For a more convenient deduction of the weighted values in AHP of BSC using a spread sheet program, this study derived each weighted values through single and group calculations and it also compared the two calculations to verify mutual identities. Pairwise comparison is generally used in measuring performance of corporations or government organizations, but, many researches have been done without reliability verification due to difficulty in the deduction of weighted value. This trend, like using a wrong measurement, result in defective result of BSC. Therefore, this study presents various methods of single and group case measurement using spread sheet so that it can be utilized in practice. Thus, I expect this study's result be availed in BSC consulting or research of public organizations that have difficulty in measuring qualitative factors.

Generally, a deployable solar panel is used primarily to achieve sufficient power output to perform the mission. However, temperature distribution on the antenna reflector may increase due to the shading effect induced by the presence of the deployable solar panels. Appropriate thermal design is critical to minimize the thermal deformation of the mesh antenna reflector in harsh on-orbit thermal environments to ensure remote frequency (RF) performance. In this paper, we proposed a dual-surface primary reflector consisting of a mesh antenna and a flexible fabric membrane sheet. This design strategy can contribute to thermal stabilization by using a flexible solar panel on the rear side of membrane sheet to reduce the temperature distribution caused by the deployable solar panel. The effectiveness of the mesh antenna design strategy investigates through on-orbit thermal analysis.

In this paper, an adaptive multimedia synchronization scheme for VOD (Video On Demand) services in internet environments is proposed. This scheme considers the characteristics of MPEG (Moving Picture Expert Group) system stream. Consequently, the intra-synchronization is handled at the pack layer, and the inter-synchronization is handled at the packet layer. The proposed scheme can cope adaptively with variation of packet loss, jitter and client's playback capacity. If there are variations of the packet loss or client's playback capacity, the server will change the transmission rate by selective picture skip. The client can then adjust and control the playback time according to the variation of the network jitter. Our experimental results show that the proposed scheme can quickly adapt to the network condition, and can guarantee a better quality of service than the other existing schemes.

In this paper, we present a hardware architecture and a sofrware architecture for cimputer based teleconferencing systems.And also we analyse stream adtivation mechanisms for them form the viewpoint of delay. MuX that is a multimedia I/O server provides various processing elements for data I/O, synchronization, interleaving and mixing.We describe methods to build teleconferencing systems with the elements and compares the technique using master click with the techniquie using self clock.In the plase of dta input.the technique using self click is berrer than the technique using master clock.When we generate interleved stream from audio and video stream and activate channel objects by periodic audio stream as activation clock, dealy from imput audio stream to imterleved stream is reduced but delay for video stream is not reduced as much as in the case of audio stream.

한전전력연구원에서는 한국표준형 원전 증기발생기인 시스템 80 모델의 튜브시트 상부에 침전된 슬러지를 제거하기 위한 고압 분사식 슬러지 세정장비를 개발하였다. 국내에는 영광 3,4,5,6 호기 및 울진 3,4,5,6 호기 등 총 8 기의 한국표준형 원전이 운전중에 있으나 기 사용하고 있던 증기발생기 세정 장비가 자동화가 미흡하여 작업자의 방사선 쪼임량이 과대하고 장비가 전열관에 충돌하여 전열관이 손상될 가능성이 상존하며 세정 방식이 증기발생기 가장자리인 annulus 에서 중앙의 center stay cylinder 로 향해 슬러지가 증기발생기 중앙 부분에 집중적으로 침적될 가능성이 있는 등 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개발에 착수하였다. 개발된 증기발생기 세정 장비는 2004 년 4 월 중 울진 3 호기 증기발생기 세정 작업에 성공적으로 활용되었다.

New attempt has been made on Management Science (MS) education since the end of 1990s. The most distinctive feature of the new attempt is using spreadsheet program like Excel as a teaching tool for MS course. The spreadsheet program gives an excellent tool for modeling and solvina MS problems. In order to improve the pedagogical effect through using the spreadsheet program for MS course, new teaching model based on spreadsheet encompassing new course contents, effective instruction method, and examination method is needed. For this purpose, professors teaching MS should share their own teaching experiences and methods. So this paper explains remarkable functions of Excel and how to use them for the MS tools. This paper also stresses the importance of team project and case study to improve the effect of MS education through the use of Excel and presents some tips on MS education.

실험 애니메이션의 성격을 지닌 스톱모션 애니메이션의 장르로서 상업성 애니메이션과 기존의 영화 애니메이션에서 탈피하여 작품성과 앞으로 개척해야 할 우리 애니메이션 학계의 당면 상황을 인식하고 작품제작에 중점을 두고 있다. 이 작품은 나의 길이라는 주제로 개인의 인생을 축으로 내가 살아온 과거와 현재 다가올 미래의 불확실성을 컨셉으로 하여 애니메이션을 전공하는 학생과 대중에게 쉽게 다가설 수 있는 있도록 하였다. 표현기법은 앞서 말한 바와 같이 스톱모션 방식으로 재즈와 모던 클래식을 바탕으로 큐시트 하였으며, 창의적인 상황에 부합되는 소싱(Sourcing)과 싱크(Sync)로 믹싱(Mixing) 작업을 하여 현대적이면서 감각적인 면을 강조하는 등 표현재료는 콘테와 색연필을 사용하여 애니메이션이 한 컷 한 컷의 작품이라는 예술의 개념적 문제에 접근 일러스트로 작품화하였다. 작품 내용으로는 객관적 세계에 대한 인식의 문제를 이야기하고 다양한 입장과 생각을 표현하였으며 또는 주체가 바라보는 대상을 통해 그 주체를 묘사하기도 한다. 따라서 대상에 비중을 두는가 하면 보는 주체에 비중을 두기도 하였다. 인간 개인이 걸어온 발자취를 형상화시켜 재해석하였으며, 이 작품을 통해 자신의 삶을 직${\cdot}$간접적으로 재해석하며, 관객이 자신을 되돌아볼 수 있고 미래를 직시하도록 꾸몄다.

경제발전이 가속화 되고 인간의 삶의 질이 향상되면서 차량보유가 증가함에 따라, 유아용 카시트의 사용이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 주 5일제 확대 및 가정을 중요시 하는 사회적 문화의 변화에 따라 유아와의 이동이 편리한 유모차의 사용이 증대되고 있다. 이와 같이 이동 편의성을 고려한 유모차의 사용이 증대되고 있다. 기존의 유모차는 세로로 접어지는 접철식이 대부분으로 접어서 이동시와 차량에 보관할 때와 프레임이 무거운 경우 여성이나 고령자가 사용 시 많은 힘을 필요로 하므로 불편함을 호소하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 불편함을 느끼는 중량문제와 이동시 편의성 고려를 위한 접이방식을 개선하는 방안을 연구 하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 유모차의 프레임의 경량화 설계방안 및 폴딩 접이구조에 대한 연구를 수행 하였다.

최근 설계, 시공되는 건축물은 초고층 또는 대단지 주거시설로서 화재발생시 초기에 빠른 대응이 요구 되나 근무자의 첨단 소방시설관리에 대한 지식은 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 대형화로 인한 네트워크제어방식의 효용성을 알아보고 기시공된 현장의 화재수신기 네트워크 운영 실태 및 현황을 파악 하여 관리에 일조하고자 한다. 이를 위해 10개 대형현장의 네트워크를 조사한 결과 경보시스템에 대한 낮은 신뢰도 때문에 타설비와의 시트템구축을 기피하고 있었다. 또한 방재관련 법규의 제한된 규정으로 인한 통신선 사용에 있어서의 문제점도 개선될 필요가 있었다. 아울러 관리자의 잦은 이직으로 인한 기술적 축적 방안 마련, 복지문제와 면적이 넓은 네트워크시스템에 대한 신호처리방법 및 반응시간등에 대한 규정제정이나 운영상 표준화가 필요하였다.

The waterproofing material can be roughly divided into a coating material and a sheet waterproofing material. In the case of coating waterproofing materials, sheet waterproofing materials, which are easy to use in terms of workability and quality control, have been recently used because of their incomplete use of coating thickness, long curing time and poor blending due to in situ blending. However, in the case of the sheet waterproofing material, since the sheet overlapping portion is inevitably generated, various defects (breakage due to the behavior) are frequently observed. Therefore, it is imperative to establish fundamental measures to minimize this.
