This study aims to determine whether happiness and hope mediate in the relationship between growth mindset and academic achievement among Chinese college students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 337 college students purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, growth mindset, happiness, hope, and academic achievement all showed significant positive correlations. Second, college students' happiness and hope double mediated the relationship between a growth mindset and academic achievement. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only a growth mindset but also happiness and hope to improve the academic achievement of college students.

본 연구는 고체가연물의 초기 점화 및 화재성장과정에서의 발열량을 대형화재발열량계(large scale fire calorimeter)를 이용하여 정량적으로 측정하고 화재발생 초기에 화재성장특성 파악하고자 한다. 실험에 적용된 고체가연물 화재는 단일/이중 목재화재, 폴리프로필렌 소재의 쿠션화재, 목재 및 폴리프로필렌 소재의 카페트 화재이며 화재발달 단계에서의 화재성장특성을 시간 제곱 화재성장 시나리오와 비교분석하고 고체 기본가연물의 화재성장과정을 이해한다. 구획조건이 화재발열량에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 자유연소상태와 ISO-9705 화재실 내부에서 화재실험이 수행되었으며 화재성장특성과 최대발열량등을 비교하였다. 본 연구는 설계화재와 화재시나리오를 설정하는데 있어서 고체가연물의 발열량 데이터 및 화재성장에 대한 정보를 제공하고 공간조건에 따른 발열량 측정데이터의 신뢰성 분석을 위한 기초연구로 활용될 수 있다.

In general, software test is carried out to detect or repair errors in system during software development process. Namely, we can evaluate software reliability through collecting and removing the faults detected in testing phase. Software reliability growth model evaluates reliability of software mathematically. Many kinds of software reliability growth modeling which modeling the processes of detecting, revising and removing the faults detected in testing phase have been proposed in many ways. and, it is assumed that almost of these modeling have one typed detect and show the uniformed detection rate. In this study, significance levels of the faults detected in test phase are classified according to how they can affect on the whole system and then the fault detection capability of them is applied. From this point of view, We here by propose a software reliability growth model with faults detection capability according considering fault significance levels and apply some fault data to this proposed model and finally verify its validity by comparing and estimating with the existing modeling.

Mobile applications are growing fast and the rising popularity of smartphones, which was supposed to take the market even further. The purposes of this study are as follows. First, we find out what really drives the trust and the intention to continuance use the mobile applications. Second, we explore gender differences in perceptions and relationships between the quality factors and trust. The 231 sets of data collected from 120 male and 111 female, who use the smartphones, were tested against the model using PLS 2.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, perceived usefulness and connectivity had an effect on trust and continuance intension. Second, gender had moderate effect on the relationship between quality factors and trust.

In this paper, we conducted basic study on the reliability management that is a key factor to develop highly-reliable launch vehicles, and proposed the strategy for reliability management that can be applied to the KSLV program. Based on the analysis of international launch vehicles data, this paper also presented the reliability target that is essential for Korea's entering into the international commercial market.

본 논문은 ACE2000 시스템 소프트웨어의 Release 시점을 예측할 수 있는 최적 배포문제로, 시스템의 안정도를 평가해 볼 수 있는 측면에서 소프트웨어 최적 배포문제에 대해 살펴보고 평가기준을 제시하여 제품의 적기 공급 및 개발자원의 효율적 이용 측면을 분석한다. 즉, 신뢰성 평가척도와 개발 비용을 고려한 최적 배포문제를 기술하였다. 또 여러 가지 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장모델 중 지수형 모델을 근거로 한 소프트웨어 개발비용과 신뢰성 평가기준을 고려한 배포시기를 결정하여 보았다.

비트코인(Bitcoin)은 P2P 네트워크상에 존재하는 실물 없는 화폐이다. 비트코인의 특징은 발행 기관의 통제가 없는 분산 구조를 형성하고 네트워크가 연결된 곳 어디에서나 거래가 이루어질 수 있도록 신뢰성을 부여하고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 특징의 비트코인은 최초 등장 이래 하루 평균 약 21만 건, 1억 7천만 달러가 거래되는 규모로 성장했다. 화폐로서의 가치가 증가함에 따라 부당 이득을 취하려는 위협 또한 증가하게 될 것이다. 대표적으로 비트코인을 위협하는 행위로는 이중 지불, 부정 인출 등을 그 사례로 볼 수 있다. 하지만 아직까지 성장 단계에 있는 비트코인을 대상으로 발생될 수 있는 위협에 대한 인지는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 비트코인 신뢰 구조를 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 발생할 수 있는 다양한 위협들을 분석하고 대응방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This research studied the evaluation of reliability among the software quality characteristics: suitability, reliability, usability, portability, maintainability, performance efficiency, security, and compatibility. It proposes a quantitative evaluation of reliability in the measurement of software quality. This study introduces a method for measuring the failure rate included in maturity during reliability evaluation, which is one of the characteristics of software quality, and is a study with experimental data on how the failure rate changes depending on the form of failure data. Focusing on software testing, the failure rate was measured and compared according to the type of failure data by applying it to the software reliability growth model, focusing on the number of failures per day. The failure rate was measured around the failure time found through the 6-day test, and the failure rate was compared with the failure rate proposed by the international standard ISO/IEC 25023 using the measurement results, and the application was reviewed according to the data type.

Our current study aimed to verify the mediating effect of growth mindset and grit in the relationship between human rights victimization and self-esteem. The survey was conducted on 233 college students. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and Macro Process were performed, and bootstrap method was used to verify the mediating effect of growth mindset and grit. The results were as follows. First, human right victimization were significantly and negatively correlated with self-esteem, growth mindset, and grit while self-esteem were significantly and positively correlated with growth mindset, and grit. Second, as a result of path analysis, the human rights victimization had a significant negative impact on self-esteem, growth mindset and grit. On the other hand, growth mindset and grit had a significant positive effect on self-esteem. Third, growth mindset and grit had a mediating effect in the relationship between human right victimization and self-esteem. This implied that self-esteem of college students can be increased by increasing their growth mindset and grit. Future research is needed to clarify the role of human rights research and growth mindset and self - esteem in college students.

This paper aims to empirically analyze the factors of difference in trust level for Internet-only bank by age groups. The purpose of this study is to provide clues and a research data in developing differentiation strategies that can increase consumer's trust by age group. In this study, above all, the financial consumer group was divided into the 2030s and 4050s based on age. The study explored the trust determinants of the two groups and compared the differences between the two groups using a multi-group analysis method. As results, in all age groups, financial consumer's trust was seen as a determinant of convenience, security and benefit of financial transaction costs. The difference of the determinant of trust between 2030s and 4050s occurred in the factor of benefit. Moreover, it reconfirmed that consumer's trust is later strongly extended to relationship commitment. These findings suggest that trust is of paramount importance to the Internet-only bank, whose market competition will intensify in the future.
