`Information measure model' and 'Information benefit model' for road plan are developed. In result of application to actual road project, 'Information measure model' showed same result with actual road plan, it can express qualitative element by 'Information' like safety, public discontent, etc. and 'Information benefit model' can evaluate present plan in the side of provider's and demader's 'benefit'.

This study is aimed at developing a web-based management system of maintenance historical data, for effective maintenance performance and smooth exchange of information and communication between public facilities and public educational facilities managers. The current management state of maintenance historical data and its business process were investigated and analyzed, through interviewing with the persons in charge of managing each facility, by recognizing problems of maintenance historical data management that is able to be applied as a basis to judge facility deterioration and performance. In addition, this study suggests a maintenance historical data system of which DB may be applied to the practical business, by reflecting requests of the persons in charge of managing facilities, setting up the scope of system usage by facility, business phase and level of facility managers, and establishing a maintenance business process system.

도시 내 하천 친수공간은 레저 및 여가를 위한 공간과 더불어 자연경관 및 생태체험 등의 다목적으로 활용되어 지역사회에 있어 중요한 공간으로 활용되고 있다. 과거 4대강 사업으로 국가하천 내 휴식공간을 조성하였다. 그 후 친수지구 중에서 이용도가 저조한 곳을 해제하였으며, 현재 297개의 친수지구를 중점으로 관리하고 있다. 이러한 친수지구를 유지하는데 필요한 보수 비용들을 지자체에서 담당하고 있으나, 상당한 비용이 소요되므로 친수지구 지정 후 운영단계에서 지역 주민들의 특성 및 요구를 정확히 파악할 필요가 있다. 하천 친수공간에 대한 정보구축은 조사원 조사, 유지관리 기관 조사 등 인적 조사 방식을 통한 데이터 수집으로 많은 비용이 필요할 뿐만아니라 DB 갱신 부분에도 한계가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 RS/GIS를 기반으로 친수시설에 대한 정보맵 작성 방안 연구와 친수시설 뿐만 아니라 유역조사 시 하천공간에서 수행할 수 있는 기술에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구대상지역은 대저생태공원과 삼락생태공원을 대상으로 선정하였다. 해당 지역 항공영상의 정합 및 전처리를 실시한 후 QGIS를 활용하여 LSMS(Large-Scale Mean Shift) 기법으로 시설물 분류를 실시하였다. 공원 내 친수시설 분류를 위해 공간 반경(Spatial radius)를 10 ~ 25까지 변화시키면서 최적 분류 결과를 도출하는 공간 반경을 찾았으며 친수시설 규모와 시설의 특성에 따라 공간 반경을 조절하여 친수시설 분류맵을 작성하였다. 친수지구 내 친수시설 분류맵과 친수지구 내 친수시설 현황 및 친수시설별 코드와, 위치정보(위도, 경도 및 표고), 면적 및 관리현황으로 분류하여 입력 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 구축한 친수시설 자동분류 알고리즘을 통해 전국 단위 통합 하천관리체계 구축 및 친수시설에 대한 정보맵을 작성할 수 있는 기반 마련이 가능할 것이다.

최근 주요정보통신기반시설 대상의 사이버 공격이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 특히, 발전시설 주요정보통신기반시설에 사이버 공격 발생 시 전력 공급 중단으로 인하여 대규모 정전사고가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 발전시설 대상의 사이버보안 관리가 중요하며, 주기적인 사이버보안 평가가 필요하다. 미국 EPRI(Electric Power Research Institute)에서 발전시설 대상 사이버 보안조치 평가 방법론인 TAM(Technical Assessment Methodology)을 개발하였고, 최근 아랍에미리트(UAE, United Arab Emirates) 바라카(Barakah) 원자력발전소에서 사이버보안 평가를 위해 TAM을 활용하였다. 본 논문에서는 발전시설 사이버보안 평가 방법론인 TAM을 분석하고, 국내 발전시설 사이버보안 평가에 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

일반적으로 공공기관, 쇼핑몰, 백화점 등과 같은 많은 사람들이 모이는 장소들은 다양한 편의시설(화장실, 모유수유실, 놀이방 등)들을 갖추고 있지만, 실제 해당 장소를 이용하는 다수의 사람들은 이러한 편의시설을 적절히 활용하지 못하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 특히 이러한 편의시설들의 대부분이 여성, 어린이, 노약자 등 사회적 약자를 위한 시설이지만, 실제 이용 대상자들은 언제 어떤 편의시설을 이용할 수 있는지에 대한 정보를 파악하기 어려워 해당 공간의 활용률을 극대화 하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템에서는 해당 편의시설의 사용가능 여부를 인식 및 감지하고 이를 해당 편의시설을 이용하고자 하는 사용자들에게 시설 사용 정보를 실시간으로 통보할 수 있도록 하여, 해당 편의시설의 활용률을 극대화 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해, 해당 편의시설의 활용률 증가 및 대기시간 감소 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

This study examined the efficient management of a fire protection system using spatial information, and basic data for the development of related firefighting industry were obtained. To overcome the problems of malfunction and management failure, which are the major issues of fire protection system management, this study analyzed the related laws and regulations on building spatial information of a fire protection system to introduce spatial information to the fire protection system field. For efficient management of the fire protection system, it is necessary to revise the related laws of the fire protection system, such as protection system-related laws including space information technology, and maintain the standardization, effectiveness, and consistency of fire protection system spatial information.

본 연구는 한국 보육시설과 일본의 보육시설에서 사용하고 있는 안전관리 메뉴얼을 비교 분석해 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 제안을 통해 보육시설의 안전 매뉴얼의 구체적인 방안들이 제시되어 개선되어지는데 목적이 있다.

본 논문에서는 민방위 대피시설을 조사한 결과를 바탕으로 대피시설에 적용하고 있는 화생방 설비의 개념을 분석하여, 우리의 실정 및 재난 특성에 따라 적절히 대응할 수 있는 대피시설의 설계 기준(안)을 도출하여, 획일화된 방호개념을 탈피한 대피시설의 구축 기반을 설정하기 위해 새로운 건물 내 대피시설(SIP) 개념을 도입하여, 일반 국민이 화생방관련 민방위 사태에 대응하여 사용할 수 있는 대피시설 계획의 설계 기준을 마련하는 것이다. 전체 대피시설 중 0.1%를 차지하고 있는 화생방 대피시설의 비율이다. 개소수로는 29개소이며, 이 시설은 일반 주민은 사용할 수 없는 충무지휘용 대피시설이다. 이는 화생방 재난 및 사고 발생 시 일반 주민들은 대피할 공간이 전혀 없다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 대피시설 계획 설계내용을 검토하고 국내 시설과 비교하여 대피시설의 성능을 비교 검증하고 화생방 대피시설의 일반적/기술적 구축 조건 모델을 구성하였다.

The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis for classification of unexecuted urban planning facilities using the Geographic Information System(GIS) to prepare measures for systematic and efficient management of unexecuted urban planning facilities and to find ways to establish national territory information for continuous management and operation by database of spatial data of classified unexecuted urban planning facilities. For this purpose, the present state of urban management plan, thematic map, cadastral map, satellite image of Korea Land Information System(KLIS) were collected from Miryang City, and qualitative analysis of the execution and non-execution of urban planning facilities was conducted by combining the layer of urban planning facilities, satellite images, and continuous cadastral layers of cadastral maps with classified and processed owner attribute information. According to the analysis, the unexecuted facilities were derived as unexecuted facilities, as most of the private land, without any current status roads or facilities created in satellite imagery. In addition, although the current status road was opened, the facilities that included some private land were derived as facilities that were recognized and executed by the local government as the de facto controlling entity through public transportation. The derived unexecuted urban planning facilities were divided into layers of shape data and the unexecuted property data were organized to quickly and accurately identify the status of non-executed and statistical information. In this study, we proposed an analysis plan that introduced GIS technology for scientific and rational analysis of unexecuted urban planning facilities and the establishment of reliable spatial data, and proposed a plan to establish a database for connection with existing systems and use of information.

우리 주변에는 휴대폰, PDA단말기, 무선호출기, 인터넷 등 다양한 매체를 통한 정보 전달의 수단이 많이 있다. ITS(Intelligent Transport System : 지능형 교통시스템)는 기존의 도로교통 기반시설에 차량제어와 정보통신기술이 접목되어 교통의 효율성과 차량 운행의 안정성, 에너지 절약 등 많은 사회 편익 서비스를 제공하고 또한 국가적으로는 자원을 절약할 수 있는 기술이다. ITS는 기존의 교통 기반시설에 정보통신과 차량제어 등의 기반시설과 기술을 연계시켜 교통의 효율성과 차량운행의 안전성, 에너지 절약 등을 목표로 한다. 매우 다양한 기술과 기반시설이 활용되므로 ITS가 교통문화와 산업체에 미치는 파급효과는 매우 크다. 본 고에서는 ITS의 여러 가지 분야 중에서 정보통신 분야의 국내외 동향 및 TTA TC06의 향후 방향에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
