지난 20여년간의 비약적 경제 성장을 통하여 우리 사회는 모든 물리적 측면에서 양적인 성장과 질적인 발전을 거듭하여 왔다. 이러한 경제 성장기를 거치면서 우리의 삶은 다각도에서 변화를 겪었으며 건축환경에도 많은 변화가 있었다. 정보화, 세계화라는 시대적 흐름은 우리의 생활자체를 급속도로 변화시키고 있으며 업무용 시설을 포함한 모든 건축물이 대형화, 고층화 뿐 아니라 정보화, 현대화되고 있다. 그러나, 교육의 중요성과 이를 뒷받침해 줄 학교 시설의 중요성에도 불구하고 교육환경의 질적 개선은 상대적으로 낙후되어 있는 상황이라고 할 수 있다. 교육개혁위원회의 교육개혁방안이 계속적으로 나오고 있고 서울의 불암초등학교를 필두로 한 시설 현대화 시범학교가 시도별로 마련되고는 있지만 전반적인 교육 환경은 아직 열악한 상태이다. 특히 구도심부에 위치한 초등학교의 경우, 준공된 후 30년 이상 경과된 학교 건물을 사용하고 있는 경우가 적지 않아 안전상의 문제마저 안고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 건물의 내구 연한이 그 한계에 달해 가고 유지보수비용이 계속적으로 늘어 경제성을 잃어 가고 있는 학교들을 대상으로 한 재건축과제가 신설 학교의 신축 또는 기존학교의 이전 못지 않은 주요 과제로 대두되고 있다. 더욱이 기존 학교의 재건축사업은 수업을 진행시켜가며 철거 및 신축공사가 단계적으로 수행돼야 한다는 어려움을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교의 재건축을 위한 기본적인 자료를 정리하고 배치 및 평면 계획을 중심으로 한 계획 대안을 작성, 검토하여 대안별 장단점을 분석한 후 가장 바람직하다고 평가되는 안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 범위로 하였다. 계획안의 작성에 앞서 실시된 문헌조사 및 실측조사를 통하여, 신축되는 홍파초등학교에 필요한 시설의 내용 및 규모가 산정되었는데 특기할 사항은 좁은 대지임에도 불구하고 가능한 체육관 시설을 포함시키고자 하였다는 것이다. 홍파초등학교 부지는 $8,960m^2$ 정도밖에 안되는 좁은 부지로서 운동장도 제대로 확보할 수 없는 상황이었으나 체육관의 높은 활용도 및 장래의 필요성을 고려하여 소규모라도 계획되는 것이 바람직하다고 판단하였다. 열린교육에의 대응, 제반 특별교실의 확충, 식당 및 지하주차장의 확보 등 모든 시설이 현재 및 장차의 사용에 적합하도록 계획하여 현 시설의 1.5배 정도의 연면적을 갖는 신축 계획안을 작성하였다. 서울대학교와 광운대학교에서 분담하여 실시된 계획안의 작성을 통하여 총 4개의 계획안이 도출되었으며 이 대안들을 채광 및 환기, 학년별 zoning, 기능별 zoning, 열린교실의 정도, 지역사회에의 개방성, 재건축 공사의 용이성, 규모, 옥외공간의 활용성, 동선 계획, 조형성 등 10개 항목을 기준으로 평가하였다. 이러한 비교분석을 통하여 결론적으로 제1안을 최적안으로 제시하게 되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 구체적인 최종 설계안이 도출되기를 기대하는 바이다.

The purpose of this study is planning a representative model of a modernized school with rearrangement of existing two primary schools(Nammyun and Namjin) and a middle school(Seonam) in Nammyun distric. Nammyun district, which is adjacent to Tae-an national ocean park, is the Place where gas a natural advantage. However, in the result of the rural exodus follwed by industrialization, the population in this province are decreased rapidly and it still be on the process of the rural exodus. Hence, the total number of students, each school is under 100 at the moment and the number will be less in the future. Under this consequences, the rearrangement of these school is inevitable. For the new modernized school plan Narnmyun district, estimate the scale of school on the basis of decreased number of students, the analysis the 7th education plan and the questionnaire and face-to-face interview investigation, which is a resident-orented investigation, were carried out preferentially. The major research contents are as follows; o Expansion of schools facility and space for operating the 7th education plan(classified level schools level and subject-based class school plan) o Over-all improvement of educational environment to take all-out advantages of school, social and home education. o The school which can take a part of an educational center of a rural community in schools off-time-after school and summer and winter vocation. o The school which is related to the local cultural, sports and entertainment utility, On the basis of this research, the basic concept and purpose of a new school model model plan in Nammyun will be established and the new school plan represented for the result of this research.

Recently the scale and area of greenhouse cultivation have been enlarged in Korea, and its importance in domestic agriculture is being increased. According to these situation, environment control systems are widely used in greenhouses. Even though development of greenhouse facilities and control devices, cultivation skill using them is in lower level more than european countries and Japan. In this study, we propose intelligent information system based on information-communication technology that supports environment control systems. Proposed system is able to support to maintain optimal environment for plant growth using data from environment control system, and also give useful knowledge for cultivation by active way. Furthermore, it estimates future status of plant growth, and suggest best strategy of environment control for current stage.

The goal of this study is threefold. First, this study explores the historical origin and architectural characteristics of cultural facilities in Japan. For this purpose, I examine various cultural facilities in Japan such as theaters, multi-purpose halls, convertible spaces and cultural centers. Second, this study also sheds a new light on the meaning of the relationships between cultural activity and architecture design in Japan. For this, I primarily look at the various categories of cultural buildings in Japan and their main functions. Finally, I demonstrate how both traditional and modem design elements are embodied in Japanese cultural facilities.

Military facilities with masonry have a great portion in the whole military facilities. But lots of them have been used for more than 20 years, the degree of deterioration of the facilities are serious. Futhermore, as insufficient budget for the facilities maintenance and poor maintenance, the performance of the aged masonry facilities have continually decreased. We suggest a structural performance assessment criteria for the military facility through literature review, interview with experts and questionnaire. The major assessment factors for the structural performance include the inclining and sinking degree of the facilities, durability of materials and resisting force of the structural members.

협회 최주섭 부회장은 5월 26일부터 3박4일간 일본 츠키지 농수산물도매시장, 환경박람회 등을 한국해양수산개발원, 수산신문, 자원순환사회연대, 구리농수산물도매시장관리공사, 스티로폴 재활용사업자 등과 함께 민산관 합동으로 수산물상자 사용 및 재활용기술에 대한 현지견학을 다녀왔다. 이번 행사는 선진국의 수산물상자 사용 및 재활용실태를 기초로 하여 귀국 후 관련 전문가 간담회를 개최하여 최근 시설 현대화계획 중인 가락동, 노량진, 구리 농수산물도매시장 등 수도권 농수산물도매시장의 수산물 포장상자의 사용 및 재활용방법에 개선방안을 제시함으로서, 수산물의 유통의 청결 유지, 시장 환경 개선 및 포장상자의 자원화에 기여하고자 하였다.

시설원예와 관련된 국내외 여건이 더욱 악화된다 하더라도 우리나라의 경제수준이나 국민의 식생활습관을 고려한다면 현대화 온실은 주년재배를 위한 설비를 구비하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. 1997년도에 전국 200여개의 온실을 대상으로 휴작실태를 조사한 결과, 휴작하는 온실은 약 41%이며 휴작온실중에서 여름철 휴작온실이 75.6%로 전체온실의 약 30%정도는 여름철에 휴작을 하고 있었다. (중략)

1960~70년대 국내 양계산업이 활성화되면서부터 41년째 산란계 사육을 꾸준히 경영하는 농장이 있다. 이학복 회장을 중심으로 이한석 사장이 운영하는 포천소재 '송일농장' 초기 산란계 사육에서 현대화시설까지 걸어온 양계역사를 보여주는 농장으로써 건강한 계란을 공급하는데 노력하고 있다. 이 농장은 사료에서만큼은 34년간 변함없이 '한국축산의희망서울사료(이하 서울사료)'와 끈끈한 파트너십으로 믿고 신뢰하면서 '기본에 충실하자'는 마인드를 갖고 있다. 이번 호에서는 무항생제 인증과 HACCP인증을 획득한 송일농장을 소개하고자 한다.

경기도는 올해 4월 기준 전국 사육 대비 2% 정도 규모인 12농가 15만마리의 오리를 사육하고 있으며 주로 안성 지역에 사육이 집중돼 있다. 경기도의 오리 정책은 가축전염병 예방과 쾌적한 사육환경 조성을 중점으로 오리 바이러스간염 예방약품 지원, 방역선진형 농장 조성, CCTV 등 방역인프라 지원, 동절기 가금농가 사육제한 휴업보상, 축사시설현대화, 사료구매 지원, 가금 경쟁력 강화사업 등을 추진하고 있다. 경기도의 조류인플루엔자(AI) 방역상황을 점검해 보고 오리 방역정책을 중점적으로 살펴보자.
