플로팅 건축물은 현장 시공을 최소화해야할 필요성으로 인하여 모듈러 시스템의 적용 가능성이 높다. 그러나 국내의 경우 모듈러 시스템을 적용한 사례가 적을 뿐만 아니라 모듈러 시스템의 시공과 관련된 가이드라인도 없다. 모듈러 시스템의 적용이 상대적으로 보편화된 국외 가이드라인 사례 연구를 통하여 플로팅 건축에서 모듈러 시스템 시공계획을 위한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 문헌자료 및 인터넷 자료 등의 검색을 통해 국외 가이드라인 사례를 수집하고 이를 분석하였다.

Purpose: This study is designed to develop performance guidelines for temporary residential facilities inside and outside the building to improve the residential habit of the victims caused by a disaster. Method: Performance items were set up by analyzing the disaster response system and prior study for eliciting performance guidelines and conducting field surveys of temporary housing facilities and interviews of temporary residential facilities for eliciting relevant performance guidelines. Results: The performance of temporary housing facilities in and out of the country was largely classified as technical, environmental and social, and each presented performance guidelines. The derived performance guidelines were generally similar, although some were similar due to indoor/outdoor characteristics. Conclusion: The performance guidelines presented in this study to improve the residential habit of the victims are applied in practice, and continuous improvement through feedback of results is required.

This study aims to investigate basic requirements for adopting the Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology to management of civil infrastructures. The state of the art on BIM guidelines developed major countries was investigated, and a common framework of the guideline contents was built in order to categorize the requirements. In addition, it was investigated that the point of view on the facility management in the BIM guidelines showed different from the traditional civil infrastructure domain. On the basis of the investigation results, this paper proposed the core requirements categorized into three respects: development of application models, standardization, modification of regulations.

Contrary to past critical infrastructure network, current critical infrastructure network is adopting IoT devices and efficient management system using the external networks. Using this system, productivity and management efficiency could be enhanced compared to past critical infrastructure network. But cybersecurity issue could be occurred at external network connection, so cybersecurity guideline is necessary. However, critical infrastructure organizations tend to use the cybersecurity guideline issued by government because it is hard to develop cybersecurity guideline on their own. But the government's cybersecurity guideline isn't suitable for the critical infrastructure network because it doesn't include critical infrastructure's specific characteristics. Therefor, we suggested the development method of cybersecurity guideline for the critical infrastructure network based on analysing cybersecurity guideline standards and critical infrastructure networks.

그동안 많은 논란이 있었던 석면문제가 또다시 도마 위에 올랐다. 최근 아기에게 바르는 파우더를 비롯하여 화장품 등에까지 석면공포가 확산됨에 따라 환경부는 석면이 주로 건축자재(80% 이상)에 사용된 만큼 국민건강 보호를 위해 건축물에 사용된 석면의 안전한 관리가 무엇보다 중요하다고 판단, 가이드라인을 제정, 시행에 들어갔다. 가이드라인의 주요 내용은 $\Delta$건축물에 사용된 석면함유 설비 또는 자재를 조사하여 석면지도 작성 및 6개월마다 훼손 여부 평가 관리 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거작업 과정에서 석면이 비산되지 않도록 주변 대기 중 석면농도 0.01개/cc(실내공기질 권고기준) 기준 설정 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거 작업 및 폐석면 처리 시 안전한 석면관리를 위한 준수사항 등이다. 이번 가이드라인은 건축물 사용단계부터 철거 폐기까지 전 생에에 걸친 석면 관리 방법 및 기준 등을 포함하고 있어 건축물 이용자, 철거지역 인근 주민의 석면 노출 차단에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 환경부는 가이드라인을 자치단체, 다중이용시설 관리자, 건축물 철거업체 등을 통해 널리 알리는 한편, 노동부 등 관계부처와 함께 관련제도 보완 등 건축물 석면관리 개선방안을 오는 6월까지 마련할 계획이다.

국토해양부(장관 정종환)는 최근 연세대 친환경건축연구센터와 서울시 강동구가 협의('09.8)를 통해 친환경 공동주택 가이드라인을 마련함에 따라 강동구부터 '저에너지 친환경 공동주택 가이드라인' 시행에 들어 간다고 밝혔다. 가이드라인의 주요내용은 공동주택 재건축시 냉 난방 에너지 총 소비량의 40% 이상을 절감하고, 관리동 등 공용시설의 제로에너지화, 지역특성에 맞게 생태면적률 40%이상 확보, 단지내 인공생물 서식공간 조성의 의무화 등이다. 강동구는 앞으로 지어지는 재건축정비사업의 공동주택 모두에 가이드라인 내용을 반영하여 친환경 공동 주택으로 건설을 추진할 계획이며, 특히 고덕지구($1,239,407m^2$, 18,540가구) 및 둔촌지구($626,235m^2$, 9,090가구)부터 적용하여 친환경공동주택단지를 조성할 전망이다.

Considering the traffic condition of railroad 'KTX' links to lack of service's punctuality in nation's small/ medium cities, design guidelines with practical railroad transportation policies in terms of convenient railroadbus connection and improving comfortable ride is suggested. Following the guideline and policies, operational requirements of current railroad-bus connection system, the system's design consideration, and transportation policies and laws in relation to the bus operating companies should be analyzed to decide the practicality of the railroad-bus connecting infrastructure. Also, in order to achieve practical railroad-bus connection, connecting buses' design guideline is combined with suggested optimization method of the practicality transportation system. Lastly, the design guideline of buses as 'links,' and railroad transportation policies concerning the operation of connecting bus system for nation's small/medium cities are suggested.

Since aviation systems are developed as the complex form of software a hardware, the necessity to apply to relevant guidelines is increasing. It is however uncommon that international development guidelines regarding electronic hardware are applied to current domestic aviation systems. In this paper, we compare and analyze DO-254 and ECSS-Q-ST-60-02C, electronic hardware development guidelines with the case of KASS (Korea Augmentation Satellite System) Performance Suitability, based on the project of SBAS (Satellite Based Augmentation System) development and construction.

The purpose of this study was to figure out requirements and considerations of guidelines for libraries serving active older adults in Korea. The research data were collected by examining domestic laws and policies, foreign library guidelines and service practices. Two focus group interviews were also conducted with 10 librarians of Seoul metropolitan area. The research findings were the following: Specific guidelines should be set up including sections of information resources, human resources, facilities, service & programs, and promotion & marketing. The guideline should also include not only solutions for improving digital literacy of old adults but solving librarians' difficulties with serving old adults.
