The purpose of this paper is to disclose the characteristics of knowledge in the age of digital reproduction. To achieve this I extended Benjamin's concept of technological reproduction to three different stages as mechanical reproduction, electric reproduction and digital reproduction. Each stage has different degree of reproducibility and de-materialization. I also combined McLuhan's concept of the electricity at the point of de-materialization with reproducibility. The degree of materiality and reproducibility is the key concept which could scale the technical condition of knowledge production. The social condition of knowledge reproduction is controlled by economic and political factors. In this connection between technological and social condition the current knowledge production and intellectual property could be explained properly. This study could open the theoretical door to deepen such an understanding.

기업에 있어 정보화투자는 생존.발전을 위한 필수조건이라는 시대적 요구로 받아들여지고 있다. 이에 기업은 생산방식의 디지털화와 함께 정보를 효과적으로 이용하기 위해 끊임없는 투자를 하고 있다. 특히 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 인력, 자금력, 기술력, 관리력, 정보력 등에서 모두 열세에 있기 때문에 정보화투자는 경쟁력 강화는 물론 생존을 위한 밑거름이 되고 있는 것이다. 중소기업은 조직구조가 단순하여 의사결정력과 경영자의 의지가 신속하게 반영될 수 있고 시장변화에 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 장점도 있기 때문에 정보화를 빠르게 진행할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 그러나 정보화라는 시대적 상황에 대응하지 못한다면 기업은 곧 고사위기에 처해질 수 밖에 없다.

IT 산업은 과거에도 주요한 성장 동력이었고 현재에도 경제 위기 극복을 위한 중추적 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이제 IT 산업은 자체 산업의 고도화를 통한 성장동력으로서 역할뿐만 아니라 전(全)산업과 융합을 통해 타산업의 성장을 견인하는 기반 산업의 역할, 경제 사회 문제를 해결하는 역할 등 IT산업이 수행해야할 시대적 소명은 점차 새로운 분야로 확대되고 있다. 본고에서는 다양한 시대적 요구에 따른 IT 산업의 역할을 재조명하고, 새로운 역할과 의미에 부합하는 IT산업의 정책방향을 제시하고자 한다.

이제는 우리도 위성을 확보하지 않으면 21세기의 범 세계적인 우주개발 경쟁시대에 동참할 기회를 상실한다는 결론에 이르게 되었고 이와 같은 현실속에 90년대 중반 국내 독자위성을 발사한다는 목표로 지난해에 위성사업 종합계획을 수립하는 등 본격적인 우주시대의 개막을 위하여 조심스러운 첫발을 내딛게 되었다. 이제 우리는 우주시대에 눈을 뜨기 시작하였고 위성사업이 본격적인 궤도에 오르기까지는 많은 시일이 걸릴 것이며, 사업추진과정에서 많은 문제점도 발생하게 될 것이다.

This paper is a thesis that explored the necessity and possibility of spiritual teaching that forms the inner side of human beings in the age of AI where objective knowledge is prevalent, focusing on "contemplative pedagogy". For this it first examined the characteristics of objective epistemology of AI and the direction of school education in the AI and explored the necessity and character of spirituality and spiritual teaching as a request for the AI era, and also explores the possibility of realization of spiritual teaching in general school setting through contemplative pedagogy, which actually puts this into practice. As a result of the study, it found that spiritual teaching is not exclusive to a specific area such as religious studies or theology, but is a teaching that should be embodied in all schools and educational fields in today's era where third person knowledge is widespread. It also found that in addition to contemplative teaching, various spiritual teaching models need to be developed and put into practice for this purpose.

The purpose of this paper aim to figure in contemporary human documentary as a cultural aspect of daily life in the era of 1920s in Korea. This research is aimed at identifying the perception associated with urban regeneration and predicting policy implications of future directions by analyzing the trend of urban regeneration depicted in the mass media by utilizing SNA (Semantic-Network Analysis) techniques. As the number of articles has increased, it is noted through analysis that the interrelationships between social phenomena and issues have combined to form the meaning of urban regeneration. Overall, 'urban' and 'regeneration' keywords also appeared at different periods, with 'urban' closely related to 'regeneration' starting in 1970 when urbanization was becoming more prevalent. It was analyzed that the frequency of 'urban' appeared more frequently in the early 1990s, while the frequency of 'rural' decreased sharply. Until the 1990s, the slums and the recession that appeared as side effects of urban problem-solving policies were mostly concentrated in cities. Policy discussions were conducted with the goal of improving the physical environment of cities rather than concentrating on the surrounding rural areas. The distributions of the keywords 'development' and 'regeneration' have increased quantitatively since the 1970s, and urban polarization has exploded due to the development of the external growth of cities, mirroring the trend of accelerated environmental threats. In particular, the keywords for 'regeneration' emerged mainly related to environmental problems, which led to the need for urban regeneration, and environmentally and ecologically friendly development. The emergence of "urban," "regeneration" and "environment" as keywords having to do with urban regeneration grew in the 1990s. This suggests that urban regeneration is now linked to "environment", as that has become a social issue.
