탄도수정탄은 기존 포탄의 신관에 카나드가 장착된 조종 장치를 탑재하여 정확도를 향상시키는 지능탄이다. 본 논문에서는 2D 탄도수정탄의 카나드를 설계하기 위하여 다양한 형상 변수에 대한 공력성능을 반실험적 기법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 초음속에서 항력이 상대적으로 더 적은 카나드 형상을 설계하였다. 또한 CFD 기법을 통한 탄도수정탄의 공력해석 기법을 연구하였으며, 포탄의 탄저 부분 기저항력 예측에 O-type 격자를 바탕으로 한 k-${\omega}$ SST 난류모델이 적합함을 확인하였다. 최종적으로 앞서 개발한 해석 기법을 바탕으로 2D 탄도수정탄의 공력특성 및 탄도조종장치 장착에 따른 항력변화를 계산하였다.

강유위(康有爲)의 신관(神觀)은 유학과 불학의 만물동근(萬物同根)이라는 개념에서의 천(天) 및 상제(上帝)와 기독교의 신관을 아우르고 있다. 그는 신령들의 경중고하(輕重高下)를 인정하고 부인지심(不忍之心)의 근원은 바로 하늘과 땅을 낳은 지상신(至上神)으로서의 상제(上帝)이고, 극단적인 사회개혁을 추진해야만 한다는 당위성의 윤리적인 근거도 상제의 실존에서 찾았다. 그는 영혼불멸을 신봉하였고 사람의 인권은 하늘이 부여한 것이라는 관점에서 개개인이 평등하므로 남녀의 평등은 가장 기본적으로 준수해야 될 대동세의 윤리가 되도록 했다. 천부인권(天賦人權)과 남녀평등은 그의 사회개혁을 이끄는 중심으로서, 그것을 실현하는 것이 바로 하늘을 닮아 난 사람이 지향해야 될 가장 기본적인 도리라고 강조하였다. 하늘을 대신하여 '천민(天民)'을 돌보는 '공정부(公政府)'가 최선의 방책을 다하여 보장하도록 하는 사회개혁안도 이러한 종교적인 성향의 신념으로부터 출발된 것으로, 대동서에 나타난 그의 전체 사상 체계 중에서 종교적 성향은 일관되게 견지하는 바탕이 되었다.

Twigs bearing floral buds of Rhododendron yedoense var. poukhanense(Ryp) and R. sinmsii(Rs), hardy species in Korea, were used to investigate the cold hardiness in relation to the developmental and anatomical characteristics, and the changes of water content. In floral buds of both species, the reproductive organs, pistils and stamens, matured within the bud scales in early ctober to prepare for a cold acclimation. The ray parenchymatous areas occupied in xylem were 41% in Ryp and 38% Rs. As the storage temperature is raised from 2 to 17$^{\circ}C$, water content increased more highly in Rs than in Ryp. Exotherm temperature of floral bud in Ryp was generally lower than that in Rs. The result supports that the higher cold-hardiness is achieved owing to the earlier maturation of floral buds, to the larger area of ray parenchyma in xylem, and to the lesser increase of water content as the storage temperature is raised.

영국과 같은 서구 복지국가들은 최근 공공복지분야에서 많은 변화를 경험하고 있다. 특히 ‘신관리주의’에 근거한 ‘자치위임(devolution)’은 변화하는 복지국가의 중요한 특징 중의 하나이다. 영국에서 자치위임은 교육분야에서 가장 잘 진행되고 있다. 1988년의 교육법 개정 이후 영국의 초등학교들은 이전에 가지지 못했던 자치권을 지역관할교육청(LEA)으로부터 위임받았다. 특히 LEA로 부터의 학교재정에 관한 자치위임은 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 지리적인 관점에서 이와 같은 공공복지분야에서의 변화들이 공간적으로 불균등하게 진행되고 있다는 점을 인식하는 것은 매우 중요하며 ‘자치위임’의 공간적 특성도 예외는 아니다. 본 연구를 통하여 영국 남부 사우스햄톤시의 초등학교의 자치위임은 지역적으로 매우 불균등하게 진행되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있으며 특히 이러한 불균등한 진행은 지역의 사회경제적 특성에 의해 크게 영향받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Heat-pump system has a special feature that provides heating operation in winter season and cooling operation in summer season with a single system. It also has a merit that absorbs and makes use of wastewater heat, terrestrial heat, and heat energy from the air. Because heat-pump system uses midnight electric power, it decreases power peak load and is very economical as a result. By using the property that energy source is converted to low temperature when losing the heat, high temperature energy source is used to provide heating water and low temperature energy source is used to provide cooling water simultaneously in summer season. This study made up a heat-pump system with 4 air heat sources and a water heat source and implemented the optimal operation algorithm that works with numbers of heat pumps to operate them efficiently. With the heat-pump system, we applied it to cooling and heating operation in summer season operation mode in a real building.

Fusarium moniliforme에 감염된 벼줄기의 도관부에서도 균사가 관찰되었다. Benlate T와 Busan 30을 처리한 종자에서도 소독시간에 관계없이 F. moniliforme가 분리되지 않아 소독효과가 인정되었으나 현미에서 소독시간에 관계없이 F. moniliforme가 검출되어 방제효과가 떨어졌다.

When most manufacturing company produce grinding product operators decide grinding condition by experience and subjective judgment. The study on grinding manufacture have been developed to get the grinding condition with the same result when non-experienced or experienced worker work. The objective of this study is to develope the grinding condition and predict the result of grinding by neural network. Several discussions were made in following areas as; getting MRR with image processing, the architecture optimization of neural network with experiment design, analysis of the input neurons using sensitivity approach. The results showed that the developed approach was the best method in predicting grinding condition with respect to surface finish quality.

The quality of continuous x-ray beam depends upon the half value layer which varies according to the geometric conditions, the filtration thickness, and the amount of accelerated voltage (KVP). Experiments were conducted on the amount of electric energy that was changed to x-ray energy, and on the relationship between KVp and the intensity of x-rays. The results were as follows: 1. The amount of x-rays were not equal under the condition of the same exposure factor. 2. The intensity of x-rays was attenuated by an exponential function the geometric conditions were "good" and it was not when they were "poor". 3. The thicker the total filtration substance was and the higher the KVp was, the bigger the amount of x-ray energy was. 4. The homogeneity of medium energy x-ray was the best, when the total filtration substance was 3.9mm A1. 5. The mean energy of continuous x-ray was about 45% of KVp.

$1974{\sim}1977$년까지 채집되어 분류되지 않은 상태로 보관되어 오던 표본중에서 7종과 금년 4월부터 10월까지 수원 근교와 속리산에서 채집한 2종을 새로이 분류하여 한국 미기록종 9종, 즉 Hygrophorus pratensis, H. flavescens, H. puniceus, Rhodophyllus rhodopolious, Lepiota atrosquamulosa, Leucocoprinus fragilissima, Lyophyllum semitale, Russula delica, Xerocomus badius 등이 확인되었고 그의 한국명을 신청하였다.
