The conformance testing of communication protocol is the process to evaluate whether the protocol implemented is identified with standard specification. By evaluating how generated test cases detect many faults, it can be used with standard estimating efficiency of conformance testing. The method that evaluates the capability of fault coverage for test cases, has been researched by mathematical analysis and simulation. In this paper, we pointed out the problem of existing method and proposed new evaluation model of fault covergage for test case which generated by foult model. Also, we analyzed the results comparing to the existing evaluation method and proved its validity.

Since 1990, Agency for Defense Development (ADD) has been operating the nonmagnetic laboratory and the magnetic sensors laboratory to develop the key technology of the ship's magnetic silencing and to research the high performance magnetic sensors used in the weapon system and to perform the technical support for Republic of Korea Navy. Recently, the main test equipment in the laboratories has been upgraded to improve the measurement and analysis abilities against magnetic target and to evaluate the performance of the magnetic sensors. In this paper, the capability and the current state of magnetic test facilities of ADD are described.

지금까지 적합성운용시험이란 용어는 서로 다른 유형의 광의 적합성시험을 구별없이 일컫는 방법으로 사용되어왔으며, 상호운용시험이란 용어도 다양한 가능한 시험구조레 대하여 무차별적으로 사용되어왔다. 본 연구는 적합성시험을 접속적합성시험과 개체적합성시험으로 구분하여, 상호운용성시험구조의 시험능력이 달라짐에 따라 상호운용성시험이 이들 적합성시험과 어떻게 연결 지워질 수 있는지를 탐구한다.

After launch of Low Earth Orbit(LEO) satellite, Initial Activation Checkout(IAC) and Calibration and Validation(Cal & Val) procedure are performed prior to enter normal operation phase. During normal operation phase, most of the time is allocated for mission operation except following up measures to anomaly and orbit maintenance. Since mission operation capability is key indicator for success of LEO satellite program and consistent with promotion purpose of LEO satellite program, reliability should be ensured by conducting through test. In order to ensure reliability by examining the role of LEO satellite and ground station during ground test phase, realistic test scenario that is similar to actual operation conditions should be created, and test that aims to verify full mission cycle should be performed by transmitting created command and receiving image and telemetry data. This paper describes the test design and result. Consideration items for test design are described in detail and result of designed test items are summarized.

The discharge capacity testing apparatus using penetration method, being able to simulate in laboratory the condition of embedding plastic board drains in field, was developed to investigate consolidation characteristics of ground and to figure out discharge capacity of drains. The developed apparatus with a mandrel and penetrating device was designed to insert PBD into the ground prepared by previously applied pressure, being different from the conventional testing method that the drain was installed and the ground material was poured subsequently. Discharge capacity tests with the conventional apparatus as well as the newly developed one were performed to assess the applicability of the latter. As a result of tests, the conventional method showed delayed consolidation due to overall disturbance of ground and local deformation of drain caused by inhomogeneity of ground. Therefore discharge capacity of drain with the conventional apparatus was measured more or less larger than the expected values whereas discharge capacity with new one could be measured similar to the actual value in field.

2003년 ICAO가 국제 조종사에 관한 언어능력 기준을 제시한 이래로 국제노선에 취항하는 한국 항공 종사자들은 영어 능력을 증명하기 위한 노력을 해왔다. 1969년 처음으로 항공영어교육이 시작되고 2006년 처음 시험이 도입되면서 한국은 이를 충족하기 위한 알맞은 영어 교육 프로그램을 시행하려 시도해 왔다. 그러나, 항공영어 교육과 시험에 관련된 문제점들이 꾸준히 제기되었고 특히 항공 종사자들의 필요와 요구에 맞지 않는 시험 제도와 내용에 대한 논쟁이 끊이지 않았다. 본 연구는 이러한 측면에서 항공영어와 교육에 대한 이론적 접근과 더불어, 106명의 항공종사자에게 실시한 설문지를 토대로 그들의 항공영어와 일반영어에 관한 의견, 항공영어시험에 관한 의견을 수집 분석하였다. 조사결과, 참여자들은 현재 실시되고 있는 항공영어시험이 실제 업무를 효과적으로 반영하지 않으며, 좀 더 실제적인 내용이 시험에 반영되기를 희망하였다. 즉, 항공영어 시험이 좀 더 업무에 사용되는 영어를 많이 반영하고 난이도를 고려한 새로운 형태의 시험이 개발 되어야 한다는 의견이 많았다. 또한, 설문지를 통하여 나타난 여러 사항들을 바탕으로 향후 항공영어 평가가 나아갈 방향을 항공종사자의 측면과 관련 교육기관과 시험출제자, 관련 당국 등 3 가지 분야로 나누어 논의 하였다.

항공기의 야간임무 수행 능력을 최대화하고 조종사에게 심리적 안정감을 주어 전투력 향상을 극대화 할 수 있는 야시조명에 관한 지상시험평가 방법에 대하여 서술하였다. 야시조명 지상시험 평가는 설계된대로 야시조명원들이 정상 작동하는지를 평가하는 기능시험과 야간투시경의 원활한 작동을 위한 조명원들의 간섭현상을 평가하는 호환성시험으로 나눌 수 있다.

This study is the analysis of the concepts and the characteristics of the mathematics section of the College Scholastic Ability Test. The study starts with division of the history of the College Scholastic Ability Test into four periods. These are Introduction Period(school year 1994-1996), Adjustment Period(school year 1997-2004), Development Period(school year 2005-2011) and Conversion Period(up to present since school year 2012). The periodical division of the Mathematics section is considered as identical with that of the College Scholastic Ability Test. So we investigate the characteristics of the Mathematics section through the periodical classification. This study also proposes some tasks for the future Mathematics section of the College Scholastic Ability Test.

EPTA(English Proficiency Test for Aviation) was not very aviation realistic test before 2019. Testee needed pass listening test first. Then testee could take speaking test. There were 20sets of speaking test. If the testee memorize well, he or she could pass the test easily even though he or she was not very good at English. So the pilot and the authority agreed to change the format of EPTA since 2016. Through development of new EPTA format, the Korea Transportation Safety Authority started new EPTA test since January, 2019. It has been one year since the new format of EPTA started. Now I try to survey satisfaction of new EPTA through questionnaire.

Currently, there are some aptitude test systems for older drivers in Korea. However, there are no methods and systems to evaluate the real driving ability for older drivers based on filed driving test. This study was conducted to investigate the availability to use the driving course test used for driving license for identifying difference in driving ability of older and non-older drivers. For the research purpose, filed experiments were conducted using the real driving course test site and evaluation times used in the field. In particular, driving behavior data that obtained from the experiments for two driver groups, older and non-older drivers, were analyzed and compared. From several statistical analyses of driving ability and vision and cognitive ability, it was found that the currently used driving course test site and evaluation times were not appropriated to identify driving ability deficiency of older drivers. To solve the problem, this study developed five evaluation items to identify driving ability deficiency of older drivers using the currently used driving course test site. It was also found that the developed five evaluation items have statistically significant correlation with vision and cognitive ability.
