본 논문은 중소기업의 ERP 도입에 있어서 성공과 실패를 결정짓는 핵심요소들 중에서 시스템 변화관리의 중요성을 파악하기 위해서 조직요인, 외부환경요인, 시스템 변화요인 그리고 ERP의 성과 간에 구조적인 모형을 설계하고 연구를 하고 있다. 연구는 현재 연구의 모형이 설계되어 설문지 회수가 완료되어 기초적인 분석이 완료된 상태이며, AMOS를 사용하여 분석을 시작 하였다. 연구의 결과가 나오면 학문적인 측면과 실제적인 측면에서 몇 가지의 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

대학 전산망은 다양한 종류의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 이루어진 대표적인 이질망이며 , 다양한 성향을 갖는 사용자들이 공존하는 환경이므로 망 계층 보안 서비스의 도입이 필연적이다. 본 논문에서는 대학 전산망에서 IPSec을 도입하는데 필수적인 IPSec 키 관리 시스템을 제시한다. 제안된 IPSec 키 관리 시스템은 IPSec과 PKIX가 결합된 형태로 구성되며 , 각 호스트는 부팅 과정에서 IP 주소를 결정 한 후, 망 계층 서버에 자신의 IP 주소와 공개키를 등록하여 망 계층 보안 서비스를 제공하도록 한다. 또한 망 계층 인증 서버는 웹 인터페이스를 통해 망 관리자가 전체 구성원의 키를 관리하는 인터페이스를 제공한다.

해상 ICT의 발전과 e-Navigation 및 자율운항선 도입에 따라 해상 통신망의 종류와 범위가 확장되어 가상항로표지 서비스의 필요성이 증대되고 있으며, 이러한 서비스 제공을 위해 국가 정책적으로 스마트 항로표지 개발에 관한 연구가 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-Navigation 및 자율운항선 도입에 대비하여 디지털 항로표지 정보의 체계적이고 지속적인 제공을 위한 통합가상항로표지 정보서비스 시스템 상세 설계 방안에 대하여 기술하였다.

최근 웹의 폭발적인 성장으로 인하여 웹을 교육의 매개체로 활용하려는 노력이 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 웹 기반 교육 시스템들은 대체로 수동적이며, 정적인 하이퍼텍스트 위주이기 때문에, 학습상황을 수시로 점검할 수 있는 상호작용기능이 부족하고, 특정 학습자의 학습결과에 따른 동적인 학습환경의 제시가 어렵다. 일반적으로 웹기반 교육시스템은 다양한 지식계층의 사람들에게 노출되어 있기 때문에 보다 상세한 학습전략이 요구되며, 따라서 최근에는 기존의 지능형 교수시스템(Intelligent Tutoring System: ITS)에서 연구된 풍부한 기술들을 웹 환경에 도입함으로서 보다 지능적이며 적응력 있는 시스템개발에 관한 연구가 활성화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 웹 기반 교육시스템에서의 문제점들을 해소하기 위한 한가지 방안으로 ITS의 동적 교수계획기법을 웹 기반 시스템에 도입한다. 문제영역으로 C 프로그래밍 언어 학습을 선정하여 이를 웹 기반 교수시스템으로 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 기존 시스템들의 서버 집중형 구조에서 탈피하여 CORBA를 이용한 분산기반구조로 시스템 개발에 접근하였다.

본 연구는 P사의 사례를 바탕으로 사용중인 중역정보시스템(EIS : Excutive Informaiton System. 이하 "EIS"라함)에서 차별화된 회장전용 시스템의 개선에 대한 연구방법을 소개한다. EIS는 80년대 후반에서 90년도 초반에 이르기까지 급격한 성장을 이룩한 정보시스템이다. 그동안의 EIS가 도입과 보급 단계에서 양적인 성장을 이루었다면, 이제부터는 개선과 발전의 질적인 성장을 이룩하여야 할 필요성들이 점차 커지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 P사의 EIS가 보다 더 나은 시스템으로 발전하기 위한 토대로, 본 연구는 회장전용의 차별화 된 시스템의 프로토타입을 구성하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 기술, 하이퍼미디어 및 슬라이드쇼를 이용하여 차별화된 EIS를 구축하였다. 시스템 구축을 위하여 다양한 아이디어의 도입을 통한 아이디어 기반의 시스템 개발과, 기존 EIS의 정보 전달 형태의 입체화 방안, 갱신 주기별 정보제공 및 전략차별 방안과 정보의 체계적 제공 방안을 근본 연구 추진 방향으로 하여 시스템을 개발하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 개발계획중이거나, 개발중인 EIS에 새로운 접근 방법으로 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 수 있을 것이다.

Due to the high level of information supportive function of Internet, the management environment change is accelerating. The Patients are able to have the chances of Hospital- and Doctor-shopping. So the Customer Relationship Management skill or Patient -oriented management is becoming one of the important management method of Hospital. To adapt these trend, many Hospital invest the money and efforts for the implementation of Hospital CRM system. But the Performance of HCRM is not satisfactory for the investor from many reasons. In this paper we try to find out which kinds of factors have the Influences on the Implementation of HCRM, and how is the relation between these factors. We use the Structural Equation Model to clarify these relationships. The result of this paper will contribute in the decision making of the implementation of HCRM in the field, and in providing the knowledge base.

In this study, This study focuses on exploring the major factors influencing the successful introduction of the cloud-based accounting information system, which is the top priority in the field of corporate digital transformation. Therefore, theories were summarized based on the company's cloud environment and related prior research, and the major performance factors of the company were analyzed by dividing them into organizational factors, business operation factors, and technical system factors. Considering that the cloud-based accounting information system is in the early stages of its introduction, the research analysis method ranks major success factors according to their importance using the Delphi targeting the expert panel, through the AHP method, the major performance variables were finally explored through the mutual importance analysis of each major factor. As a result of the analysis, organizational factors were analyzed as corporate sustainability, business operational factors were the business solutions, and system scalability factors were analyzed. This study will be able to provide additional useful information on the initial introduction strategy and operation for the introduction and operation of the cloud-based accounting information system.

하천관리지리정보시스템(RIMGIS)은 하천정보의 표준화 및 전산화를 통한 정보제공과 하천에 관련한 업무를 지원하기 위해 개발된 시스템으로 5개의 지방국토관리청에서 관리하고 있는 하천대장 및 부도, 구조물도 등의 다양한 하천 관련 정보를 정보화하여 인허가 및 하천기본계획 등의 하천업무를 신속하고 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 운영되고 있다. 국가 주요 기반시설을 생애주기 관점에서 관리하고 소요재원의 확보근거를 마련하고자 "지속 가능한 기반시설 관리 기본법"이 제정되었고 최근에 시행되었다. 이에 따라 국토안전관리원에서는 도로·철도·철도 하천 등과 같은 사회기반시설(15종)의 노후화에 대비하여 전략적인 투자와 관리방식 도입을 목적으로 인프라 총조사 사업을 진하천 등과 같은 사회기반시설(15종)의 노후화에 대비하여 전략적인 투자와 관리방식 도입을 목적으로 인프라 총조사 사업을 진행하고 관리를 위해서 기반터 시스템을 도입하였다. 하천관리지리정보시스템과 기반터 시스템은 하천 기반시설의 정보가 데이터베이스에서 다뤄진다는 점에서 유사하지만, 기반터 시스템은 하천관리지리정보시스템과 달리 유지관리 측면에 대한 필요한 보수 주기, 필요 예산 등과 같은 정보를 산정할 수 있도록 프레임워크가 구성되어 있다. 그러나 하천과 기반시설의 코드를 연결하는 작업들은 현재 상황에서는 미흡한 실정이고, 유지관리와 시설물의 노후화를 가속화하는 홍수와 침수피해 등을 전체적으로 고려할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구도 미진한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하천 기반시설의 유지관리를 위해 하천, 제방, 인명에 대한 위험지수를 고려한 잠재 인명피해 위험도와 잠재 홍수피해 위험도를 평가기준으로 설정하고 적용하였다. 또한 이를 포함시킨 투자우선순위 평가기법을 도입하여 감가상각과 위험요소 등을 고려할 수 있는 데이터베이스 구성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Geographical Informal ion Systems have become useful tools for improving the administrative management of local governments. Despite its innovative aspects, GIS implementation in local governments has yet to be actively carried out, utilized in only a few occasions in establishing comprehensive plans or conduct ins model system developments. This can be basically attributed to technological, institutional, and economic difficulties, that is, a lack of understanding of GIS technology, database development, and the required institutional support. Using Seoul as a case study, this study analyses the potential and effectiveness of GIS and examines strategies of implementation, thereby suggesting basic policy direct ions for GIS investment in local governments.

According as information-oriented society is propelled, development of various information security systems is achieved, and introduction of information security system is increasing for service offer securing from nation and public institution. In particular, government information system is increasing interest about security assessment service of government information system because verification about security is weighed first of all. Accordingly, study about various security assessment services is preceded in domestic and overseas. In this paper, analyze security assessment service of Britain and Canada, and we proposed about pre-qualification introduction plan of government information system that can offer user of nation and public institution reliability.
