시점확인 서비스(Time-Stamping Service)를 위한 프로토콜인 Time-Stamp protocol(TSP)를 구현하는데 필요한 기능들을 SDK로 구현하였다. 어떤 데이터가 특정 시점 이전에 존재했음을 증명하기 위해 Time-Stamp token을 발행하는 시점확인 서비스는 전자공중, 전자상거래, DVCS 등 여러 보안과 관련된 응용서비스에서 필요한 모듈이다. 본 논문에서는 시점확인 서비스를 위한 time-stamp protocol을 설명하고, TSP SDK 구현 내용, SDK를 시험하기 위한 테스트베드 및 SDK 구현시 참고사항을 서술한다.

무선 이동통신의 발전으로 인해 많은 사용자가 발생하였다. 그러나 1세대나 2세대의 경우 이동통신서비스는 기본적으로 음성을 기반으로 서비스를 하였기 때문에 다른 멀티미디어 서비스와 같은 고속 무선 인터넷 통신 수요자의 요구를 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 향후 무선에서 음성위주의 서비스가 아닌 데이터와 이동 멀티미디어 서비스와 같은 서비스를 통해 얻을 수 있다. 하지만 무선망은 전송로가 노출되어 있어 정당하지 않는 사용자에 의한 불법적인 절취 사용과 도청등에 많은 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 악의적인 제 3의 사용자가 공유되어 있는 문서에 대한 문제점뿐만 아니라 양자간의 계약 혹은 과금 정보에 있어 악의적인 목적을 막는 방법이 필요하다. 다음과 같은 방법에 대한 해결책으로써 문서에 대한 내용증명과 시점확인이 바로 그것이다. 본 논문에서는 앞에서 언급한 문제점을 해결하고자 유선에서 사용중에 있는 시점확인 서비스 혹은 내용 증명 서비스를 향후 발전할 IMT-2000에 적용하여 보았다. 제안한 방식은 IMT-2000에서의 개체를 그대로 이용하면서 효율적인 방식을 제안하였다.

Digital signatures not only provide a way of guaranteeing the integrity of data but also establish the identity of the signer. However, basic digital signature format which contains only the signature of the signer does not guarantee the correctness of its creation time, and it can not remain valid over long periods. This paper proposes a system which integrates timestamp service into digital signatures. The system provides online services for the creation and verification of long term digital signatures which can give the guarantee of the correctness of their creation times and can be proved to be valid over long periods. The proposed system can be used in the various areas such as e-commerce contracts, document archival services, and invoice applications, which requires long term digital signatures. The proposed system is tested with the KRISS timestamp service system.

By development of wireless mobile communication, many users increased. But, in case of 1st generation or 2nd generation, transfer communication service was not satisfying high speed wireless internet Communication consumer's request such as other multimedia service because serviced based on voice and text basically. Can get through service such as data and transfer multimedia service that is not service of voice putting first in wireless hereafter. Problems by much development of service are happening, because a transmit is exposed, problem point that wireless network is much unlawful stealing use and tapping etc. As is different from this, problem can happen in service side. Can take next time for these example. By user that is not right can happen. Need method to keep away purpose that is enemy of third party in contract between both men as well as problem for document or accounting information which the third user that is enemy of third party is shared. By solution about problems, certification of contents for document and visual point confirmation must it. Applied service or certification of contents service that is rapidly point of time that is using in wire to solve problem that refer in front in this treatise in IMT-2000 to develop hereafter. Way to propose proposed efficient way using individual in IMT-2000 just as it is.

인터넷상에서 안전한 전자상거래를 영위하기 위하여 필수적인 전자서명용 인증서 발급 서비스 체계에 대하여 설명한다. 우선 인증서 발급서비스를 하기 위하여 필요한 망 구 조와 등록관리시스템 전자서명생성키 생성 및 관리 시스템 인증서 생성 및 관리 시스템 디 렉토리 시스템 시점확인 시스템 웹서비스 시스템 및 보안 설비들의 기능을 서술하고 이러한 시스템들을 이용한 인증서 발급업무의 흐름을 세가지 유형으로 분리설명한다., 또한 이증서 갱신 폐지 정지등에 대해서도 언급하며 끝으로 한국정보인증이 인증서비스를 바탕으로 향후 에 제공할 서비스에 대해 소개한다.

The multi-view video service based on the DASH(Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) switches the viewpoint or object which is selected by the user among the multiple video streams captured by multiple cameras. However, the problem is that the conventional DASH-based multi-view video service takes a long time to switch the viewpoint. The reason is that the conventional scheme switches to the new video stream after consuming all buffered segments of the previous video stream. In this paper, we propose a video streaming scheme for minimizing the viewpoint switching delay in the DASH-based multi-view video service. In order to minimize the viewpoint switching delay, the proposed scheme configures the video streams by controlling the GoP (Group of Pictures) size and controls the client buffer based on bandwidth estimation and playback buffer occupancy. Through the experimental results, we prove that the proposed scheme reduces the viewpoint switching delay.

최근 방송과 통신의 융합으로 방송 통신 융합형 서비스가 활발해지고 있고, 사용자의 요구사항이 높아지고 있는 가운데 무선 채널을 이용한 인터랙티브 비디오 스트리밍 서비스는 가장 큰 서비스로 자리 잡고 있다. 인터랙티브 비디오 서비스중 하나인 파노라마 비디오는 기존의 고정적인 시청환경을 사용자가 능동적으로 선택할 수 있다는 측면에서 발전의 가능성이 큰 분야 중 하나이다. 하지만 넓은 시점을 가진 파노라마 비디오는 높은 대역폭이 요구된다는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문은 사용자가 파노라마 비디오 서비스를 받을 때 시청 시점을 변경시키면서 사용되는 비트율을 시공간적 필터를 사용하여 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 이용하여 고 대역폭 사용이 불가피한 파노라마 비디오 스트리밍 서비스의 요구 대역폭을 줄임으로서 인터렉티브 비디오의 스트리밍 서비스분야에서 효율적인 대역폭 사용을 위한 기술로 사용될 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 전자서명법 제20조에서 명문화된 시점확인서비스(타임스탬프)에 대한 동향을 분석하였다. 현재 타임스탬프 서비스는 IETF PKIX에서 1997년 처음 인터넷 드래프트가 발표된 이후 RFC로 표준화가 추진 중이며 ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27에서도 표준화가 추진 중이다. 공개키기반구조의 필수적 요소로서 전자서명 인증 서비스와 함께 구현이 필요한 타임스탬프 서비스에 대한 표준화 동향 및 타임스탬프 서비스 프로토콜에 대한 분석과 국외 서비스 업체의 서비스 제공 현황을 분석하여 타임스탬프 응용 서비스 개발에 활용할 수 있도록 작성하였다.

Fluid is normally used so that certain drug can be administered to patients for certain period of time. There are many incidents in which patients or guardians need to call upon medical staff after estimating the time of fluid injection termination. In case fluid injection is terminated during certain period such as sleeping time or others, it may cause more fatigue for either patients or guardians. Also, it may lead to ineffective work as medical staff needs to monitor the quantity of fluid several times in order to check the time of fluid injection termination. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose LBS system combined of minimum equipment and active RFID to monitor the level of fluid in order to solve abovementioned problems. Also, it is expected to enhance the quality of medical service with service in which real-time monitoring of fluid quantity and patient location is conducted to provide accurate information to either patients, guardians, or medical staff(nurse) so that medical staff can locate and see patients at the time of fluid injection termination.

무선인터넷 서비스는 이동통신 사업자들에게 강력한 추가수익원으로 떠오르고 있으며, 활성화를 위하여 장기적이고 효율적인 정책대안 수립이 절실한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 무선인터넷 산업의 현실을 올바로 파악하고자 하는 노력의 일환으로 무선인터넷 사용자들에 대하여 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 무선인터넷 이용환경, 이용실태, 평가 등 세 부분으로 나누어 서술하였다. 무선인터넷은 엔터테인먼트용 콘텐츠의 이용도가 높아 여가생활에 도움을 주고 있지만, 실생활에는 아직 큰 도움이 되지 못한다는 평가를 얻었다. 그리고 통신요금에 대한 불만이 가장 높은 것으로 나타나, 무선인터넷 서비스 확산에 큰 장애요인으로 떠올랐다. 그리고 정액제에 대한 높은 선호를 확인함으로써 통신요금 체계도 무선인터넷 확산에 걸림돌이 되고 있는 것으로 판단하였다. 한편 본 조사에서는 전자우편의 이용횟수, 무선인터넷 및 음성통화의 하루평균 이용시간, 통신요금 및 정보이용료 지출액 등에서 여성의 활용도가 활발한 것으로 나타나 이동통신 서비스 확산에서 여성의 역할이 부각되었다. 결론적으로 우리나라는 무선인터넷 서비스 확산을 위한 하드웨어적인 준비는 거의 완료되었으나 요금수준 및 체계, 통신품질, 콘텐츠 등 소프트웨어 측면에서의 준비는 다소 미비한 것으로 판단되며, 해당 분야에 대한 집중적인 연구와 투자가 필요한 시점으로 생각된다.
