This study is for a small sized library to expand the functions of public libraries in the community. This study aims to encourage local residents utilizing information and public libraries by opening parted facilities to public and naming it a substitute. It is expected to contribute to richer welfare system. In detail, the study discusses progression of the small sized library as well as budgeting and hiring staffs in Committee on Library and Policy. However, there is limitations in terms of capabilities because school library is different from public library target users, space, unit plans. Therefore, this study investigates a small sized library as a function to find out type, plan, and space availability and size of ideal open school library.

The purpose of this study is to provide self-evaluation indicators that each school could judge on its basic conditions for the school library opening to local community. School library opening to local community is one of the significantly operational strategies to contribute to the development of the learning community. But the school library has insufficient resources and support system for their local services. According to the survey teacher librarians who have the experience for their school library opening to local community have considered of deploying teacher librarian as the most important factor. And they asserted emphatically that school library would secure personnel expenses and obtain facilities and resources to provide the stable and systematic service. Also among the school library's educational activities, reading education is considered the most suitable program for the community.

닭고기를 비롯한 축산물의 시장개방이 가시화되어 가는 등 축산업 전반에 주어진 여건이 급변하고 있어 이에 적응하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 물과 사료만 주면 죽지않고 커주는 것이 육계인데 관리에 신경쓸 것 있느냐고 말하는 육계업자를 종종 볼 수 있는데 앞으로 육계업을 계속할 것인가를 제고해 볼 때가 왔다. 가축에게 쾌적한 환경을 제공해주고 세심한 관리가 필요함에도 축산업 중 육계사가 가장 낙후된 사육시설 즉 햇빛과 비, 바람을 막아주는 역할에 그치고 있다. 부적합한 사육환경으로 생산성은 물론 질병, 인력 등 2중3중의 손실을 가져오고 있어 환경개선과 시설자동화를 모색해야 한다. 육계경기가 비교적 오랫동안 안정세를 보이고 있다. 그동안 축적된 자금여력을 시설개선에 투입하여 생산성 향상에 역점을 두어야 변화될 육계업에 적응할 수 있으리라. 계열화가 확대되고, 닭고기 저장시설이 갖추어지고 있어 탄력적인 생산이 가능함으로써 가격안정이 실현될 날이 멀지 않았다. 심한 가격진폭으로 입추시기를 잘 맞추는 것이 성패를 결정하여 주었던 육계업에서 생산비 경쟁으로 성패가 좌우되는 육계업으로 변화되어 가고 있다.

The school space has been recognized only as the space for the education and training of children. However, since most of the school is located in the center of the regional community, the school space must be not only the space of the education and training of children, but the space for the regional inhabitants' community in the future. The present study is aiming to investigate the architectural background and to utilize the multi-use facilities of schools which are taken a role of facilities of gymnasium and auditorium.

도시농촌을 대상으로 스마트팜(Smart-Farm) 솔루션은 현재 많이 출시되어 운용되고 있다. 하지만, 대부분의 스마트팜 제품들은 시설재배의 유형, 재배대상 작물의 특성 및 시설재배관리자(사용자)의 요구를 반영할 수 있는 개방형 시스템과는 거리가 멀다. 본 연구팀에서는 대규모의 시설 농가를 대상으로 통합관제기술과 스마트제어, 센서기술을 적용한 단동형 스마트팜 관리시스템을 개발 및 상용화를 목표로 하고 있으며, 이는 각 작물의 특징과 사용자의 요구에 따라 관리시스템의 유연성 및 확장성을 고려하여 설계하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해당 연구의 일환으로 단일시설재배작물로는 세계 최대 생산지인 경상북도 성주참외를 대상으로 사용자 편의성이 증진된 단동형 농작물관리시스템을 설계하였다.

현재 한국수자원공사에서는 시화호로 유입되는 유량을 저류하여 습지내 안정적인 유량을 공급함은 물론, 정화된 하천수를 방류하여 호소내 수질을 개선하고자 동화천 하류 약 840m 지점에 제수문을 설치하여 운영중에 있다. 그러나, 폭우시 상류농경지 침수우려에 따른 제수문 개방후 폐쇄시 제수문 담수어종이 상류로 올라가는 길이 차단되어 제수문 유출부에 어류가 폐사되는 현상이 반복되어 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 한국수자원공사에서는 동화천 제수문 하류부(약 36m)에 어도를 갖춘 수중보시설을 설치함으로써 제수문과 수중보사이에 Pond를 형성하여 어류의 자연사를 방지하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유량규모 및 수문개방 조건에 따른 보 설치 전 후 상황에 대한 1차원 수리특성분석을 실시함으로써, 보 설치로 인해 제수문 상류지역에 배수불량 상황 발생여부를 검토하고, 이를 배제하기 위한 제수문 개방조작 변경안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제수문 하류단의 설치예정인 수중보가 제수문 상류지역의 배수상황에 미치는 영향은 제수문 상류 유입량이 저유량 구간인 $3.92cms{\sim}8.88cms$에서 발생하였으며, 이는 본 연구에서 제시한 개방수문 조작 변경안과 같이 간단한 수문조작을 통해 상류 수위를 저감시킬 수 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

The integrated prevention of disaster management system is collected prevention of disaster data from prevention of disaster relation other systems and smart sensor in USN. This system manages fire fighting facility effectively. The relation equipment which is used in existing and network using "Open Protocols" about under using the support system which is integrated effectively as the destroyer. It connects CCTV, the sensitivity environmental sensor, automatic fire detection equipment and security equipment and air flow equipment system using Internet. The System Server was collected monitoring data at the each equipment and processing by operational scenario. It will verified the effectiveness of operational scenario and integrated prevention of disaster management system

The high tech marine transportation infrastructure is an innovative transportation infrastructure that may be able to secure a safe transportation environment as well as efficient operation by connecting up-to-date skills including a broad range of wire and wireless communication-based information, control and electronics technologies. When integrated into the marine transportation infrastructure by the standard requirements, these standard technologies help monitoring and managing navigational aids. This paper defined a concept of middleware in the marine traffic management systems which gives characteristics of system independency, scalability, extensibility, and researches a functionality of the middleware and a software block of the middleware.

최근 세계적으로 급변하는 기후는 연 강수량이 여름에 집중되는 한국 강우 특성에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 도시화된 대도시의 배수 시설 능력 부족은 돌발 강우, 국지성 집중 호우로 인한 침수 피해를 야기한다. 미국, 유럽, 일본 등의 선진국의 경우 대심도 저류배수터널을 설치하여 운영하고 있으며, 이에 대한 시설운영기준 및 매뉴얼 개발 등에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 국내에는 이와 같은 시설물에 대한 운영사례가 없고, 시설물 내 복잡한 수리 현상에 대한 수리모형 실험도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울시 강서·양천 일대에 설치된 대심도 터널인 신월 빗물저류배수시설을 대상으로 선정하였으며, 안정적인 운영계획 수립을 위한 최적운영기준을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구는 도시유역 강우유출모의에 적합한 XP-SWMM 모형을 활용하여 강우조건에 따라 달라지는 수직구별 유입유량, 도달시간 등의 유출특성을 반영하고 수문개방시간을 고려한 시설물 운영기준을 산정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 도시유역 홍수예방을 위한 빗물저류배수시설의 안정적인 운영계획 수립 및 시설물 운영 매뉴얼 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
