본 논문은 공학교육과정에 기술사업화 교육이 본격적으로 도입되고 있는 최근 추세 하에 국내 공학교육 환경을 고려한 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템 모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 본 논문은 문헌연구를 통해 국내 공학교육 과정에서 전개되고 있는 기술사업화 교육의 주요 이슈들에 대해 진단하고 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템의 구축 방향을 분석하였다. 둘째, 본 논문은 문헌연구와 해외사례연구를 통해 공학교육과정에서 도입해야 하는 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템 모델을 정의하였다. 셋째, 본 논문은 국내 공학과정에 이미 도입된 기술사업화 교육시스템과 효과적인 기술사업화 교육 시스템 모델간의 비교연구를 통해 현재 국내 공학교육에서 이루어지고 있는 국내 기술사업화 교육시스템의 문제점을 진단하고 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하였다.

In this paper, DEA analysis is employed to compare and evaluate the relative efficiency of a business intelligence (BI) system among five industrial groups such as IT and financial services, electricity and electronics, energy and chemistry, automotive and heavy machinery, and food and apparel. Especially, this study has analyzed the improving tendency of relative efficiency of the industrial groups since they adopted the BI System using Time-Window Analysis. The research findings show that the energy and chemical industry group tends to be remarkably more efficient than the other groups and the electrical and electronic industry turns out to gradually improve their efficiency since the adoption of the BI system.

It has been 10 years since the concept of cloud system has emerged. Despite the fact that the cost-effectiveness and security of cloud systems has been proven, financial companies are reluctant to adopt cloud systems. Financial institutions are reluctant to adopt the cloud system because of the strong regulation of financial authorities in relation to the leakage of customer information However, more important reason why financial institutions hesitate to introduce cloud systems is the lack of direction and standards for the introduction of cloud systems by financial institutions. This study examines the legal and institutional constraints on the introduction of cloud systems in financial institutions and suggests decision models for determining whether cloud systems can be applied and how cloud systems are configured when financial institutions construct IT systems. We hope that this research will be helpful for establishing direction of cloud system introduction of many financial institutions.

This study aims to propose the adoption of a business management system, as well as suggest the functions and development directions for public organizations, which are required to establish the record management and information disclosure system under Government 3.0, rapidly respond to the needs for strengthening the responsibilities for explanation, and improve work efficiency. Recently, some of the public organizations that introduced the record management and information disclosure system adopted the Electronic Document System, which focuses on the function of electronic approval, and developed a records classification scheme for the system. This study aims to review the case of A organization, which recently developed an in-house records management system and established information strategy planning to adopt a customized business management system after establishing a business reference model throughout the organization, and suggests the directions of the electronic record production system for public organizations.

국내외 자동화 및 생산시스템 관련 교육기관에서 생산시스템의 제어 및 운영을 위한 기자재로써 교육용 FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System)를 도입, 운영하고 있다. 하지만 상당수 교육기관에서 당초의 도입목표를 제대로 달성하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육기관에서 생산시스템 교육을 위해 필요한 교육용 FMS의 주요 기능과 역할을 정의하고, FMS 운영소프트웨어인 시스템 컨트롤러의 구축을 통한 시스템통합과 생산시스템 제어 및 운영을 위한 교육방안을 제시하고자 한다.

1992년 12월부터 일정규모 이상의 건물에 대한 절전설비의 설치 의무화가 시행되면서 국내에서의 빙축열시스템 보급이 크게 확대될 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 현재 국내에 도입되어 설치되는 빙축열시스템은 외국으로부터의 기술도입이나 완제품으로 수입되는 제품들이 대부분이며 빙축열시스템 사업에 참여하고자 하는 기업들 역시 수입을 검토하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 열적성능이 뛰어나고 시스템의 효율적인 운용이 가능하며 경제적으로 우위에 있는 빙축열시스템을 국산화 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하리라 사료된다. 이러한 필요성에 의하여 본 연구원의 냉동공조연구팀은 포접화합물과 공융염을 이용한 두가지의 새로운 빙축열시스템을 개발하였으며, 열적 성능이 뛰어나 원활한 전력에너지 수급과 수입 대체 및 수출을 통한 기업의 국제 경쟁력 향상을 꾀할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

지난호 ERP(전사적자원관리)에 이어 이번호에는 MIS(경영정보시스템)에 대해 게재한다. 각사 나름대로 자사에 알맞은 시스템을 도입해 사용하고 있는 경우도 있고 아직 도입 계획조차 세우지 못하고 있는 회사도 있다. 그러나 이제는 주먹구구식으로 경영을 할 수 없는 시대이다. 어떻게 하면 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 경영정보를 접하고 활용할 것인가에 대해 국내외 정보를 취재했다.

환경부는 위탁성과 평가시스템을 구축하고 평과결과를 공개, 투명성을 확보하기 위해 공공하수도 위탁관리 평가 시스템을 도입한다고 밝혔다. 공공하수도 위탁관리 평가시스템 도입은 공공 민간 수탁사업자간 공정한 경쟁체제를 마련하고 하수도서비스의 질적 향상과 시장개발에 대비한 경쟁력을 높이는 데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

발전원별 경쟁(신규 발전소 건설이 시장 가격에 의해 결정)을 도입한 미국의 캘리포니아주에서는 최근 심각한 전력 공급문제가 발생하였다. 미국과 같은 발전원별 경쟁을 도입한 우리나라의 경우에도 전력시장에서의 시장가격을 예측하고 이에 따른 신규 발전소 건설을 예측하여 전력 공급의 안전성을 검토할 필요가 있으며 또한 원자력이나 유연탄의 공급이 이러한 전력 공급의 안정성에 어떻게 기여할 수 있는가를 검토하는 것은 의의 있는 일이다.(중략)
