust on Loyalty in Airline Industry (항공사 신뢰와 서비스제공자 신뢰 및 충성도의 영향관계 연구)

  • It is essential to have a trust with customer, especially in the airline context which provide the best service and movement to particular destinations. However, previous researches were performed only within restricted variables regarding this topic. Thus the purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship among trust's antecedents, trust and loyalty. A convenience sample of 298 travelers from airline customers was surveyed and 286 usable questionnaires were analyzed. According to the literature review, trust's antecedents were divided into the following variables: 'competence', 'benevolence' and 'problem solving ability'. Trust objects were divided into 'company trust' and 'front line service employee(FLSE) trust' accordingly. The findings of the study are as follows. First, company trust's antecedents which are 'competence', 'benevolence' and 'problem solving ability' yielded positive effects on company trust. Specifically, 'competence' has the strongest influence among variables. Second, as far as FLSE trust's antecedents are concerned, only 'competence' and 'problem solving ability' have positive effects on FLSE trust. Third, both company trust and FLSE trust influenced each other. Lastly, both company trust and FLSE trust have positive effects on loyalty.

Can High Trust Expectation Cause Low Trust? The Roles of Trust Criteria and Family Expansionism (저신뢰 사회를 만드는 고신뢰 기대? 가족확장성과 신뢰기준의 역할)

  • The present research investigated the psychological nature of low levels of trust in Korean society and the role of family expansionism, a cultural psychological factor, in this phenomenon. Specifically, we examined the possibility that Koreans' distrust toward social system is, at least partially, due to high standards for trust, which might be closely related to Koreans' cultural characteristic of family expansionism. In Study 1, the relations between levels of family expansionism, trust standards, and actual levels of trust for parents, judiciary, and politicians were examined among 540 Korean adults. In Study 2, we manipulated levels of family expansionism to examine its effect on trust standards. Results showed that trust standards were higher for politicians than parents. Participants' trust standards for politics were unrealistically high, especially on the responsibility factor. Actual levels of trust for judiciary and politicians were low when the trust standards for these targets relative to trust standards for parents were high. Moreover, the trust standards and levels of trust for judiciary and politicians (relative to those for parents) were positively correlated to levels of family expansionism. In other words, higher levels of family expansionism were linked to higher trust standards and levels of distrust for judiciary and politicians. In addition, Study 2 results showed that trust standards became high when family expansionism was induced. Unlike previous studies which focused on causes of low levels of trust while assuming that Korean society itself is a low trust society, the present research investigated the underlying mechanism behind the seemingly low trust in Korean society.
