This study an alyzes the spatial experience of a notable sense of place in five cities-Seoul, Gyeongju, Chuncheon, Anseong and Gwacheon. A survey targeting 300 citizens was carried out to survey meaningful, memorable places and measured spatial experiences in those places. The types of spatial experiences were divided among places to determine the implications thereof. To do this, first, those places that have a notable sense of place have relevance in natural and historical resources such as parks, cultural assets, etc. Second, the main experiences in making sense of place included 'relaxation and walking' and 'a view and appreciation'. These were divided into two types, Spatial Contact and Human Contact. Third, cities such as Seoul, Anseong, Gwacheon offer a variety of experience in places having a notable sense of place. Fourth, in cities noted for natural landscape, history and culture, those spaces with a notable sense of place are concentrated in the center of the city. They exhibit a variety of behaviors, complexly and simultaneously. These results-based spatial experiences of citizens and spatial character have important meaning for city identity and city marketing. Through defining those places that have a notable sense of place and understanding the spatial features in these places, this study can suggest basic information for forming the development strategy of the city.

This study aims to analyze the regional patterns of user-provider in medical services for spatial improvement of national health care delivery system in south Korea. By using the National Health Insurance Service National Sample Cohort DB, the characteristics and changes in the medical service cases served outside of residing regions are found. In 2013 the rate of the cases served outside of residing regions was declined slightly and users of medical institutions outside of their residing area tended to have high income level relatively and to visit hospitals than clinics. And departments visited have changed from 2002.

입지분석은 공간 및 비공간적 특성이 중요하게 다루어져야 함에도 불구하고 공간데이터 타입(spatial data type), 공간관계(spatial relationship), 그리고 공간 자기상관성(spatial autocorrelation)의 복잡성에 기인한 처리의 어려움으로 인해 기하학적거리나 공간적 위치와 같은 단순 공간적 특성만 이용되었다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 대형할인점을 사례로하여로 GIS에 의한 공간데이터와 비공간데이터(인구통계 등)를 통합 구축한 후, 공간데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 입지패턴(location pattern)을 분석 추출하여 보고자 한다.

한강유역에 위치한 247개의 강우계에서 관측된 강우 자료를 분석하여 Modified Bartlett-Lewis Retangular Pulse Model (MBLRPM)의 매개변수들을 산정하고, 이들의 지도를 작성한 후, 이들의 정확도 및 매개변수들의 시/공간적 변화 유형을 분석하였다. 이를 위한 첫번째 과정으로, 각 강우 게이지에 대해 MBLRPM의 매개변수에 사용되는 통계치 (각 달에 대한 1, 3, 12, 24시간 누적 수준에서의 평균, 분산, 자기 상관계수, 무강우 확률)들을 계산한다. 이 후, 격자화된 한강유역의 각 셀에 대하여 앞서 계산된 강우 통계치를 Ordinary Kriging 공간 보간법을 통하여 할당한다. 이 후, 각 셀에 할당된 강우 통계치를 사용하여 MBLRPM의 매개변수들을 산정하여 각 매개변수들의 지도를 각 달에 대하여 얻는다. 매개변수 지도를 사용하여 MBLRPM에 의해 생성된 강우 데이터들은 관측치의 통계치를 정확성있게 재현하였으며, 시/공간적 경향성을 분석한 결과, 강우세포의 지속기간과 관련된 매개 변수를 제외한 나머지 5개의 매개변수들은 확연한 공간적 경향성을 보인 한 편, 시간적 경향성은 잘 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과는 매개변수 산정이 힘든 MBLRPM의 특성을 극복하게 해주어 가상 강우 생성을 용이하게 함으로써 강우에 영향을 받는 여러 종류의 연구 주제에 대해 불확실성 분석을 할 수 있게 한다는 점에서 의미를 가질 수 있다.

본 연구는 충북 청주시에 위치한 무심천 주변을 대상으로 하천이 도시 주변 열 환경에 미치는 영향에 대해 원격탐사(Remote Sensing; RS)기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 열 환경 특성 분석 순서는 먼저 Landsat 5 TM 위성영상의 열적외 밴드를 이용하여 대상지역의 표면 온도(Land Surface Temperature; LST)를 추출하였다. 다음으로 추출된 LST를 이용하여 무심천을 중심으로 주변의 공업단지와 주거지, 산림 지역의 지표면 온도 분포를 비교 분석하여 하천이 주변의 열 환경에 미치는 영향을 정량화하였다. 또한 공간적 특성 분석을 위해 등온선을 작성하여 하천 주변 열 환경을 파악하였다. 그 결과 온도분포에 따른 열 이동의 크기와 방향을 확인할 수 있었고 열 분포의 공간분포는 공업지>주거지>하천>산림 순으로 나타나 토지이용특성에 따른 열 분포의 경향을 파악할 수 있었다.

수문시계열 분석과 예측은 대부분 ARMA(AutoRegressive Moving Average) 형태의 선형적인 추계학적인 모형을 이용하였으나 자현현상이 복잡해지고 비선형적인 특성을 가짐에 따라 선형적인 해석은 수문시계열의 분석과 예측에 있어서 많은 오류를 내포하고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 시도로 Chaos이론이란 개념이 사용되기 시작하였으며, 수자원분야에서는 1980년대 후반부터 물수지 방정식 및 강우유출에 대한 카오스적 특성분석 등 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 영산강유역의 본류를 대표하는 나주지점을 대상으로 2003년 1월 1일 00시부터 2004년 12월 31일 23시까지 17,544개의 시수위 자료에 대하여 해당 년도의 Rating-Curve식을 적용 환산한 유출량자료에 데한 카오스적 특성을 분석하였다. 카오스적 특성을 분석하기에 앞서 원자료에 대하여 이동평균법과 Savitzky-Golay Filter를 적용하여 잡음을 제거하였으며, 1차원의 단일변량의 자료에 대한 상태공간(Phase Space)의 재건을 통하여 비교검토 하였다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 거친 자료에 대하여 상관차원법을 이용하여 영산강 유역의 나주지점의 시유출량 자료에 대한 카오스적 특성을 분석한 결과 저차원의 수렴으로 카오스 특성을 가졌다.

The decline in urban center, changes in the population structure, economic slump and etc. have caused empty or deserted houses in the city. The government recognizes the houses as the reason for the accelerated formation of local slum, and as the negative element threatening the residential environment, urban landscape, social stability and others. This research aims at investigating the spatial distribution of empty or deserted houses in Gwangju metro city, identifying hotspots and classifying those hotspot according to the socioeconomic indicators as well as physical ones, and examining their characteristics and problems in the urban space. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, there is a positive spatial autocorrelation in the spatial distribution of empty and deserted houses in Gwangju metro city. Second, several hotspots are identified mainly around the old CBD area showing a sign of urban decline. Third, the indicators of urban decline were visualized using triangulation charts, and hotspots of empty(deserted) houses are classified so that the classification could serve for effective urban regeneration policy making tailored for each region.

강우는 시 공간적 변동성이 크고 지형특성으로 인한 지역 편차가 큰 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 강우 발생을 분석하는 경우, 강우의 시 공간적 변동성과 지역특성을 고려해야한다. 본 연구에서는 지역특성을 고려한 강우 앙상블을 생성하였다. 강우의 지역특성을 고려하기 위해 2010~2015년 동안 발생한 강우사상 중 서울지역을 통과하는 대류성 강우사상 30개를 선정하였다. 지역특성 고려하기 위한 매개변수로 강우강도와 풍향을 선정하고, 매개변수의 가중인자를 결정하였다. 또한 매개변수의 정량화를 위해 강우강도의 경우 대수정규분포, 풍향의 경우 Von mises분포를 매개변수의 확률분포로 선정하고, 선정된 두 확률분포에 Copula함수를 적용하여 결합확률분포를 추정하였다. 아울러 추정된 결합확률분포에 Monte-Carlo Simulation기법을 적용하여 매개변수에 대한 난수를 발생시키고, 이를 이용하여 지역특성을 고려한 강우 앙상블을 생성하였다.

In recent years, the retail industry has been undergoing major shifts. Outlet malls are an important part of the new retail landscape. This paper seeks to increase the understanding of the shopping experiences of visitors to a Premium outlet shopping mall in Shinsagae Chelsea Premium Outlet at Paju City, Gyeongi-do. This paper analyze the Element of the premium outlet across demographics. It explores seven critical factors which significantly influence customers' perceptions of premium outlet. Findings are base on a mall intercept survey with 292 respondents across a range of demographics. The summary of 7 factor is classified as the visual, location, Shopping support, human traces, mood, transit expedience, and tenant. The main implication of these findings is that factory outlet stores are perceived favourably and that they need to build more positive marketing strategies accordingly.
