시사만화는 시사성이 있는 사건을 풍자적으로 묘사한 만화이다. 우리나라에서는 오랫동안 시사만화가 축적되어 왔으나 이를 편리하고 효과적으로 이용하고 검색할 수 있는 방안은 아직 마련되어 있지 않다. 시사만화의 특성을 분석하여 색인과 검색시 고려되어야 할 요소를 추출하였으며 시사만화 검색요소와 검색결과를 보여줌으로써 시사만화의 검색방법을 제시하였다.

The short animation directed by Sang-Ho Yeon has led the sympathy and reflection of audiences through reveling the violence of the military in the form of the social criticism film. The explores the social value of animation by the content of social criticism, not for entertainment uses but for public interest. This research addresses how the function of social criticism implements in animation film, especially, its narratives and direction. In the light of this, firstly, literature will review the general characteristics of social criticism films, Secondly, based on literature reviews, analysis tools will be drew, thirdly, the case study regarding will be processed by focusing on The function of social criticism, the technique of direction and expression of animation. As a result of this research, shows unique traits because of the hierarchical and exclusive characteristics of military culture, which differs from general characteristics of social criticism films dealing with historic and social issues. In addition to this, the function of social criticism is effectively implemented in animation film, by the creative narratives and technique of direction by a director, Sang-Ho Yeon.

본 고에서는 일본의 국제 표준화 활동의 동향을 살펴보고 우리나라에의 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 우선 일본의 기본적 표준화 정책방향을 검토한 후, NTT와 KDD 등 통신사업자와 NEC 등 통신제조업자의 국제 표준화 전략을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 우리나라 표준화 정책의 시사점을 기술하였다.

Comprehensive Cable TV Channels(CCCs) has been established as a political product around 5 years ago, and it's influence and position on the broadcasting field are keep increasing. CCC's stabilization is based on flooding the market with journalism. The repeating news and current affairs programs are appearing constantly in the afternoon which is CCC's primetime. The current affairs talk shows are a product of CCC's representative program type and it leads unique CCC style journalism. The guests of the current affairs talk show leading the program with critiques(comments) and discussions about political issues. The purpose of this study is to explore how these guests of the current affairs talk shows conceptually positioned as political mediating elites and same time to explore the television political landscape through the representative current affairs talk shows from TV chosun, Channel A, MBN, JTBC which are present by these political elites. This study wants to find out about that television political effects from CCCs which exemplified into certain directions by these political mediating elites saying their political biases and expresses their feelings drastically that causes high ratings and brings people's attention. The guests who called political mediating elites in this study are mostly considered to be extreme rightist, conservatives, conservative-centrist and they have close relationship with certain political party or political group. The political mediating elites gain the popularities and have great influence on the public from performing the television politics through CCCs' current affairs talk shows and use that to make political exchange connections with political groups. Therefore this study wants to point out that CCCs' current affairs talk shows are situated in political rally, exchange connection, so current affairs talk shows are existing only for political battle field.

제 2의 화이어스톤 사태가 발생했다. 사태를 유발한 주체만 바뀌었을 뿐 금번 도요타 리콜 사태는 포드 익스플로러 전복 사고를 재현한 듯하다. 당시 포드 익스플로러 전복의 원인이 일본 브리지스톤의 미국 자회사인 화이어스톤이 생산한 타이어의 불량 때문이라고 결론 났지만 사고의 정확한 원인이 밝혀졌다고 보기는 어렵다. 금번 도요타 자동차의 급가속 문제의 원인도 오리무중이다. 이하에서는 도요타 리콜 사태의 경과와 원인에 대해 살펴보고 영향을 평가해 본 후 타이어업체 등 국내 기업에게 주는 시사점에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

본 연구는 '자율운항선박 기술개발' '사업의 Ship2Ship2Shore 데이터 교환 및 통신기술 개발 과제의 연구현황과 시사점을 소개한다. 2024년 자율운항선박 실증선에서 개발된 시제품을 탑재하여 실증 할 예정이며, 이를 위해 시제품 개발 현황과 연구과정에서 식별된 문제점 분석을 통해 미래형 자율운항선박 개발을 위한 시사점을 살펴본다.

본 고에서는 미국의 재난정보전달시스템에 대해 조사한 후 우리나라의 재난정보전달시스템 구축을 위한 시사점을 찾는다. 우선, 미국의 관련 제도, 표준 및 시스템에 대해 분석한다. 이러한 분석으로 두 가지의 시사점을 정리하였다. 첫 번째 시사점은 여러 부처에 있는 다양한 재난정보전달시스템을 통합하기 위해 각 기관의 업무 분장을 명확하게 하는 법령의 제정의 중요성이다. 두 번째 시사점은 다양한 재난정보전달시스템을 상호연계하기 위해 정보교환에 필요한 사항을 국가표준이 필요성이다. 본 고의 미국의 재난정보전달시스템 사례 조사는 앞으로 우리나라의 재난정보전달시스템 구축을 위해 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

시사일러스트레이션은 80년대 이후 인쇄매체의 다양화로 인하여 매우 활발하게 적용되어지고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 시사일러스트레이션의 경우 시각적 커뮤니케이션 매체로서의 기능을 독립적으로 발휘하지 못하고, 아직도 과거의 일러스트레이션과 같이 텍스트의 복조역활을 하고 있거나 또는 지면을 장식해주는 단순한 그래픽 적 요소로서의 역할만 하는 경우가 많이 있다. 현재 시사 매거진의 주당 발행 부수가 70여만에 이른다는 점을 감안할 때 그 역할이 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있으므로, 본 논문에서는 그 동안 일러스트레이션의 평가가“잘 그렸다”,“못 그렸다”는 식의 평가방식을 벗어나 가능한 한 학술적인 근거를 갖는 평가 기준을 세워 보고자 하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 평가의 기준으로서는 우선 일러스트레이션을 시각적 정보전달 매체로서의 기능적 측면이 될 수 있는“소통 성(Communicability)”과 모든 시각적 조형예술작품의 경우와 마찬가지로 그의“조형성(Shape-Quality)”측면에서 검토가 가능하도록 하여“유사성 문제”,“가시적 특징 파악의 문제”그리고“객관성 문제”등 8가지의 기준을 세워보고자 하는 데에 그 의의를 두고 있다.

The intellectuals of the Joseon Dynasty were Yangban Sadaebu who had knowledge based on Confucianism(Neo-Confucianism), enjoyed cultural powers by expressing their knowledge in words or writing, and entered government posts to guide society with such knowledge or included some pre-officials. Sisa(Poem Society) was a major place of knowledge transmission to acquire and impart knowledge of creating Chinese poems that traditional intellectuals of the Joseon Dynasty possessed. Seocheonmaehwasa(西泉梅花社) was a group of writers from the late Joseon Dynasty gathered together based on the commonality of kinship and political iniquity although they were different factions like Nam'in and Soron, and they enjoyed apricot blossoms and wrote poems there. Seocheonmaehwasa(西泉梅花社) was basically the meeting making poems. They improved their creative abilities with creating poems. Seocheonmaehwasa(西泉梅花社) was a major place of knowledge transmission to acquire and impart knowledge of creating Chinese poems that traditional intellectuals of the Joseon Dynasty possessed.
