본 논문에서는 ICT 기반의 에너지 융합형 안전관리 플랫폼의 개발을 위해 필요한 국내 에너지 사용 시설의 에너지 안전관리 현황을 분석하고, 에너지 사용 밀집시설에서의 전기 및 가스 안전관리를 위한 에너지 안전관리 인프라 모델을 정의한다. 이를 기반으로 ICT 기반의 에너지 안전관리를 위한 플랫폼 참조 구조를 제시한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify current health care management and barriers in health care management according to ecological systems, and to develop an ecological model for enhancing health care in child care centers. Methods: Focus group interviews were conducted with directors and teachers of child care centers, and with parents of children enrolled in child care. Data were analyzed by the latent content analysis method. Results: Twelve categories of health care management were identified. Barriers to child health care included knowledge deficit and lack of competence in health care by teachers, lack of useful health care manuals, non-existence of professional child health care personnel in child care centers, lack of mutual information sharing and disagreement on child health conditions between child care personnel and parents, lack of specific health related child care inspection criteria and time flexible child care centers with a lack of policy on collaboration with health care facilities. The ecological model developed included specific strategies to improve health care management in child care. Conclusion: The proposed ecological model to improve child health care management should be useful to plan future health care program considering both the immediate and indirect social environment surrounding children in child care.

Nowadays, the gas utilities have been increasing constantly due to the expansion of the urban areas. Using computerized information database, the gas companies have developed a gas management system in order to maintain the current status. However, this system can only give basic functions of the maintenance and management of the gas facilities and it has no proper utilities to provide information against accidents from gas leaks. Therefore, a gas accident management system has been developed in this study. Through primary and secondary pipe searching algorithm realtime based management system was devised against gas leaks to propose proper actions. In addition, supporting decision making has been enabled providing estimated maximum amount of gas leaks. Furthermore, all the residential units could be identified thereby minimizing damages through early warning. This system can be expected to contribute to enhance the efficiency of the gas management not to mention of protecting human lives and properties of the nation.

산업의 발달정도, 업종, 규모 등에 따라 수역으로 배출되는 특정수질유해물질은 해마다 그 수, 양, 독성이 증가하여 인간과 생태계에 미치는 영향이 매우 커서 이를 예측하고 관리해야하는 필요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 이에 특정수질유해물질과 관련된 산업폐수관리법 및 수질기준법의 국가별 현황을 조사하여보고, 궁극적인 수 환경보전목표와의 연관성을 검토해봄으로써, 국내 특정수질유해물질관리의 문제점을 확인한 후에 배출시설관리체계 개선을 위한 국내 배출허용기준을 제안해 보고자 한다.

고품질 쌀 생산을 위하여 우리나라의 농가 및 미곡종합처리장의 벼 수확후 품질관리 현황 실태를 조사하여 일본, 미국, 중국 둥의 현황과 비교하였다. 중국의 경우 벼 수확은 대부분 인력에 의존하고 있으며, 일본은 산물형 콤바인 그리고 미국은 대형산물 콤바인에 의한 적기수확을 하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우에는 콤바인이 부족하고 벼 수확시기는 콤바인 운영자의 일정에 따라 결정되고 있으며 습논, 소면적 재배 논은 수확이 늦어져 적기 수확이 못되고 있는 실정이다. 한편 일본은 라이스센터, 컨트리엘레베타, 드라이스토아 등의 지원으로 적기 수확이 가능하고 건조기 건조율도 90%이상 2단계 상온 통풍체계로 수분함량 14.5~15.5%를 유지하고 있다. 우리나라를 제외한 일본, 중국, 미국의 저장시설은 대부분 대형저장 사이로에서 품종별, 산지별, 등급별로 구분한 저온저장 시스템을 갖추어 품질을 유지하고 있었다. 또한 도정시설도 고품질 도정시설을 완비하고 있으며 제현이나 정미과정에 색채선별기, 금속검출기, 활성화 장치 및 입형분리기 등을 통하여 불완전미가 제거하는 등 수확후 관리에 철저를 기하고 있다. 쌀의 등급화 및 유통과정를 보면 일본, 중국, 미국 등은 대부분이 품종, 산지 및 등급별로 브랜드화 하여 차별화 된 가격으로 판매되고 있으며 포장지에 쌀에 대한 정보를 최대한 표시하여 소비자가 선택하는데 도움이 되게 하여 유통되고 있다.

한국원자력연구소의 하나로, 방사성동위원소 생산건물 및 핵연료주기시설인 조사 후 시험시설, 조사재 시험시설 및 방사성폐기물처리시설의 운영과정에서 혹은 방사성 동위원소를 이용하는 각 실험실 등에서 여러 형태의 방사성 고체폐기물이 발생한다. 이들 방사성 고체폐기물의 효율적 관리를 위하여 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하여 폐기물의 발생, 내역, 이동, 저장상태 등 제반 자료를 저장관리하고 이를 기반으로 바코드 시스템을 도입하여 간단한 조작만으로 다량의 방사성 폐기물에 대한 자료의 검색을 용이하게 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 소내에서 발생하는 방사성폐기물의 발생현황과 이를 수집하여 분류하고 관리하는 과정을 분석하여 도식화한 결과와 이를 토대로 업무에 필요한 관리 항목을 설정하여 개개의 폐기물 드럼에 대하여 바코드를 부여하고 데이터베이스에 저장하여 방사성폐기물에 대한 이력관리 및 업무의 효율성을 향상시키며 정확하고 신속한 정보를 제공하게 한다.

기업의 물류활동은 화물의 기종점 정보와 더불어 출발지와 도착지간 수배송특성, 업종간 거래 관계, 가격흐름, 경로 등 다양한 공급사슬관점에서 설명되어야 한다. 본 연구는 화물의 흐름을 물적인 흐름의 공급사슬망인 유통경로 관점에서 실증분석을 목적으로 한다. 그동안 공공부문의 물류관련 연구들은 물류현황조사 자료로부터 지역간 기종점 통행량에 기초하여 물류시설을 포함한 국가의 사회간접자본 투자정책에 주로 활용된 경향이 있었다. 또한, 민간부문의 유통경로 관련 연구는 주로 상적인 유통경로에 한정되어 보다 종합적인 공급사슬관리 측면에서 기업의 물적 유통경로선택에 대한 이해가 부족하였다. 본 연구에서는 2001년 전국물류현황조사중 기업의 물류실태조사에서 수행된 600개의 표본자료에 기초하여 기업들의 유통경로 선택의 특성을 분석하였다. 사용된 자료들의 설문조사방식은 다양한 유통노드들이 제시되고, 기업들이 상위 매출액이 높은 품목들이 다양한 유통경로 상에서 어떻게 노드들을 이용하는지 조사되었고, 이를 공장순회형, 물류센터 중심형, 도매자 중심형, 소비자 중심형 등 4개로 유형화하였다. 본 연구는 이들 4개의 유통경로들의 선택에 미치는 영향을 사업체 현황, 수배송현황, 물류활동평가, 물류시설관리 현황 등의 다양한 특성변수를 고려하여 선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

이번 탐방은 부산지부의 추천으로, 사립학교에 근무하는 교직원과 그 가족의 경제적 생활 안정과 복지증진을 위해 마련된 연금을 효율적으로 관리.운영하기 위해 설립된 사립학교교직원 연금관리공단(이하 사학연금관리공단)을 찾았다. 이 곳은 연금 등 각종 급여의 지급과 이에 소요되는 비용의 징수, 조성된 연금자산의 운용 및 교직원을 위한 복지후생사업 등을 수행하고 있다. 사학연금관리공단의 영남회관을 방문하여 회사 현황, 방화시설 현황 등에 대해 알아보았다.

Despite the fact that school facilities are one of the most important public facilities, information about school facilities is not systematically managed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the direction of system construction to provide objective data on school facilities, which is the basic element of school facility policy. In this study, we propose a system construction method to improve the information management procedure of school facility information and school facilities, and suggest a system design direction for providing service that can be practically used.
