  • Value Engineering(VE) Workshop executes many tasks with VE team members from various experts of construction field on the basis of VE Job Plan for a short period of time. However, the VE team members are not useful with using VE information until now because it is not systematic in the accumulation and application of VE information. Especially, these problems constitute the obstacles to communication, reliability and quickness of VE information. It also causes an increase of time and cost at VE Workshop. Therefore, the results of this study suggests the conceptual model of Web-Based Information System for VE(WISE) in order to improve the effectiveness of VE Workshop and solve the problem as is stated above.

The effect of Fashion Leadership and Commerce Characteristics on the Acceptance Attitude of Fashion Mobile Commerce (유행선도력과 상거래 특성에 따른 패션 모바일 커머스 수용태도 연구)

  • 본 논문은 모바일 패션 쇼핑의 소비자 행동을 설명하기 위해 모바일 패션소비자의 유행선도력(유행선도성향, 의견선도성향, 선도잠재성향)과 모바일 상거래 특성(모바일 편재성, 모바일 개인화, 모바일 위치성)을 패션 수용상황에 적합한 기술수용 관점에서 관련성을 제시하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 본 조사는 모바일 인터넷 서비스 및 커머스를 1회 이상 이용해 본 경험이 있는 패션 소비자 406명을 자료 분석에 사용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패션소비자의 유행선도력의 유행선도성향과 선도잠재성향은 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패션소비자의 모바일 상거래 특성의 편재성은 지각된 가치와 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 가치는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 유용성은 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 신뢰는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과로 패션 소비자의 유행선도력과 모바일 상거래 특성이 패션 모바일 커머스를 확산하는 능력을 지녔음을 제시한다. 또한 기존 연구에서의 패션상품 구매의도 형성요인들과 통합할 경우, 보다 설명력 있는 확장된 혁신수용 모델이 개발될 것으로 예상된다.

  • This study presents a Power Quality(:PQ) costs calculation methodology based on Value-Based Methodology. A SCDF including Voltage Sag Costs is presented to calculate Sustained Interruption Costs, Momentary Interruption Costs, and Voltage Sags Costs. Authors compared between interruption costs without Back-Up Power Supply and interruption costs with Back-Up Power Supply, and showed reduction of interruption costs by investing Back-UP Power Supply by multi-lateral analyzation. By applying this method to the real system, evaluated and analyzed power quality of the system.

임팩트 투자의사 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • 임팩트 투자(impact investment)는 사회적 가치와 재무적 이익을 동시에 추구하는 소셜벤처에 투자하는 행위이다. 그동안 국내에서는 정부 주도로 임팩트 투자 생태계가 조성되고 성장하였다. 선순환 투자 생태계를 위해서는 소셜벤처가 가지는 사회혁신의 가치와 임팩트 투자의 연계가 중요하다. 사회적 형평과 시장의 효율의 두 가치 중심으로 수요와 공급이 맞는 임팩트 투자에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 특히, 임팩트 투자 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하는 차별화된 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 분석하고 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 문헌분석을 통해 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 임팩트 투자 심사역을 대상으로 자문·설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 델파이 기법을 적용하여 주요 투자의사 결정요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로는 임팩트 투자 심사역 10명을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 투자의사 결정요인의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 시장-창업가(팀)-제품·서비스-재무의 순서로 확인되었으며, 세부요인의 중요도는 '시장의 경쟁강도 및 진입장벽-시장성장 및 확장 가능성-팀의 전문성 및 역량-신시장 창출 가능성-영업활동 및 고객관리-창업가의 신뢰성 및 진정성의 순서로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 임팩트 투자에 대한 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 고유한 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하여 투자를 희망하는 이해관계자들에게 기초 자료를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

The Estimation of Weight of Attributes of Geological & Thematic Maps Using the AHP Method (AHP분석을 통한 지질도 및 주제도의 가치구성요소별 중요도 분석)

  • Geological and related thematic maps make various economical and social benefits at many sectors. Recently, development of information managing technology such as GIS, Geographic Information System, enlarges the usage of geological map and information. In this research, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, we analyzed the weight of attributes which compose value of geological map and information. Results of research are as follows. By the analysis of the weight of attributes, we found that the weight of confidence, upper hierarchy attribute, was above 50%. The weight of convenience and additional effect was about $16%{\sim}30%$ in the geological map, geophysical map, geochemical map and hydrogeologic map. And the consumption of each maps will increase, especially in large scale map.

Factors Influencing Consumer's Attitude and Buying Behavior on the Green Products (친환경 제품에 대한 태도와 구매행동에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study was carried out to analyze factors influencing Korean consumers' attitude and buying behavior on the green products. The research model was constructed that values and personality variables affect on attitudes and the attitudes affect on buying behavior. Variables in the model were selected altruism and collectivism values, dominance and tolerance as personality. The results show that altruism, collectivism and tolerance have significant positive influence on the attitudes, but dominance has not. Attitudes on the green products connect to buying them positively. When consumers buy green products, a high price factor and distrust about the benefits of green products were investigated the largest concerns. We emphasize it is important based on the results of this study that green marketing should focus on social values, find consumer benefits and use trusty ways to communicate with consumers. Also, we need leadership and self-respect based on altruism and collectivism for the sustain ability of our society.

  • The police have a responsibility to ensure the safety such as the Public peace and order, life and property of the people. Therefore the police system is to be provided in the organization and functioning. And the policemen should live correctly in public or private living. The police shall perform the duties matching the expectations of the people. But in reality the poloce disappointed, so the people were often to be angry. In this paper, I want to derive the core values of the police as a way to get the confidence of the people by analyzing the code of ethics, the moral of the police institution and the great acts of policemen. Core values are the most important values as the basis for action a nd the most important foundation that make up the organizational culture. Core values of korean police are justice and the spirit of sacrifice, honor.

  • Since technological innovation is such an important factor that it can determine a company's economic growth and competitive enhancement, all the companies make lots of investments and efforts for technological innovation. As outcomes of technological innovation, there are patents, trademark and copyrights, etc. and they are mostly approved as a legal right called 'Intellectual Property Right'. To activate such an intellectual property right, financing techniques are needed for enterprises to raise funds through collaterals, such as technological and intellectual patents. In reality, however, any IP-related financial system is not really activated due to the lack of surety-related regulations in Korea. Thus, on the premise that it is important to carry out an objective and reliable valuation on IP as a collateral for the activation of IP finance, this study intends to investigate various different methods of patent valuation needed for IP finance.

  • The study aims to figure the effect quality of perceived education service on service value of student' satisfaction major in physical education students' of college. The subjects of the study are students enrolled in Junior colleges located in Seoul and five major cities (Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Ulsan and Gwangju) as of May 2008. It adopted purposeful sampling method to sample 443 students, and 409 effective samples were used in the study. SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct factor, reliability, frequent analysis, correlation and regression analyses, and the study reached the following conclusions. First, the tangibles and responsiveness of the quality of education service had positive effected on the value of service. Second, the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and irritability had positive effected on students' satisfaction. Third, the value of service had positive effected on students' satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to inquire into the relationships between empirical value, emotional response and behavioral response of skin-SCUBA diving participants. This study sampled 300 skin-SCUBA diving participants in the SCUBA diving pool of the Seoul Olympic Stadium, and the SCUBA diving pool of the Suwon World Cup Stadium by using convenience sampling. For data processing, this study conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis using PASW 18.0 Ver. The concrete results are as follows: First, the empirical value of a skin-SCUBA diving participant was found to have a significant influence on emotional responses. Second, the empirical value of a skin-SCUBA diving participant was found to have a significant influence on behavioral responses. Third, the emotional response of a skin-SCUBA diving participant was found to have a significant influence on behavioral responses.
