다양한 관점에서 B2C 전자상거래의 성공에 대한 연구가 진행되어왔다. 많은 사람들이 전자상거래를 가능하게 한 것은 정보시스템이며 고객의 태도와 행동을 이해하는 것이 B2C 전자상거래의 성공을 위한 필수조건이라고 생각하고 있다. 본 연구는 B2C 전자상거래 관련 문헌에서 고객의 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아낸 후 정보시스템 성공 모델의 기본 생각을 응용하여 고객충성도를 B2C 전자상거래의 성공으로 표현하는 구조방정식 모델을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보시스템 성공 모델에서 사용된 개념들(정보의 질, 시스템의 질, 그리고 서비스의 질)이 고객의 인지된 만족도를 통해서 고객의 충성도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에 사용된 모델은 정보시스템 연구자와 전자상거래 실무자들이 B2C 전자상거래의 성공 요인에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다.

The Recently many companies have tried to implement the Business Intelligence (BI) system to enhance the competitive edge in the rapid change of business environment. The BI system is implemented on the basis of current Management Information System, like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. For the successful implementation of BI system, many critical factors, like maturity and satisfaction level of current Information System, should be considered. The goal of this paper is to analyze which factors influence on the implementation intention of BI system, and how is the relationship among these factors. To achieve this goal, the empirical research has been carried out with factor analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this paper could be usefully referred in decision making process for the successful implementation of the BI system, and show the guideline to the management of the companies, which have the plan for the implementation of BI system.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among present conditions, obstructive factors, and export performance in using e-Trade Service System for Korean small and medium enterprises(SMEs). According to the empirical survey result, the obstructive factors affect significantly on the relation between application level and performance of e-Trade systems. It means that continuous and varied efforts are needed by government and related organizations to reduce the influence of obstructive factors.

For many organization, a strategic information systems planning (SISP) continues to be a critical issue. This paper is an empirical study of what is being done in Korea with respect to SISP. A survey questionnaire was mailed to the major 1000 Korean companies. In this research, the experiences of 51 companies contribute the SISP practices including the success factor of SISP. Forty-three percent of the respondents indicated that their companies undertook some form of SISP. We also compared finding with the state of SISP practices in Singapore.

오늘날 우리사회는 컴퓨터기술과 통신기술의 발달로 인하여 정보사회로의 이행이 급속히 진전되고 있으며, 기업들은 치열한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위하여 정보기술을 이용한 경영혁신에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 정보기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 정보시스템의 기능이 조직의 내부에서 점차적으로 조직외부의 고객과 공급자 그리고 경쟁자 등으로 그 초점이 이동되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기업조지간에 통신망기술로 연결하여 정보를 교환하는 조직간정보시스템(Interorganizational System : IOS) 은 산업의 구조를 변화시킬 뿐만 아니라 , 기업에 잠재적 경쟁우위를 제공하는데 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 조직간정보 시스템이 특수한 형태인 전자자료교환(Electronic Data Interchange : EDI) 시스템은 표준양식에 의한 기업간의 거래문서를 전자적으로 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터간 통신 네트워크에 의해 교환하는 것으로서, 기업간 정보거개의 혁신적인 개선과 업무절차의 간소화에 의한 생산성의 향상 및 업무의 효율성 증대 등 획기적인 성과를 가져온다. 본 연구의 목적은 EDI 시스템의 성공적 구현에 영향을 미치는 주요요인에 대한 중요도 순위를 설문을 통하여 조사하고자 하는 것이다. 우선 EDI 시스템의 개념을 살펴본후, EDI 시스템구현의 성공요인에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하고, 선행연구에서 도출된 주요요인들을 연구자별로 분류하여, 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 요인들을 설정한다. 다음으로 EDI를 이용하고 있는 국내기업의 70여개 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 19가지 주요요인에 대한 중요도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

정보시스템 기능의 아웃소싱이 정보시스템 효율과 효과성을 개선하기 위한 하나의 전략으로 고려됨에 따라서 소싱설정의 결정요인을 식별하는 것은 중요하다. 본 연구는 금융 산업에 있어서 자료처리 서비스에 대한 소싱결정에 영향을 주는 요인들을 조사하였다. 아웃 소싱이 관리적 혁신으로 간주될 수 있기 때문에, 기존의 연구를 기초로 하여 혁신특성으로 서 상대적 이점과 위험을 소실설정의 중요한 결정요인으로 제시한다. 미국의 1,000개의 은 행을 대상으로 조사한 결과는 상대적 이점과 위험이 정보시스템 아웃소싱 및 아웃소싱 선호 도와 유의적인 관계가 있음을 보여준다.

효율적인 연구개발을 위해서는 관련된 여러 자원들을 적절하게 활용할 수 있어야 하며, 기업연구소는 자원의 축적과 활용, 의사결정 지원을 위하여 연구관리시스템의 도입과 정착을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 인간연구소에서의 R&D 지식관리시스템의 성공적인 실행을 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 조직상황요인 이론을 적용하였다. 즉 조직상황요인에서의 조직구조와 연구관리시스템 실행간의 관련성 규명이 본 연구의 핵심이다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행특성을 관찰하고, 성공적인 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study are 1) to revalidate the developed Measuring Instrument Systems Thinking and 2) to compare systems thinking skills between gifted and non-gifted high school students. For the test, 116 gifted science students and 553 non-gifted students were sampled from high schools. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed and Independent t-test was performed using the average of the two groups. The finding of the exploratory factor analysis indicated 5 factors in the model with 4 items per single factor. The result of confirmatory factor analysis was generally appropriate and acceptable (5 factor model: ${\chi}^2/df$ : 2.765, TLI=.907, CFI=.929, IFI=.930, RMSEA=.044). The reliability for 20 items turned out to be high because the Cronbach's alphas were at .875 and .693~.751 per each factor. In addition, the result of t-test showed that systems thinking skills among gifted science students were significantly higher than non-gifted students. This study could be expanded to measuring systems thinking with qualitative research tools and to various school levels.

본 연구는 객체지향 기술채택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사했다. 한가지의 중요한 연구 의문을 제시했다: 무엇이 객체지향 기술의 채택에 중요하게 영향을 미치는가? 본 연구는 객체지향 기술의 실제 사용정도에 영향을 주는 독립변수를 연구했다. 그 독립변수는 다음과 같은 세 가지 범주로 분류된다: (1) 개인적 요인: 구조지향 방법론을 사용한 경험, 새로운 기술에 대한 개방 정도: (2) 관리적 요인: 경영층의 지원 정도, 훈련, (3) 조직적/환경 요인: 부서와 조직에 있는 정보시스템 전문가의 수, 기술 챔피언에 대한 접근 용이성, 객체지향 기술을 지원하는 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 환경. 설문지를 이용하여 위에서 언급된 독립변수들이 하나의 독립변수, 즉 객체지향 기술의 실제 사용정도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그 구조화된 설문지가 미국에 있는 DPMA(Data Processing Management Association)에 소속된 정보시스템 전문가에게 돌려졌다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구 결과와 일치하는 중요한 내용을 보여 주었다. 새로운 기술에 대한 개인의 개방성, 경영층의 지원정도, 훈련, 그리고 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 환경은 객체지향 기술의 사용과 밀접한 관련이 있었다. 본 연구는 또 조직에서의 객체지향기술의 초기 채택을 이해하는 실증적인 근거를 제시하였다.

This research aims at investigating the factors determining the success of knowledge management system(KMS) in research organizations. Based on the literature survey and the general framework of IS success model, a new comprehensive model which is customized to the context of KMS is proposed. Some organizational support factors and an individual personality variable that moderates the relationship between predictors and the success factors are also integrated to the new model. A proposed model was tested by the technique of structural equation modeling using survey data from the employees in research organization. The results revealed that KMS quality had the strongest impact on the KMS success measured by perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and KMS use. The moderating effect of an individual personality factor, organization-based self esteem is also founded in the research.
