  • 최근 인공지능연구에서는 기호즈의와 커넥션니즘이 독립적으로 연구되어 왔으나 차츰 융합의 필요성이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 기호주의의 일부분인 고전논리를 확장한 다치논리와 커넥션니즘의 기본부분인 신경회로망을 융합한 다치신경망을 구성하고, BP에 기반을 둔 학습 MVL 네트워크를 이용하여 해석한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 구성 및 해석방법을 확장하여 비고전적인 다치신경회로망을 구성하는 방법을 제안한다.

Reduction of Environmental Background Noise using Speech and Noise Recognition (음성 및 잡음 인식 알고리즘을 이용한 환경 배경잡음의 제거)

  • This paper first proposes the speech recognition algorithm by detection of the speech and noise sections at each frame using a neural network training by back-propagation algorithm, then proposes the spectral subtraction method which removes the noises at each frame according to detection of the speech and noise sections. In this experiment, the performance of the proposed recognition system was evaluated based on the recognition rate using various speeches that are degraded by white noise and car noise. Moreover, experimental results of the noise reduction by the spectral subtraction method demonstrate using the speech and noise sections detecting by the speech recognition algorithm at each frame. Based on measuring signal-to-noise ratio, experiments confirm that the proposed algorithm is effective for the speech by corrupted the noise using signal-to-noise ratio.

  • This paper proposes the speech and noise recognition system by using a neural network in order to detect the speech and noise sections at each frame. The proposed neural network consists of a layered neural network training by back-propagation algorithm. First, a power spectrum obtained by fast Fourier transform and linear predictive coefficients are used as the input to the neural network for each frame, then the neural network is trained using these power spectrum and linear predictive coefficients. Therefore, the proposed neural network can train using clean speech and noise. The performance of the proposed recognition system was evaluated based on the recognition rate using various speeches and white, printer, road, and car noises. In this experiment, the recognition rates were 92% or more for such speech and noise when training data and evaluation data were the different.

  • After impact analysis of the composite cylindrical shells was performed. obtained outputs at 9 equally divided points of the shell were used as input patterns of the neural networks. Identification of impact loading characteristics was predicted simultaneously. Momentum backpropagation algorithm of neural networks which can modify the momentum coefficient and learning rate was developed and applied to identify the loading characteristics. Hidden layers of the backpropagation increased from 1 layer to 3 layers and trained the loading characteristics. Developed program with variable learning rate was converged close to real load characteristics under 1% error. Inverse engineering which identify the impact loading characteristics can be applicable to the composite laminated cylindrical shells with developed neural networks.

  • A new recognition technique using neural network coupled with Genetic Algorithms (GAs) was proposed. This technique concentrate on efficient Electromyography signal recognition through out improving neural network's several demerits. GAs paly a role of selecting Multilayer Perceptron's optimized initial connection weights by its typical global search. Electro Myography signal was pre-processed with Hidden Markov Model (HMM) in order to refect its time-varying property into input pattern except other features such as Zero Crossing Number(ZCN) and Integral Absolute Value (IAV). Results for 6 primitive motions show that the suggested technique has better performance in learning time and recognition rates than already established ordinary methods. Moreover, it performed stable recognition without convergence into a local minimum.

  • 본 논문에서는 3축이 연성되어 비선형 운동 방정식으로 표현되는 3축 안정화 인공위성 시스뎀에 입릭외란과 시스템의 불확실성이 존재할 경우에도 자제 정밀도를 유지하는 제어기를 설계한다. 비선헝 운동 방정식으로 표현되는 운동 방정식을 선형화하고 PID제어기를 구성하였다 선형화에 의한 시스템의 불확실성과 입력 외란을 신경회로망으로 추정하여 외란의 엉향을 제거하도록 구성된 PR제어기의 제어입력을 수정한다 수정된 제어입력은 외란을 상쇠시켜 시스템 출력에서 외란의 효과를 제거하게 된다. 신경회로망은 제어입력과 시스템 출력, 기준 운동 방정식간의 관계를 이용하여 외간과 시스템의 불확실성을 추정하며, 역전파 알고리즘을 사용한 학습 알고리즘으로 신경 회로망을 교육한다. 제안된 신경회로망을 이용한 외란 제거 제어기는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 자세 정밀도의 향상을 검증한다

  • Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) has become a popular choice in electric vehicle applications, due to their excellent power to weight ratio. This paper proposes maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using adaptive learning fuzzy neural network and artificial neural network. This control method is applicable over the entire speed range which considered the limits of the inverter's current and voltage rated value. This paper proposes speed control of IPMSM using adaptive learning fuzzy neural network and estimation of speed using artificial neural network. The back propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed. The proposed control algorithm is applied to IPMSM drive system controlled adaptive learning fuzzy neural network and artificial neural network, the operating characteristics controlled by maximum torque control are examined in detail. Also, this paper proposes the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the adaptive learning fuzzy neural network and artificial neural network.

  • In this paper, we present hardware implemcntation of self-organizing feature map (SOFM) neural networkwith constant adaptation gain and binary reinforcement function on FPGA. Whereas a tnme-varyingadaptation gain is used in the conventional SOFM, the proposed SOFM has a time-invariant adaptationgain and adds a binary reinforcement function in order to compensate for the lowered abilityof SOFM due to the constant adaptation gain. Since the proposed algorithm has no multiplication operation.it is much easier to implement than the original SOFM. Since a unit neuron is composed of 1adde $r_tracter and 2 adders, its structure is simple, and thus the number of neurons fabricated onFPGA is expected to he large. In addition, a few control signal: ;:rp sufficient for controlling !he neurons.Experimental results show that each componeni ot thi inipiemented neural network operates correctlyand the whole system also works well.stem also works well.

Formation Control of Mobile Robots using PID Controller with Neural Networks (신경회로망 PID 제어기를 이용한 이동로봇의 군집제어)

  • In this paper, a PID controller with interpolated gains by use of neural networks is proposed for the formation control problem that following robots track a leading robot with constant distances and angles when there are changes in the mass of the following robot. The whole control system is composed of a kinematic controller and a dynamic controller considering the robot dynamics. The dynamic controller is the PID controller with varying gains, and the proper gains are obtained for some representative masses of the follower robot by the genetic algorithm. Neural networks is trained using the genetic algorithm with the gain data obtained in the previous step. The trained neural network determines optimal PID gains for a random mass of following robot. Simulation studies show that for arbitrary masses of the tracking robot, the PID controller with interpolated gains by the trained neural network has better tracking performance than that of the PID controller with fixed gains.

Noise reduction system using time-delay neural network (시간지연 신경회로망을 이용한 잡음제거 시스템)

  • On the research field for speech signal, neural network mainly uses for the category classification in speech recognition and applies to signal processing. Accordingly, this paper proposes a noise reduction system using a time-delay neural network, which implements the mapping from the space of speech signal degraded by noise to the space of clean speech signal. It is confirmed that this method is effective for speech degraded not only by white noise but also by colored noise using the noise reduction system, which restores the amplitude component of fast Fourier transform.
