하천수 수요는 생활, 공업, 농업 등 인위적 사용 그리고 하천의 환경개선, 건천화 방지 및 물 재이용 등과 관련된 하천유지유량으로 구분된다. 현행 수자원 관리는 갈수 시에도 안정적인 취수가 가능하도록 운영하고 있어, 하천수 취수(사용)의 신규 또는 변경 허가를 위한 허가기준유량의 개념 및 관리는 자연, 사회적 하천수 수요 관리에 매우 중요한 인자이다. 본 연구에서는 하천수의공급 능력을 평가하기 위하여, 댐의 이수안전도를 나타내는 지표를 이용하여 허가기준유량을 평가하였다. 신뢰도(reliability), 회복도(resilience) 및 취약도(vulnerability)를 기준으로 하천유지유량고시 지점과 유량 조사 지점이었고 분석 결과, 부족 발생 시에 이를 회복하는 능력에서 지점별 큰 차이가 확인되었고, 이로부터 하천수 관리 현황과 개선점을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율 활동 지원에 관한 법률의 기업재난관리표준에 따라 재해경감활동관리체계를 수립함에 있어 최초 단계인 재해경감활동 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 효과성을 분석하고자 함이 목적이다. 일반적으로 기관의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 결과를 바탕으로 재해경감활동의 도입 수준이 결정된다. 그러나 현재 수행되는 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 문항은 문항 간의 중요도를 고려하지 않아 결과에 대한 신뢰성 및 변별력 저하, 재해경감활동관리체계 수행 단계별 차별성이 고려되지 않은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공기업 'K사'의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 사례에 대해 기존 결과와 조사 문항의 가중치를 반영한 결과의 차이점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 문항 간 변별력 부재로 인한 결과의 신뢰성 부족과 그로 인한 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 대상자의 동일 응답 가능성을 배재할 수 없음을 알 수 있었다.

This study investigates the effects of supervisors' leadership style on franchisees' trust and commitment in a franchise system. We classified leadership into two styles - transformational leadership vs. transactional leadership, and it was hypothesized and tested that these two leadership styles have differential effects on trust and two different types of commitment - calculative commitment vs. affective commitment. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the data and a total number of 184 Korean franchisees in diverse industries participated to the survey. Using a structural equation modeling, we confirmed some differential effects of the two leadership styles. Transformational leadership was found to have positive effects on franchisees' trust in and affective commitment to the franchisor, while it has no effects on calculative commitment. On the other hand, transactional leadership was positively related to calculative commitment to the franchisor. But it had no effects on trust and affective commitment. Meanwhile, we also found that trust positively affects on both types of commitment. The results of this study suggest that the quality of franchisor-franchisee relationships can be improved by supervisor's strong leadership, especially by transformational leadership, and that transformational leadership, when compared to transactional leadership, is more important for developing a long-term and stable franchisor-franchisee relationship.

In this paper, we consider the limit of the previous works for ad-hoc network, then propose a dynamic routing scheme which employs a 2-tier hierarchical structure. We adopt the advantages of proactive and reactive routing scheme for efficient network management. We define this method as NSDR(New Secure Dynamic Routing) scheme. We also propose a trustworthy authentication and key management for the proposed ad-hoc network. We currently study the possibility that ad-hoc networks can provide a service such as key management and authentication for the next generation mobile network.

This study aims at improving work reliability. It proposes a way to overcome the limitations of current scheduling methods by providing a new framework, CPAM(Construction Process Analysis Model) based on the lean principles. It suggests methods which improve work reliability and production effectiveness with variability control methods. Also it suggests methods which reduce inventories of materials and equipment and WIP(Work In Process) using two techniques; Lookahead Schedule and Weekly Work Plan. The contribution of this research also includes that it assumes planning as a process of reducing uncertainty and maximizing throughput, counter-posing plan reliability to resource redundancy as alternative strategies for managing in conditions of uncertain work flow.

If analyze pattern to information that health information system is transmited, health care officer or chief physician means that offer healthcare and medical treatment service to remote about target customer. Wish to present authoritativeness model for u-Health's inside and outside of the country same native place and u-Health's BMT in this research.

위상배열초음파검사(PAUT)는 기존 초음파검사에서 획득할 수 있었던 A-scan의 결과와 달리, 관로 내부로 진입하지 않고도 부식에 의한 강관 손상 정도를 정량적인 시각적 데이터로 파악할 수 있는 검사 기술이다. 관내부 직접조사가 가능한 상수도 강관을 대상으로 직접조사와 PAUT를 비교한 결과, PAUT는 높은 정확도와 신뢰성을 보여주었다. 또한, 강관 내부의 부식검사에서는 PAUT를 적용함으로써 관체의 부식 면적, 부식 최대 깊이, 부식 위치를 넓은 범위에서 신뢰성 높은 검사 및 결과 도출이 가능하였다. 이러한 결과는 PAUT 기술이 강재 구조물의 다양한 부식 문제를 신속하게 파악하고 해결하는 데 기여할 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서, 본 검사 기법은 상수도 관로의 강재 진단 및 점검에 있어 높은 신뢰성 및 효율성을 보여 주는 진단기법으로써 다양한 강재 시설물의 평가에 활용성이 클 것으로 판단된다. 이에 따라 PAUT는 상수도 시설물뿐만 아니라 다양한 시설물에서도 높은 활용 가능성을 가질 것으로 예상된다.

항공 산업은 다양한 요소가 유기적으로 결합된 복합시스템으로 고장 또는 사고가 발생하면 큰 희생과 비용을 초래한다. 또한 복구와 신뢰회복에 많은 자원과 노력이 소모되므로 높은 안전과 신뢰성이 요구된다. 따라서 항공 산업에서 제품 또는 시스템을 개발, 생산 및 운용함에 있어 안전성과 신뢰성의 입증을 위해 엄격한 인증 제도를 규정하고 있다. 현재 항공품질경영시스템은 모든 산업에 걸쳐 공통으로 사용할 수 있는 ISO9000을 기반으로 항공 산업의 자본집약적, 기술집약적인 특징요소를 추가시켜 AS9100으로 제정하였고, 2009년 AS9100C로 제정되었다. ISO9000의 기반으로 성장한 AS9100은 품질경영에 있어서 강력한 관리 규격이지만 신뢰성경영(Dependability Management)에 있어서는 미흡하다. 때문에 항공품질경영시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 위해 신뢰성경영시스템의 통합으로 효과적 실행을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 항공품질경영시스템과 신뢰성경영시스템의 구성을 살펴보고, 항공품질경영시스템과 신뢰성경영시스템에서 다루고 있는 핵심 개념인 품질과 신뢰성의 차이점을 비교할 것이다. 또한 각 규격의 요구사항을 비교하여 항공품질경영시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성, 보전성에 향상을 위한 신뢰성경영시스템의 통합을 제시하고자 한다.

Many for-profit and not-for-profit organizations' service provider can affect customers' perceptions of the organization based on the relationship between the customers and the organizations. This study aims to identify the relational benefits in libraries, and analyze the relationship between relational benefits and library trust and perception using a questionnaire. As a result, public library customers realize relational benefits with librarians. And these relational benefits affect library trust and perception. This study is meaningful in that it focuses on the relationships in libraries for the first time, which can contribute to the positive perceptions of customer-librarian relations.

The popularity of question answering communities such as Yahoo! Answers and Naver Knowledge-iN and increasing doubts about the competence of lay information providers prompted this study to explore answerers' strategies to provide a credible answer in a question answering community. Forty-four active answerers in Yahoo! Answers were included in this study, and interviews were conducted through email, chat, and over the telephone. This study identified a set of information sources the answerers used, an array of important strategies to provide a credible answer, and their perception of self-claimed expertise. Implications of results were discussed in the context of user instruction.
