Development of Moving Force Identification Algorithm Using Moment Influence Lines at Multiple-Axes and Density Estimation Function (다축모멘트 영향선과 밀도추정함수를 사용한 이동하중식별 알고리듬의 개발)

  • Estimating moving vehicle loads is important in modeling design loads for bridge design and construction. The paper proposes a moving force identification algorithm using moment influence lines measured at multi-axes. Density estimation function was applied to estimate more than two wheel loads when estimated load values fluctuated severely. The algorithm has been examined through simulation studies on a simple-span plate-girder bridge. Influences of measurement noise and error in velocity on the identification results were investigated in the simulation study. Also, laboratory experiments were carried out to examine the algorithm. The load identification capability was dependent on the type and speed of moving loads, but the developed algorithm could identify loads within 10% error in maximum.

  • 본 연구에서는 고궤도 및 원거리 우주물체의 추적 및 관측이 용이한 광학관측 시스템을 이용하여 정지궤도위성을 관측하였고, 광도곡선 분석을 통해 식별정보를 획득하였다. 정지궤도 위성은 자세에어 방법에 따라 회전 안정화 위성과 3축 안정화 위성으로 나뉘며, 3축 안정화 위성은 다시 통신위성과 지구관측 위성 등으로 나뉜다. 회전 안정화 위성의 식별 연구를 위해 중국의 FY-2 위성을 관측대상으로 선정하였고, 3축 안정화 위성의 식별을 위해 한국의 COMS-1 위성을 관측 대상으로 선정하였다. 회전안정화 위성은 Sidereal Tracking Mode로 관측하면 위성의 궤적이 선 모양으로 나타난다. 이때 나타난 궤적의 pixel value 값을 확인하면 일정한 주기로 밝기가 변화 하는 것을 확인할 수 있으며, FFT를 수행하면 위성의 회전율과 회전 주기를 구할 수 있다. 3축 안정화 위성은 Stare Mode로 관측하여 측광하면 광도곡선을 획득할 수 있다. 위성의 형상을 결정하는 본체, 안테나, 태양전지판을 모델링하여 광도곡선 시뮬레이션결과와 비교하면 각각의 형상이 광도곡선에 미치는 영향과 특징을 알 수 있고, 이를 통해 식별정보를 획득할 수 있다. 이상의 분석을 통해 얻은 FY-2위성과 COMS-1 위성의 식별정보를 제시하고 향후 우주물체 식별 연구에 활용하고자 한다.

  • The 9-digit MMSI(Maritime Mobile Service Identity) in the NBDP is converted to the 7-digit identity signal, used to identify to the phase of and to synchronize to the clock of the ISS(Information Sending Station) automatically for phasing procedure between radio stations. In this paper, algorithms for the automatic identification phasing procedures and for conversions, calculations between 7-signals and 9-identity, those check-numbers in the phasing procedures for calling of the NBDP are discussed and designed. And a method of the faster locking and phasing for calling than that of recommended by ITU-R is suggested and implemented.

  • In this paper, feature vector extraction methods and classification algorithms for the automatic classification of transient signals in underwater are discussed. A feature vector extraction method using wavelet transform, which shows good performance with small number of coefficients, is proposed and compared with the existing classical methods. For the automatic classification, artificial neural networks such as multilayer perceptron (MLP), radial basis function (RBF), and MLP-Class are utilized, where those neural networks as well as extracted feature vectors are combined to improve the performance and reliability of the proposed algorithm. It is confirmed by computer simulation with Traco's standard transient data set I and simulated data that the proposed feature vector extraction method and classification algorithm perform well, assuming that the energy of a given transient signal is sufficiently larger than that of a ambient noise, that there are the finite number of noise sources, and that there does not exist noise sources more than two simultaneously.

  • The Korean government published the personal information de-identification guideline on June 2016, which were made by related government ministries. The guideline's objective is that the invigoration of Korean bigdata industry on personal information protection under the current laws. However, if there is some unreasonable method or process in the guideline, it can be an obstacle to bigdata analysis. This article will review the guideline to find defects in methods and processes of de-identification evaluation, de-identification support and data-linkage and then propose the best solutions to improve them. Lastly, this article will mention how these solutions can invigorate Fintech industry.

  • Microservices are not only developed independently, but can also be run and deployed independently, ensuring more flexible scaling and efficient collaboration in a cloud computing environment. This impact has led to a surge in migrating to microservices-oriented application environments in recent years. In order to introduce microservices, the problem of identifying microservice units in a single application built with a single architecture must first be solved. In this paper, we propose an algorithm-based approach to identify microservices from legacy systems. A graph is generated using the meta-information of the legacy code, and a microservice candidate is extracted by applying a clustering algorithm. Modularization quality is evaluated using metrics for the extracted microservice candidates. In addition, in order to validate the proposed method, candidate services are derived using codes of open software that are widely used for benchmarking, and the level of modularity is evaluated using metrics. It can be identified as a smaller unit of microservice, and as a result, the module quality has improved.

  • 본 논문은 전장에서의 표적 식별을 위해 다수의 센서가 사용되는 환경에서 요구되는 융합방법론에 대해 간단히 살표 보고 이에 대한 차이점을 비교한다. 다수의 센서를 사용함으로써 각각의 센서가 가진 중복성, 보완성을 활용하여 센서가 제공하는 정보의 불확실성을 줄일수 있는 가능성을 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 베이지안 알고리즘, Dempster-Shafer 이론 그리고 퍼지 융합 방법 등에 대한 간단히 소개하고 임의의 표적과 특성값을 설정하여 융합 알고리즘간의 성능을 비교하였다.

Minimal Illumination to Identify the Chart in Each Visual Acuity and Deviation of Identification Capability According to Illumination and Chart Contrast (시력 단계별 시표 식별 최소조도 및 대비도와 조도에 따른 시표 식별능력의 차이)

  • Purpose: To determine the minimal illumination for visual acuity with the decimal vision chart and individual difference with varying contrast and illumination. Methods: Landolt's vision chart with 10 different grade of contrast was made. Minimal illumination was measured for 69 eyes using 100% contrast vision chart. Minimal contrast for identifying the chart was measured in conditions of the minimal illumination and 230 lx, respectively. Results: Minimal illumination was gradually increased with decrease of the chart size. Mean of minimal illumination to identify the 1.0 visual acuity was $74.39{\pm}25.90$ lx with range of 17~107 lx. In conditions of the minimal illumination and 230 lx, the minimal contrast for identifying the chart were gradually increased with decrease of the chart size in both conditions, the those deviation for 69 eyes was also increased. Conclusions: For refractive correction, examiners need to consider the individual difference for identifying the visual chart according to illumination and contrast.

  • With the recent increase in interest in metaverse in which virtual and physical spaces are digitally fused, many activities in physical spaces are expected to take place in web-based virtual spaces. Therefore, there is a need for research on a self-sovereign identity system that can secure privacy and mutual trust in a DID(decentralized identifier)-based virtual space environment. We, in this paper, developed and validated a reliable communication method consisting of DIDComm messages, a procedure for generating distributed identifiers, asymmetric keys, and DID documents based on Hyperledger Indy and DIDComm open sources. The developed communication method can be applied to verify each other by exchanging additional information and verifiable credentials for trust among communication participants.

  • 최근 해상교통량이 증가하고 연안 항해에 대한 관제 필요성이 요구되면서 선박 교통 관제구역이 점차 확대되는 추세이다. 이러한 관제구역의 확대는 관제사의 업무 부하를 초래하며, 이로 인해 교통 혼잡 시간대와 같이 교통량이 급증하는 경우 관제사가 위험 상황을 인지하지 못하는 상황도 발생하게 된다. 이러한 배경에서 본 논문에서는 관제 업무의 지원을 위해 이상 거동 선박을 자동으로 식별하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 방법은 기계학습 기술을 기반으로 관제구역 내의 통항 패턴을 모델링하고, 이를 통해 이상 거동 선박을 식별하는 방법으로, 대상 항만의 누적된 AIS 데이터를 이용하여 모델을 학습하며, 실제 항적 및 시뮬레이션 데이터를 이용한 실험을 통해 선박교통관제시스템에의 활용 가능성을 고찰한다.
