The object of this study was to evaluate the effect of gibberellins (GA) pasting on the bourse shoot, and not just on the fruit characteristics but also on the quality, of Niitaka pear (Pyrus pyryfolia L). The fruit stalk was treated with GA (control, 25mg/fruit stalk) 35 days after reaching full bloom. In the GA-treated tree, the occurrence of abnormal bourse shoot (52.5%) increased, and the spur bud and flower number decreased. The diameter of the GA-paste-treated fruit increased during the pear growth period with GA treatment. The diameter, length, and weight of the GA-paste-treated fruit increased at harvest time, but the hardness was lower than that of the control. The differences in soluble solid, acidity, and fruit color between the control and the GA-paste-treated fruit were not significant. Post-harvest, during the storage period, the hardness of the GA-paste-treated fruit was lower than that of the control, and its weight loss ratio was higher than that of the control on the $60^{th}$ days of storage.

Recently, the establishment of Project Management System for National Research and Development Projects focusing on researchers has drawn sharp attention through revision of applicable laws and regulations, and presentation of national policy tasks for the management of national R&D projects, however, it is insufficient to say that a remarkable system has been established by researchers. In this study, a National Research Automated Registry Code Numbering System was suggested by using a National R&D Projects Human Resource Declaration System for Project Management System for National R&D Projects focusing on researchers. In addition, a National Research Automated Registry Code System was sought in order to realize this system. Through this suggestion, consolidation of personal information protection can be attainted through the national career management, and by raising the participation of researchers naturally, reduction in administrative affairs, simplification of accomplishments verification, and improvement in investigation, analysis and evaluation statistic quality can be expected.

2010년 8월 오리고기 원산지 표시제가 제도화되어 시행중이다. 그러나 지난 연말 발생한 AI로 인해 오리고기 수급상황이 악화되면서 오리가격이 상승하였다. 그에 따라 중국산 훈제오리고기와 대만산 냉동오리의 수입량이 증가, 값싼 수입 오리고기를 재포장하여 국내산으로 둔갑 판매하거나 원산지 미표시 등 부정유통 사례가 크게 늘어나고 있다. 이에 협회는 국내 오리산업을 스스로 지키자는 취지에서 지난 5월 25일, 오리고기 유통 감시단을 발족하고 오리고기 원산지표시제의 조기정착을 위해 부정 유통 신고센터 운영을 본격 가동하고 있다. 지난 5월 전임 유통감시원으로 위촉된 김순이 양은선씨는 소비자 시민모임 회원으로 오리고기의 주요 소비처인 서울, 경기를 집중적으로 홍보 감시하면서 오리고기 원산지 표시제의 유통거래질서 확립에 기여하고 있다. 오리고기 유통감시원은 오리고기 원산지 표시 점검 및 부정유통을 감시함으로써 불법유통을 차단하고 오리고기 원산지표시제 정착을 위해 노력함은 물론 판매점 출입 시 명예감시원증을 제시, 방문목적을 밝히고 감시원으로서 품위를 유지하는 임무를 갖고 활동하고 있다. 오리고기 부정유통 사례를 막는 이들의 활동은 소비자와 오리 사육 농가를 보호하고, 올바른 정보전달을 통해 소비자의 신뢰를 구축할 수 있으며 이는 향후 오리고기 소비 확대에 기여할 수 있는 촉매의 역할이다. 평소 자발적으로 소비자 시민모임 활동에 참여하고 있는 김순이 양은선씨를 본지에서 만나봤다.

해외 글로벌 쇼핑 사이트들을 통한 직접 구매를 일컫는 해외직구 금액이 2013년 5881억원 발생하며, 대한민국 전체 경제의 0.2%를 차지하게 되었다. 구입지역도 미국 뿐만 아니라 중국, 독일로 점차 확대되고 있다. 해외직구의 시장은 향후에도 지속적으로 증가 될 것으로 예측되는데, 이처럼 해외직구가 발전하게 된 성장 배경에는 내수시장보다 저렴한 가격, 해외 온라인 쇼핑 사이트들의 진화, 전문 배송업체의 등장, 커뮤니티 정보 공유 활성화 등으로 인하여 해외직구에 대한 폭발적인 반응으로 연결된 것으로 보인다. 하지만 최근에 정치권의 움직임은 해외직구를 규제하여 통제하려는 움직임이 크다. 제 물품을 확인하지 않고 목록 신고만으로 수입통관이 허용되어 허위 신고 가능성이 높아졌다는 것과 이에 따른 관세 탈루 및 마약을 비롯한 수입금지 물품의 국내 반입 위험성 또한 증가한다고 정부는 말하고 있다. 이것은 매우 잘못된 해석으로 판단된다. 소비자들의 소득 발생으로 인한 소비 할 수 있는 절대치는 감소하고 있는데도 불구하고, 국내 대기업들의 상품 판매 하락이 합리적인 가격으로 판매하고 있는 해외 사이트들로 피해자가 된듯한 표현을 하여, 해외 제품을 구매하려는 소비자를 규제한다는 것은 어불성설에 해당된다. 소비자들은 항상 합리적인 선택을 추구하려고 하기 때문에 여러 가지 요소들을 고려한다. 이러한 소비자들의 심리를 파악하여 국내 소비자들이 불만을 가지고 있는 내수시장의 가격 부분에 대한 심리적 회유책을 적용하여 가격 경쟁력에 대한 인식을 새롭게 고려 할 수 있도록 하는 개선안을 제시해 본다.

소방청 국정감사에서 2020년 전국 자동화재속보설비 화재신고 32,764건 가운데 32,685건이 오작동으로 출동해 소방서 출동의 99.8%가 헛걸음이었다. 그리고 화재가 발생할 경우 화재경보장치와 대피경로를 안내하는 비상등이 미흡하고, 화재 연기가 제거되지 않아 대피가 힘들어질 뿐만 아니라 미처 대피 못한 인원을 파악하는 등의 신속한 대처가 힘들다. 본 논문은 화재 상황에서 피해를 최소화하기 위한 '스마트 화재 안전 시스템' 기술을 제안한다. 화재가 발생할 경우, 대피 경로를 안내하는 유도등 작동 및 경보음과 LED의 작동으로 화재발생을 경고하여 신속한 대처를 할 수 있게 도와주고, 문과 창문의 자동 개방 및 환기팬 작동으로 인한 유해가스를 환기시켜 준다. 그리고 스프링클러 작동과 소화제를 자동 분사하여 화재의 번짐 등 2차 피해를 예방하여 준다. 또한, 자동 신고 기능으로 더욱 빠르게 화재를 진압할 수 있게 도와주기 때문에 피해를 최소화할 것이다.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 활용하여 새로운 서비스들을 개발하려는 노력이 진행 중이며, 이와 관련된 기술의 중요성도 급증하고 있다. 특히 감시정찰 센서네트워크의 핵심 구성요소인 저가의 경량 센서노드에서 측정한 미가공 데이터(raw data)를 사용하여 침입 물체의 실시간 탐지, 식별, 추적 및 예측하기 위한 디지털 신호처리 기술은 주요 기술 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 감시정찰 센서네트워크의 핵심 구성요소인 소리센서 노드에서 측정한 소리 미가공 데이터를 사용하여 차량을 탐지할 수 있는 소리센서 디지털 신호처리 알고리즘을 설계 및 구현 한다. 알고리즘의 주 목표는 감시정찰용 센서노드의 탐지 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 높은 침입물체 탐지 성공률(success rate)과 낮은 허위신고(false alarm) 횟수를 가지는 것이다. 성능평가 결과에 의하면 제안한 AMIDA 알고리즘은 90% 이상의 탐지 성공률과 2 회 이하의 허위신고 횟수를 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

A new base expense .system is implemented to substitute the standard income ratio system which has been used for more than 50 years. A base expense system requires a rigorous documentary evidences of important expenses such as purchase cost, labour cost, or rent. In order to make a successful tax savings, it is necessary to know the critical factors affecting tax payment in a base expense system. In this article, operating mechanisms of the base expense system and tax strategy under this system are introduced. If base expense system is successfully implemented, it will contributes considerably to progress in inducing tax compliance of non book keeping professionals who earn relatively high income in Korea.

This article evaluates the effects of eight traffic safety policies such as traffic accident reduction campaign, the seat belt law, three strike out driving while intoxicated, rewarding for reporting traffic offenders on the number of accidents and fatalities. Intervention analysis of time series is used to compare the monthly accident and fatalities with the before and after reinforcement. The results indicate that no significant impact of the traffic enforcement measures on reducing the number of accidents and fatalities.
