With more emphasis on emotional communication with users in product design field, designers' clear and prompt grasp of user's emotion has become the core activity in product design research. To increase the flexibility applying emotion measurement in the process of product design, this study has used Facial Action Coding System (FACS) of behavioral emotion measurement method in product design evaluation. To select specimens, it has flexibly used the emotional product Image Map. Then this study has selected six product irritants inducing positive, negative and neutral emotions, and conducted FACS experiment with ordinary product users of 20 generations as the experimental subject, and analyzed users' emotional state in response to the irritants through their facial expressions. It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of FACS in the process of product design, such as "recording users' unconscious facial expressions" and puts forward some applicable schemes, such as "choosing a product stimulus with high user response". It is expected that this paper can be helpful to the flexibility of FACS as a method to predict user's emotion in advance at the trial stage of product design before launching them to the market.

This study reviewed the trends and prospect of the market for veterinary medical devices in Korea. The registration of veterinary medical devices has sharply increased since 2013, and a total of 2,133 products from 348 companies were registered by 2018. Of these products, the proportion of the instrument, in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents, medical only used for animal and supplies were 51.6%, 35.7%, 7.6% and 5.1%, respectively. The sales amount of veterinary medical devices is approximately 95.8 billion won in 2017. The sales of domestic consumption and imports were 53.9 and 41.9 billion won, respectively. They are increasing 14.9% (CAGR) in the domestic consumption, and 44.0% (CAGR) in the export from 2011 to 2017, respectively. The proportion of IVD reagents, instrument, medical only used for animal and supplies were 54.2%, 41.0%, 3.8%, and 1.0%, respectively. The top 10 items with high sales were IVD reagents for clinical immunochemistry, visceral function testing instrument, hematological testing apparatus, syringes, IVD reagents for molecular genetics, etc. They are widely used from 3,926 animal hospitals in 2017. This study suggested that registration and sales of veterinary medical devices have gradually increased since 2013 as the demand of health care services for various animals. Therefore, the veterinary medical devices industry is expected to grow in the future.

The big data utilization category in the sports field was mainly focused on the big data analysis to improve the competence of the athlete and the performance. Since then, 'big data technology' which collect and analyze more detailed and diverse data through the application of ICT technology such as IoT and AI has been applied. The use of big data of sports contents in future has value and possibility in the smart environment, but it is necessary to overcome the shortage and limitation of platform to manage and share sports contents. In order to solve such problems, it is important to change the perception of the companies or providers that provide sports contents and cultivate and secure professional personnel capable of providing sports contents. Also, it is necessary to implement policies to systematically manage and utilize big data poured from sports contents.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is the super-connected-based intelligent revolution, which is triggered by intelligence information technology such as AI and IoT. Radical changes in industrial structure being expected, major developed countries are counteracting it by preparing strategies to enhance industrial competitiveness for taking the lead in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Korea's national preparations, however, are considered to be insufficient, as it ranks only $25^{th}$ in the world. In compliance with the issue, preparing relevant policies and strategies such as establishment of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Committee, government diagnoses the pending issue of information and communication industry and arranges countermeasures so that it intends to gain competitiveness in the industry and lays a foundation for leading the market.

This study focused on IKEA Place in IKEA and Amazon AR View in Amazon to study the differences between AR shopping applications. The first literature study examined the status and prospects of the AR market and conducted a case study on AR shopping applications. In the second phase, 'Honeycomb Model' of Peter mobile was reorganized into six usability principles, focusing on the major functions of AR shopping mall application, to conduct surveys and in-depth interviews based on the task. Based on this study, it is expected to help increase AR-based application user experience, concentrating on the actual experience of the user and finding out the major experience factors.

National water supply, water resources available, the ratio of water supply to total water resources, and the ratio of water supply to available water resources were investigated to find global seawater desalination plant market for 163 nations. Water resources available per capita from 2007 to 2016, population in water scarcity region from 2011 to 2016, and the ratio of water scarcity population to total population were also analyzed for the countries. Annual percentage increase in total municipal drinking water capital expenditure and Annual percentage increase in total industrial water market were analyzed to predict the amount of water supply by use. 76 countries are suffering from water scarcity and 60 countries among the countries have coastal regions. Forty countries were selected by considering the considerable amount and highly increasing trend of water demand by use. Most countries show increasing trend of industrial water and 82 countries have more than 4% annual increasing rate for domestic water expense from 2008 to 2016 among 163 countries. Among the 76 water scarcity countries 16 countries were finally selected by considering expense prediction by use. Middle-east, east asia, pacific ocean, and west europe regions include most selected countries.

The centipede is predatory arthropod that form head and numerous segments. It is known that there are about 3,000 species worldwide and 44 species (four species and seven families) in Korea. Among them, Scolopendra subspinipes called "Wang-ji-ne" has been known as an important medicinal resource and its value is expected to increase in the future. In this study, the Scolopendra subspinipes in Korea was classified as Chilopoda through morphological analysis of forcipule and venom gland, and a method for sex determination was established. These results are expected to be used as basic data for artificial breeding of Scolopendra subspinipes in the future, and through this, it is expected that it will greatly contribute to the expansion of the Scolopendra subspinipes market as medicinal resources.

With the rapid development of science and technology in recent years, the network environment are growing, and a huge amount of traffic is generated. In particular, the development of 5G networks and edge computing will accelerate this phenomenon. However, according to these trends, network malicious behaviors and traffic overloads are also frequently occurring. To solve these problems, network administrators need to build a network management system to implement a high-speed network and should know exactly about the connection topology of network devices through the network management system. However, the existing network topology discovery method is inefficient because it is passively managed by an administrator and it is a time consuming task. Therefore, we proposes a method of network topology discovery according to the amount of in and out network traffic. The proposed method is applied to a real network to verify the validity of this paper.

The members of Food Valley in Netherlands recognised that the networking function is the most important among demand articulation, network formation and innovation-process support. Furthermore, SMEs expect the support of internationalization from Food Valley organization. It is expected that the function of Food Valley which can establish effective network and environment for open innovation will be more significant in the future. Our government also designated Iksan as a national food cluster for preparing the growth of international food market and promoting the effective growth of domestic food industry. As noted earlier in the case of Food Valley, the government should make Iksan Cluster focus on building network for innovation and development of domestic food industry through making innovative environment between food industry and local university. And then, this food cluster will become the center of export of food products and sophistication of domestic food sector.
