본 연구는 대화형 인공지능 스피커의 수요 증진을 위한 새로운 비즈니스 전략 제시를 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 해당 IoT기기 소비자의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 선정하여 집중적으로 고찰하고 각 요인 사이에 어떤 상관관계가 존재하는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 기기 사용에 대한 안전성이 확보 되었음을 의미하는 안전에 대한 신뢰도와 기술적 흐름에 따른 시대적 압박, 기기 사용으로부터 발생하는 쾌락적 동기와 실용적 동기, 기기의 혁신성으로부터 오는 차별적 동기를 고려하였다. 본 연구의 수행을 통해 모든 요인은 각각 소비자의 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 특히 차별화 욕구와 쾌락적 동기, 실용적 동기 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있을 것으로 나타낼 것으로 기대된다. 더불어, 본 연구의 핵심 연구 요인인 시대적 압박 요인의 경우 안전에 대한 신뢰도와 사용 의도에 있어 정의 영향을 주지만 차별화 욕구와 실용적 동기와는 음의 상관관계를 보일 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 일반적인 연구 모델에서 취급되는 주요 요인들과 더불어 시대적 압박이라는 새로운 요인을 제시하고 그 영향력을 논증하여 융합형 기술에 기반한 새로운 비즈니스 전략을 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 가치를 갖는다

This study focuses on considering the factors affecting the user intention to adopt an intelligent service - A.I. speaker services. Currently there can be a considerable difference between the expectation and the realized diffusion of IT-based intelligent services. This study aims to find out this gap based on the idea of diver previous researches including TAM and UTAUT studies and to identify the direct and indirect effects of diverse factors such as security issues, perceived time pressure, service innovativeness, and the experience of these IT-based intelligent services. And this study considers the expected impact of perceived time pressure factor on the user acceptance of A.I. speaker services. In analysis results, not only the traditional factors such as the perceived usefulness and the hedonic/utilitarian motives but also the perceived time pressure, the perceived security issues, and the experience of the services should be considered as meaningful factors to affect the users adopting A.I. speaker services.

소위 '무한경쟁'과 '경영혁명'이라는 시대조류에 따라 모든 기업들이 너나 할 것 없이 조직혁신의 대열에 합류하면서 '인사파경', '신인사제도', '학습조직'등 다양한 개념과 제도가 기업현장에 등장하고 있다. 이와 더불어 '구성원의 욕 구'와 '조직의 생존논리' 사이에 형성되어 있던 힘의 균형이 점차 조직의 생 존논리 쪽으로 기울어지면서, 그간 기업의 발전을 위해 전력해 왔던 중간관 리자들이 심리적 압박감과 함께 점차 여과되어지는 추세에 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 현상에 주목하면서 'K'은행의 관리자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 토대 로 바람직한 중고령자 대책의 방향을 살펴보려는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

Korea has entered into an aging society at an exceptionally high speed. Increasing aged workers give pressure on Korean companies with seniority based pay system with labor costs. The wage peak system has been introduced to Korean companies as an alternative to early retirements. The wage peak system currently adopted in Korea is mainly the aging-limit-security model. But in the future we should actively adopt the employment-extension model. To operate wage peak system successfully, I suggest introduction of the individual wage peak system, development of suitable jobs for the aged, selective application by job classification, incentive graded by performance evaluation, and working hour reduction with the decreased rate of wage.

최근 이동전화를 이용한 무선인터넷, IMT-2000의 화상전화서비스 등 무선 Multimedia의 시대가 도래하고 있다. 그러나. 3G 서비스를 시작한 유럽, 일본의 서비스 사업자들은 막대한 앙 설치비용으로 꿈의 이동전화서비스가 활성화되기 전에 자금 압박으로 몸살을 알고 있다. 이동전화서비스는 유한한 자원인 주파수 밴드를 얼마나 효율적으로 사용하느냐가 양사업자들의 성공과 실패를 가름하는 경쟁력의 무기로 작용한다. 이러한 주파수를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 방법 중에 몇 년 전부터 스마트안테나가 제조사, 서비스사업자는 물론 학계의 비상한 관심을 모으고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동전화서비스 사업자 입장에서 스마트안테나를 현장적용 시험을 통해 시스템 용량증대에 효과가 있는지 확인하고자 한다.

동아시아의 19세기는 근대화 물결 안에서 변화의 시대였다. 중국, 한국, 일본은 식민지적 압박가운데 정치적 위기를 대면하였고 선진 문물과 기독교는 사회, 문화, 종교, 사상의 변화를 가져왔다. 신종교운동도 각 나라에서 다양한 형태와 철학으로 등장하였다. 이들의 근본적인 사상은 일반적으로 불교, 유교, 도교, 신교, 샤머니즘과 연관되어 있었다. 근대한국이 정치적 혼란을 겪을 때 여러 신종교들이 1860년을 전후로 나타났다. 나중에 천도교가 된 동학, 증산계, 대종교, 원불교 가운데 증산계 계통의 대순진리회는 사회-종교적인 영향력 차원에서 한국에서 가장 성공적인 신종교 운동이다. 그들은 상제가 스스로 구천에서 혼탁한 삼계를 회복하기 위해 직적 내려왔음을 따르고 있다. 그렇다면, 구천상제에 대한 가르침이 어떻게 이해되고 있을까? 대순진리회의 근본적인 우주관은 무엇일까? 또, 이것이 일본의 유명한 천리교와 중국(대만)의 대규모 일관도와 어떻게 구분될까? 이 논문은 청계탑의 상직적인 콘셉트 안에서 대순의 상제관과 우주관의 관계를 이해하고자 대순의 경전격인 전경, 현무경, 예화들인 심우도, 사신도, 12지신도 등을 탐구할 것이면 이 한국의 대표적인 신종교의 우주관을 천지공사와 후천의 가르침과 연관하여 논리적으로 접근해석 할 것이다.

For Singapore, 2017 was an uneasy year. The presidential election was fraught with controversy since the revised Presidential Election Act allowed only one candidate to be eligible for the election. The bitter feud between Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his siblings shocked many Singaporeans. Succession planning for the next top leadership is still veiled in obscurity. The anti-globalization trend and the increasing pressure to raise the tax have become major challenges for Singapore's economy to overcome. China's continuous diplomatic pressure has called into the question Singapore's pragmatic foreign policy. Although its relations with China were back to normal, Singapore, the ASEAN chair in 2018, is still facing intractable problems in safeguarding ASEAN centrality in the growing US-China rivalry. In the meantime, Singapore has pursued its diversity and equality, heading toward a more matured multi-racial and multi-cultural society in 2017. The first female president, Halimah Yacob, served as a symbolic epitome of Singapore's emphasis on diversity and harmony among different ethnic groups and minorities. This great milestone, however, has largely been questioned by Singaporeans, as it seemed to be a political gesture that only utilized Halimah's double minority in the level of ideologies. The election of the Malay president has led Singaporeans to think about the real equity and equality among minorities, while strongly motivated to move toward a more inclusive society. In 2018, Singaporean leaders will try to resolve many challenging problems by reaffirming leadership succession planning, which is expected to lead Singapore to pursue a more integrated society.

The article 49-2 of Industrial Safety Law requires that all the owners of industrial plants which contains dangerous facilities perform the process safety management. That is, this law requires the owners of industrial plants to take necessary measures to prevent fire, harmful gas leaking, explosion, and other serious accidents that could cause demage and injuries to the employees. So far, domestic chemical plants have tried to invest money and time in safety management. But, such efforts have been made only in chemical plants that were subsidiaries of large business groups. Moreover, since the economic crisis of Korea which is symbolized by the IMF bailout, small and medium size companies could not afford to invest in safety management. Their major concern is to increase productivity and thereby, survive in this crisis. The goal of this research is to develop the process safety management system that can help small and medium size companies to positively secure the process safety management. So, in developing the process safety management system, the financial and practical difficulties of such companies are fully taken into consideration.

This study deals with South Korea broadcasting reporters reporting North Korea issues focusing on KBS and MBC. More specifically, this study focuses on what kinds of broadcasting reporting restriction factors are in reporting North Korea issues in Korea. In order to achieve the goal of this study, this study attempted the depth-interview with six broadcasting reporters working on KBS and MBC. As study results, this study found out that Korean broadcasting reporters were sensitively influenced by public opinions concerned about a specific North Korea issue and political situations that a North Korea issue was positioned. In order to overcome such kinds of reporting restrictions in reporting North Korea issues, this study suggests that KBS and MBC needs more professional manpower dealing with North Korea issues and outside help such as civic social associations.
