MCNS의 DOCSIS 규격은 국내외에서 케이블 TV 망을 이용한 HFC 시스템과 무선 링크를 사용하는 BWLL 시스템에서 공유 매체를 통한 데이터 전송 동작 규격으로 사용되고 있다. 기존의 MCNS MAC 프로토콜은 IP 데이터 전송을 위한 Best Effort 서비스 지원하기 위해 설계되었기 때문에 기존 방식으로는 멀티미디어 서비스들을 지원하는데 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 MCNS에서는 DOCSIS1.1부터 QoS를 지원하기 위한 동작을 추가하였다. 본 논문에서는 새로 규격에 추가된 QoS 관련 서비스 동작 절차와 상향 채널 할달 스케쥴링 방식에 대해 설명하고, 규격에서 정의된 스케쥴링 서비스를 기반으로 각 서비스의 QoS를 지원하기 위한 새로운 할당 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위해 기존의 FCFS 방식의 상향 채널할당 방식과 QoS 지원 상향채널 할당방식의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교하였다.

태양광발전시스템이 연계된 전력계통에서 저전압이 발생되면 인버터에서 일정시간 동안 계통과 연계를 유지해야 하는 FRT 기능은 일본의 계통연계 규격에도 포함되어 있다. 일본의 FRT 규격은 3상 혹은 2상 지락에서 일정시간 계통과 연계를 유지하도록 규정하고 있으며, 이러한 상황에서 계통과 연계를 유지하기 위해서는 인버터의 과전류를 막는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 FRT 상황에서 저전압이 발생되는 시점을 검출함과 동시에 그 전압의 크기를 측정하여 FRT 규격을 만족하는 계통 연계 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다.

Due to the increasing demand of network convergence, in future, hybrid/integrated satellite and terrestrial systems will play an important role. In that case, compatibilities between the satellite and terrestrial systems are very important for efficiency of the systems. 3GPP Long Term Evolution (LTE) is one of the 4G system. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the design of interleaver for mobile satellite system based 3GPP LTE specification. The 4G system including the LTE specification adopted adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) schemes for efficient usage of resources, and the updating interval of resource allocation is an order of msec. However, because of the long round trip delay of satellite systems, we cannot employ the same AMC scheme specified for the terrestrial system, and thus it cannot effectively counteract to short term fadings. Therefore, in order to overcome these problems, we propose an interleaver scheme combined with AMC. We present the interleaver design results considering mobile satellite system based on the LTE and analyze the simulation results.

The electrostatic charging/discharging mechanism and its effects, and the system design considerations in the space plasma environment are studied in this paper. The electrostatic discharge (ESD) effects are carefully taken into account for a design of the satellite system at the early stage of the development. Generally, the electrical design requirements are specified to protect the satellite system from the ESD effects in the electromagnetic compatibility specifications. Those requirements are included the grounding, the bonding, the shielding, the conductive coating, the electric interfacing and so on. The space charging is caused by the increasing of the voltage difference between the each locations on the satellite surface. If the space charging is continued up to threshold, it may be occurred the system failure. This phenomenon is depended on the mission of system, electrical and mechanical configuration, system operation, and orbit condition. Therefore the related requirements are properly tailored and concentrated into the safety design.

Researcher studied the factor of successful implementation for AIS. I found the facts that the elements of IMB affected the Practical level of AIS and the affected factors are operating of IMS, security and emergency action. Specially I suggest that the importance of operating procedure planning, maintenance of operating, and continuous improvement, security and emergency planning, doing and check. Most of important factors of improving the level of AIS, are the implementation of IMS. the results of this research support this suggestion.

IEC 60300의 국제 규격은 시간종속성 경영 시스템의 규격으로써 제 1부는 시간종속성 경영 프로그램, 제 2부는 시간종속성 프로그램 구성요소와 업무, 제 3부는 응용지침 표준의 13개의 규격으로 구성되어 있다. 이 규격은 제품의 초기 단계서부터 폐기 단계까지 수명주기 전 단계에 걸쳐 운영의 효율성, 시간, 비용의 제약 하에 위험을 최소화하고 안전성을 최적화하기 위한 지침을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 2003년 규격 제정을 목표로 개정중인 IEC 60300-1과 IEC 60300-2의 2001년 11월 CDV를 참고로 IEC 규격의 개정방향에 대한 연구를 하려한다.

대표적 분산 미들웨어인 OMG CORBA 는 이질적인 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 다양한 매체를 통해 네트워크로 연결된 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 객체 지향적 시스템을 통합 기반 환경을 제공한다. 그러나 CORBA를 구현한 상용이나 연구용 제품은 CORBA 규격을 정의된 대로 지원하지 않아 OMG에서 CORBA를 통해 성취하려고 하는 중요한 목표인 상호운용성과 이식성 보장되지 못하는 결과를 야기하고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결은 CORBA 규격 준수 여부를 시험하는 시험 도구를 필요로 한다. CORBA 규격 시험 도구는 규격에 정의된 API 등을 시험하기 위한 많은 분산 시험사례와 이들의 실행을 자동으로 제어해 줄 수 있는 실행제어기가 기본적으로 필요하다. 본 논문은 CORBA 규격 시험을 위한 분산 시험사례를 자동으로 실행시키는 분산 시험사례 제어기의 설계와 구현에 대하여 기술한다.

본 논문은 DC 가전기기의 '안정성 규격' 정립을 위한 연구를 수행한다. 첫째, AC 기기와 DC 기기의 차이점을 비교하고 둘째, AC 가전기기의 국제적 안전 규격을 분석한다. 이에 따라 AC 기기가 DC 기기로 변화할 때, DC 안정성의 규격정립을 위한 많은 항목 중 무엇을 어떻게 보완해야 하는지 그 방향과 논점을 AC 기기 규격을 바탕으로 하여 제시한다.

최근 급변하는 농촌인구 감소와 고령화로 인한 농업농촌의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 농업에 정보통신기술(ICT)을 접목한 스마트 팜 기술개발이 추진되고 있다. 현재 농촌진흥청에서는 한국형 스마트 팜 ICT 기자재 표준규격을 개발하고 단체 표준을 제정하고 있다. 개발된 시설원예용 기자재 중 센서 13종, 구동기 9종 그리고 환경제어용 3종 등 총 25종의 표준규격에 대한 검정이 요구되어, 표준규격 부합 여부를 객관적으로 확인하기 위한 검인증 체계 구축을 필요로 하게 되었으며 본 연구에서는 표준규격이 설정된 기자재에 대한 검인증방법과 계측시스템을 구성하여 검인증체계를 구축하고자 하였다. 센서 13종 중 온도센서는 비교시험을 하기위해 기준 온도센서가 정밀도는 $0.01^{\circ}C$, 정확도는 ${\pm}0.01^{\circ}C$를 갖는 것으로 선정하고 항온조는 작동범위가 온도는 $(-)50{\sim}(+)120^{\circ}C$, 습도는 (30 ~ 98)%R.H.로 조절이 되는 구조의 것으로 구성하여 기준센서와 오차정도를 산출하는 방법으로 실시할 것이며, 센서 인터페이스 등 구조는 T.T.A. 단체 표준에 적합여부를 확인하여 적합성 여부를 판단하고 현재까지 센서 13종과 구동기 9종에 대한 검정방법 제정을 추진하고 있다. 지금까지는 스마트 팜 중 시설원예용 기자재 표준규격 부합여부를 확인하는 수준이지만 향후 개별 성능확인 호환성 확인시험방법을 추가하여 고도화를 추진 하고자 한다.

디지털 방송화에 따라 사용자 개인을 위한 방송 서비스에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트 표준화 단체인 FIPA의 규격을 따르는 에이전트 플랫폼과 TVAF 및 MPEG-7규격을 따른 메타데이터 기술을 이용하여 사용자의 선호도와 프로파일을 기반한 지능형 서비스를 제공하는 방송 시스템을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다.
