As urbanization progresses in Korea, megacities are being formed around the metropolitan area, the central area, and the southeast area. In addition, it is accelerating the development of urban air mobility (UAM) that can be operated by Mega City as a new growth engine industry in the future. At the same time, in order to become a space powerhouse, Korea plans to establish its own Korean positioning system (KPS) by 2035. Therefore, if urban air mobility and location information services provided by the Korean positioning system are used in combination, urban air mobility can be stably operated in future megacities.

도시에서의 에너지는 주로 인력에 의해 관리되고 소비된다. 전력이나 물, 가스 등 살아가는데 필요한 에너지는 화석연료로 생산되거나 만들어진다. 따라서 전력 등과 같은 에너지의 소비가 많을수록 이산화탄소 배출이나 지구온난화가 심화된다. 도시의 건축물에 대한 에너지의 공급체계는 건축물과 별도로 구성되어 있어 통합적 관리를 통해 사용량을 최적화하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트그리드 스테이션을 기반으로 한 스마트그리드 시티를 구축하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 홈, 타운, 시티를 거쳐 최종적으로 스마트 에너지 국가를 완성하게 된다.

21세기가 도래함에 따라 새로운 도시의 형태인 스마트시티는 다양한 기기들이 네트워크 상에 서로 연결되어 이용자에게 편리함을 제공한다. 하지만 사이버 공격 기법 또한 고도화되고 있다. 많은 IoT 기기들이 상호작용함에 따라 사이버 공격을 당하면 도시 전체가 피해를 입을 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 스마트시티에서 일어날 수 있는 보안 사고에 대해 분석하고 이를 대응하기 위한 제로트러스트 도입 전략에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

포스트 코로나시대에는 다가올 디지털 인프라 사회에서의 스마트시티에서 안전하고 편리한 사이버 경제활동을 구현하기 위해서는 특히 비대면 디지털 환경에서 바이오인식기술의 중요성은 증대될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 바이오인식 관련 국제표준화기구인 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC37(Biometrics)/SC27(Security)과 ITU-T SG17 Q10(ID Management & Telebiometrics) 등 바이오인식기술 국제 표준화 동향과 아시아바이오인식협의회(Asian Biometric Consoritum) 사실 표준화 현황을 면밀히 분석하여, 모바일기기·웨어러블 디바이스 응용분야, 디지털 헬스케어분야, 자율주행 응용분야, 국제공통·국가공용 ID카드분야, 동물보호 공학분야 등 미래의 스마트시티에서 활용될 바이오인식기술에 대한 전망과 함께 관련되는 국제표준에 대한 주요내용과 적용분야를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 향후 디지털 사회로의 대전환 시대가 도래함에 따른 생체인식기술을 적용한 스마트시티의 발전전망을 고찰하고자 한다.

스마트 시티는 수많은 기기에서 데이터를 수집한다는 점에서 보안적인 관점에서 취약점이 존재한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 블록체인의 감사 가능성, 투명성, 불변성 및 탈중앙화와 같은 특징을 활용하여 스마트 시티의 보안 취약점을 보완하는 연구가 다수 진행되고 있다. 대표적으로 자율 주행 자동차에 블록체인을 적용함으로써 보안 문제를 해결하였다. 이 외에도 다양한 적용 사례가 존재하였으며 스마트 시티에 블록체인이 적용가능함을 확인하였다. 하지만 블록체인을 적용시킴으로써 초기 투자 비용, 분산화로 인한 정책 충돌 등과 같은 문제점이 존재하였다. 향후 해당 문제점을 해결하기 위한 연구가 수행되어야할 것으로 사료된다.

ICT 기술을 통해 데이터를 수집하고 수집된 데이터를 활용하여 시민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 스마트시티는 대표적으로 전기, 건물, 냉난방 시스템, 교통이 있다. 스마트시티의 교통 문제를 해결하기 위하여 IoV의 데이터를 활용할 수 있으나, IoV에 대한 네트워크 공격이 급증함에 따라 블록체인을 사용하여 데이터를 안전하게 수집하고 스마트시티에 활용하는 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트시티 환경의 IoV 시스템을 위한 블록체인 기반 차량 네트워크 보안 기술 연구 동향을 기술하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시한다.

Usually, Technological failures have been recognized as a mundane and inevitable process of trial and error for finally achieving success, or pathological technologies clearly different from success. These approaches easily ignore that a failed technology also constructed complex technological networks with various actors for some times. Consequently, failed technologies failed not only technological realization, but also got a proper evaluation. This paper explore the emergence and decline of the city phone project (CT-2 technology), the very typical failure cases in the telecommunications industry at Korea. This story shows that the city phone project with low-price and low-technology could constructed a stable network at agreement the result from interaction between various actors, and then, changed because various actors gave technologies different meaning and desire. Finally, it suggests that collapse of its technological network was attributed to uncertain future and contingent, rather than technological limits.

In recent years, our society, because of the arrival of a new paradigm according to the rapid changes in ICT has entered into future smart society and the ubiquitous era. So it can be a notable turning point in the city and administrative spatial informatization, aspects of the era change. Therefore, this study was to derive a desirable vision for the city of Busan Centum City Informatization in the dream of leading global smart city of Busan by applying 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. Soon this study derived a successful local informatization strategy for Centum City in Busan. It proposed the use of the administrative aspects of information with spatial informatization as metadata information. Also this study explored the future leadership strategy of Busan Centum City in smart society. Eventually in 2030 to around, In order to still remain Busan Centum City as a leading ICT smart city, this study suggested the following strategy. It is important to increase the satisfaction of citizen services through the use of the administrative aspects of information with spatial informatization as metadata information for urban information system.
