For estimation of Ko value depending upon the stress history of dry sand, a new type of Ko oedometer apparatus is devised, and the horizontal earth pressure is accurately measured. For this study, 2 types of one-cyclic Ko loading/unloading models have been studied experimentally using four relative densities of the sand. The results obtained in this test are as follows Kon, the coefficient of earth pressure at rest for virgin loading is a function of the angle of internal friction of the sand and is determined as Kon=1-0.914 sin, Kou the coefficient of earth pressure at -rest for virgin unloading is a function of K. and overconsolidation ratio(OCR), and is determined as Kou : Kon(OCR)". The exponent u, increases as the relative density increases. Ko,, the coefficient of earth pressure at rest for virgin reloading decreases in hyperbola type as the vertical stress, cv', increases. And, the stress path at virgin reloading lends to the maximum prestress point, independent upon the value of the minimum unloading stress. The gradient of this curve, mr, increases as OCR increases.ases.

With the explosive popularity of the World Wide Web, the low penonnance of network often leads web clients to wait a long time for web server's response. To resolve this problem, web caching (proxy) has been considered as the most efficient technique for web server to handle this problem. The placement of web proxy is critical to the overall penonnance, and Li et al. showed the optimal placement of proxies for a web server in the internet with the linear and tree topology when the number of proxies, ]M, is given [4, 5]. They focused on minimizing the over all access time. However, it is also considerable for target web server to minimize the total number of proxies while each proxy server guarantees not to exceed certain res(Xlnse time for each request from its clients. In this paper, we consider the problem of finding the optimal number and placement of web proxies with the lin~ar and tree topology under the given threshold cost for delay time.

Choi Buk(1712-1786) is the master of three poems, caligraphy, paintings of the Middle Class Painter. There is a resisting cynicism against discrimination, a madly free and unbridled madness that is not bound by itself, and a master sense due to pride in his artistic talents. Madness and stubborn as an image of a unique painting through unworldly and clasical scholar oriented Muninhwa. His muninhwa has many poetic picture paintings where poetry and painting are one, and the technique of painting depicting objects is based on the power of the muscles and is a madness brush which is not bound anywhere. And it expresses the level of art in a higher level through the unconventional composition of the unconventional composition, the simplicity of the line, and the unique operation of margins and colors. His Muninhwa appeared naturally in the works of art, which is a pride of enterprising people and a belief that aesthetic pursuit of a change of the unchanging ones.

The Incheon Medical Center Institutional Review Board (IRB), a department that reflects the characteristics of Incheon Medical Center, a medical and public institution, was established in 2013. IRB contributes to performing its role as a local accountable care hospital and protecting researchers and subjects by proving the ethics of research conducted at the medical center. So far, IRB has reviewed a total of 80 research proposals for human subject research and human-derived material research, and it currently exists as an independent department directly under the president of the medical center. This paper aims to explain the registration and preservation of IRB-related records, the maintenance of the Records Management Standard Table and related regulations, and archives, as well as to present limitations and improvements in the disclosure, utilization, and classification of records.

In the existing fuzzy aggregation method, the operators such as t-norm, t conorm, mean operator, Yafer's operator and $\gamma$ operator are used to aggregate the values of membership functions. However, these methods have problems in that they do not reflect the decision situation properlyin the decision process. In order to solve these problems we suggest a situation assessment model(SAM) to reflect the decision situation in the decision proess. In the fuzzy decision environment, we propose a new aggregation method to reflect the decision situation using the result of SAM. We call it the aggregation based on situation assessment (ASA) method. It makes the stepwise aggregation with derection according to the decision situation. Moreover, we compare ASA method with the existing aggregation methods.

본 연구는 동영상자극에 의한 정서유발시의 표정변화와 생리반응을 밝혀내는 것을 목적으로 실행되었다. 18명의 실험참가자에게 각각 2종류씩의positive, negative 그리고neutral의 총5가지의 동영상자극을 약5분간 제시하였다. 표정변화는 비디오카메라로 기록하였고, 생리반응으로 뇌파(64ch), 심전도, 임피던스카디오그램, 안면근전위등을 측정했다. 표정의 분석결과, positive조건은 neutral조건에 비해 눈구석간의 거리가 감소하였고, 입 꼬리간의 거리는 증가하였다. 반면, negative조건은 neutral조건에 비해 오른쪽 눈구석과 눈 꼬리간의 거리가 증가하였다. 뇌파의 alpha/beta ratio변화량에 있어 positive조건은 neutral조건에 비해 우전두엽을 중심으로 감소하였고, negative조건은 좌전두엽에서 감소하였다. 심박수 및 PEP/LVET는 negative조건에서만 감소하였다. 또한, 근전위의 변화는 positive조건이 neutral조건보다 좌우볼 및 입부위에서 증가한 반면, negative조건은 좌우눈썹부위에서 증가하였다. 이에 본 연구를 통해, 정서유발시의 표정변화와 생리반응의 특성을 알 수 있었다.
