The Effect of the Consumer's Perceived Risk on the Level of Information Search (제품유형에 따른 소비자의 구매위험지각이 정보탐색수준에 미치는 영향 - 지식수준의 조절역할을 중심으로 -)

  • Despite the popularity of e-commerce, the understanding of preferred product types for information searches and purchase on the internet are not sufficient. This paper studies the effect of risk perception on information search behavior through online only, offline only, and on-offline together. Specially, this study classifies product types into search goods, experience goods, and credence goods. The study attempts to determine how the relationship between the perceived risk and the information search is influenced by the product knowledge level. The results show that the higher the risk perceptions about experience goods and credence goods, the more the consumer searches information through online and offline together when the consumer's knowledge level is low. When the consumer's knowledge level is high, however, the higher the risk perception regarding search goods, the more the consumer searches information through online only.

Consumer Confidence, Identification, and a Brand Attitude according to the On-line Brand Community Type (온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 유형에 따른 소비자신뢰, 동일시 및 브랜드 태도)

  • With the recent growth of the Internet, the on-line brand community has been a major vehicle for building a corporate brand asset. This study aimed to identify the effective relationship between confidence, identification, and a brand attitude according to the on-line brand community type. As a result of an empirical analysis, first, the customer-driven community showed higher confidence and identification than those of the corporate-held community. Also, the customer-driven community was assessed more favorable also in the brand attitude. Second, the interactive effect between the community type and community activities was found to be significant in the confidence of the community confidence, and it was also the same for the identification of the community. Therefore, it would be necessary for companies to prepare strategies for improving the level of confidence and the identification of consumers in consideration of the community type for effective brand management on-line.

인터넷 상점에 대한 여성고객의 신뢰와 서비스 품질$\cdot$고객 충성도 간의 관계

  • 온라인 쇼핑에 있어서 여성 고객의 서비스 품질 인식과 신뢰 문제는 중요한 이슈이다. 본 연구는 신뢰를 선의, 성실성, 능력의 관점에서, 그리고 서비스 품질을 유형성, 신빙성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성의 관점에서 다차원적으로 접근하여 연구 가설과 모형을 설정하고 그 원인-결과 관계를 실증적으로 분석한다. 분석 결과, 확신성과 공감성 차원의 서비스 품질이 선의/성실성 차원의 신뢰에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 능력 차원의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것은 5개 서비스 품질 차원 중 오직 확신성뿐인 것으로 드러났다. 또한 고객 충성도에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 것은 확신성 차원의 서비스 품질과 능력 차원의 신뢰이라는 것이 확인되었다. 여성 고객이 인터넷 상점에 대해 충성도를 갖게 되는 이유가 그 인터넷 상점의 선의/성실성 때문이기보다는 능력 때문이라는 점은 온라인 기업들에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 더욱이 온라인 기업들은 서비스 품질, 구체적으로는 여성 고객의 확신성 인식을 제고하면 이것이 자사의 능력을 고객에게 입증하는 방법이 될 수 있고, 결과적으로 여성 고객의 재구매 의사나 우호적인 구전을 이끌어 낼 수 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있다는 점을 주목할 필요가 있다.

Performance Analysis of Interferometric Radar Altimeter by Terrain Type for Estimating Reliability of Terrain Referenced Navigation (지형대조항법의 신뢰성 추정을 위한 간섭계 레이더 고도계의 지형 유형별 성능 분석)

  • This paper analyzes the performance of the IRA(Interferometric Radar Altimeter) by terrain type for estimating reliability of TRN(Terrain Referenced Navigation). The accuracy of the altitude is one of the key parameters of TRN's accuracy. When the antenna of the IRA has wide beamwidth, its altitude accuracy is directly affected by the configuration of the earth's surface. Hence, the accuracy and reliability of TRN can also be affected and may cause ambiguity in positioning. We present analysis data for estimating the reliability of TRN by modeling several topographies and analyzing the performance of the IRA. The results of the analysis are verified by comparison with test data.

The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Trust, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention (건설기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 조직신뢰, 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, the proportion of overseas orders of domestic construction companies is increasing, and the global market demands management transparency on corporate social responsibility activities. Therefore, domestic companies are faced with the need to systematically prepare for social responsibility activities. The purpose of this study was to examine whether CSR activities have a moderating effect on the relationship between organizational trust, job satisfaction, turnover intention and contract type. This study analyzed the effect of CSR activities on organizational trust, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The study targets regular and irregular workers in construction companies who promote CSR activities through the homepage, public service ad, and media. The questionnaire distributed 300 copies online. The final valid sample is 255 (145 Regular and 110 Irregular). Empirical analysis used a structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows. First, in CSR activities, economic responsibility, philanthropic responsibility and ethical responsibility had a positive (+) effect on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction in CSR activities. Finally, the magnitude of the Moderate effect of the type of labor contract according to the group classification showed that the CSR activity on organizational trust had many regular employees with economic responsibility. Also, organizational trust in job satisfaction was found to be large in regular employees. The results of this study can be a guide to CSR activities of construction companies in terms of organizational effectiveness.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the consultant proactive personality and benevolence influence on the trust and innovative performance. The results show that first, consultant proactive personality affects cognitive trust and consultant benevolence have an effect on emotional trust. Second, perceptual trusts for the consultant behavior have a relationship with innovative performance and we confirmed mediation effect of trust. This study have important meaning that we analysis plus effect on the emotion factor when we determine the trust formation factor in the consulting performed process.

  • Psychological typology in analytic psychology is used not only for ascertaining the attitude or function of the conscious ego, but also as one blueprint for the individuation process. We all know the need to emphasize an awareness of the deployment and development of the superior function, the secondary function, the third function and the inferior function for the individuation process. This study has the goal of refining our awareness of this deployment and development of typological functions. The questionnaires of the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and the Gray Wheelwrights Jungian Type Survey use the method of a forced-choice questionnaire, on the assumption of a bi-polarity hypothesis. But the questionnaire of the Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory uses the Likert scale. It is able to show the deployment of the superior function, the secondary function, the third function and the inferior function visibly. It allows us to test the subject at stated periods for his/her development or change of psychological typology. The Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory is a statistically superior method for showing Jung's psychological typology relative to both the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and the Gray Wheelwrights Jungian Type Survey. I have studied how the original authors of The Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory understood Jung's psychological typology. I produced the reliability and the item-discrimination power of the Korean Version of the Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory. On the basis of this study, I produced the revised Korean version 1 of Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory.

The Effects of Private Brand Value on Brand Trust, Brand Attitude and Brand Loyalty (유통업체 브랜드 가치가 브랜드 신뢰, 브랜드 태도, 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study examines the relationship among private brand value, brand trust, brand attitude and brand loyalty. Theoretical studies and the current study indicate that private brand loyalty is influenced by brand value, brand trust, and brand attitude. Through the empirical survey undertaken for this study, it was found that emotional value, social value, functional value, and brand trust including brand attitude influence brand loyalty. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, private brand value had a significant direct effect on brand trust and brand attitude. Second, emotional value and functional value had a positive effect on brand trust and brand attitude. Further, social value had a significant direct effect on brand attitude. And social value had a significant indirect effect on brand attitude through brand trust. Third, brand trust had a significant direct effect on brand attitude. And brand trust had a significant indirect effect on brand loyalty through brand attitude. Fourth, brand attitude had a positive effect on brand loyalty. Therefore, These finding will spawn both academic and practitioner interest in the private brand value and serve as a foundation for further research in this important area.

A Study for the Effect of Medical Service Failure and Recovery on Medical Tourist Trust and Behavioral Intention -Focused on Japanese Medical Tourist- (의료서비스 실패와 회복 후 만족이 신뢰와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 일본인 의료 관광객을 중심으로 -)

  • This research was conducted to explore the factors that cause medical tourists' dissatisfaction, and find ways to solve the tourists' problems by researching on the relationship between the service recovery and the failure of medical services. Also, the research has put more emphasis on establishing marketing strategies that enable Japanese medical tourists to actively visit Korea, and finding out the effects that the medical tourists satisfaction and trust have on their behavioral intentions, recommendations, and positive feedbacks. The summary of the research analysis results as follows. First, the service recovery after the service failure has positive influences on the medical tourist's satisfaction. Second, the service recovery has proven its positive influences on the tourists' trusts and behavioral intentions. Third, the satisfaction of the service recovery has built the mutual trust between the tourists' and the medical center, and this has positive influences on the customer's behavioral intentions. Finally, the research was conducted to analyze the moderating effects on the relationship between the service recovery and the recovery satisfaction. It was found that the medical service failure recognition type has proven no moderating effects.
