  • 본 논문에서는 현재 국내에서 구축되어 있지 않은 3차원 BIM 기반 설계 및 시공 환경으로의 패러다임 전환에 대비하여 3차원 BIM 지향적 구조설계 프로그램인 SDP 제품군을 사용하여 BIM 프로그램들을 연동한 3차원 BIM 철근배근 자동생성 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 현재 국내 건설업계의 치열한 수주경쟁으로 수익률저하/철근 등 자제가 폭등/인건비 상승/배근시공도 작성 인력 부족 및 신뢰성 저하 및 납기 지연 등의 기존 현황의 문제점 등을 SDP 제품군을 이용하여 구조설계/배근시공도 작성/정밀 골조물량 산출을 통합 지원하는 엔지니어링 컨설팅 환경을 구축하여 구조설계 시 V/E 동시 수행, 골조공사비 10% 절감, 배근시공도 및 물량산출 납기 최소로 단축, 배근시공도 정확성 향상/설계 및 시공 변경에 신속 대응, 공정 대비 발주 물량 관리 기능을 제공함으로써 고수익, 고효율, 고품질 의 엔지니어링 컨설팅 수행이 가능하다. 3차원 BIM 을 기반으로 철근현장가공에서 공장가공 전환 가속화로 국가적 물량 절감을 기대할 수 있고, 3차원 BIM 구조설계 및 골조공사 환경 구축 및 기술 자립을 통해 건설시공 분야의 기술력 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

Development of Building Construction Curriculum that Applies Team-Based Learning (팀기반학습을 적용한 건축시공학 교육과정 개발)

  • Recently, there has been a growing interest among domestic universities in effective teaching methods to improve learning effects. In addition, a shift from an instructor-centered teaching method to a student-centered teaching method has been pursued, in a bid to enhance student learning competencies in educational settings. The purpose of this study is to develop a building construction curriculum that applies team-based learning, which is an approach towards student-centered learning. The major research findings are as follows. A building construction curriculum that applies team-based learning was developed based on an analysis of the operational status of lectures and team-based learning courses among universities in Korea. Learning procedures, the weekly curriculum and curriculum operation plans were also developed for the team-based learning course. The curriculum presented in this study is a general curriculum that can be applied to domestic universities. As such, it is expected that individual universities can adjust and apply the curriculum according to the educational conditions and characteristics of both instructors and students.

Domestic Aggregate Quality Status and Mechanical Properties of Concrete According to Quality of Aggregate (국내 골재 품질 현황 및 골재등급에 따른 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study is aimed to utilize for basic material of concrete quality management through evaluate properties of fresh and hardened concrete with the aggregate quality. As a result, fine aggregate's slump change of between one grade was 8~82% and in case of coarse aggregate, slump change of between one grade was 2~22% on same mixing condition. The unit water for same workability condition, unit water was increased 16kg/㎥ with decreasing of one grade for fine aggregate and unit water was increased 5kg/㎥ with decreasing of one grade for coarse aggregate.

  • According to consumer's needs of agriculture like vegetables and paprika, etc. are being various, the agricultural facilities are diversifying. In current trends of agricultural facilities, area and heigh of those is becoming bigger and higher to plant various agriculture. But the software and support for constructing the various agricultural facilities is insufficient. And understanding the current status of agricultural facilities to help farmer and users of agricultural facilities is needed. Therefore, in this study, the status of the agricultural facilities are examined by interviewing farmer and users of facilities. The results of this survey on the status of agricultural facilities are presented. Firstly, the construction cost of facilities is most important. Secondly, the materials and technology for constructing facilities is also important.

  • The results of the status analysis for the safety accident are as followings which is prepared for the purpose of collecting a basic data for securing residential safety in houses and buildings. (1) As for the safety accidents of the aged in houses, 66% of all safety accidents were slipping and falling and there was no serious difference in frequencies of accidents according to the places. (2) As for the safety accidents of children in houses, 74% of all safety accidents concentrated on bedrooms and living rooms and the majority types of accidents related to architectural matters were bumping, slipping, and falling.(3) There was striking difference in the frequency of safety accidents in houses between aged and children, according to places and types of accidents.

  • This research is to measure and analyze the thermal performance of the apartment structure and to evaluate and establish standards of thermal insulation defect in order to make the basic data necessary for determining the degree of the thermal performance degradation and for repairing and reinforcing the exterior wall of the existing apartment. The following conclusions could be derived thorough the investigation of outer wall temperature distribution and the insulation assesment experiments using a model of specimens for the apartment houses' outer walls. It was confirmed that for the thermal performance through the insulating material thicknesses 5cm, 8cm in walls, the thermal insulation thickened by 3cm, from 5cm to 8cm, but that the actual temperature difference reached only about 1 ~ 2℃. This implies that the thermal performance improvement using the thermal insulation in walls is not significant and that it is difficult to insulate the thermal bridge area.

  • 최근 컨테이너 물동량 증가와 대형컨테이너 선박의 입항으로 부산항 신항내 선박통항안전성 문제가 대두됨에 따라 신항내 해상교통안전성 확보를 위하여 2017년 토도를 제거하는 공사가 추진되었으며 이와 병행하여 주변 해역을 준설 하는데 목적을 둔 부산항 신항 토도 제거 공사의 주요공법 및 착공 후 현재까지의 주요 공정현황을 요약하였다. 국내 최초로 시행되는 통항안전을 위한 현장 섬의 제거과정에 기존 항로를 유지하면서 단계별 투입장비 및 공법, 주변 환경여건을 고려한 육상 및 해상 공정 조정, 장래 비전 등을 제시하였다.

  • This paper investigated the qualitative introduction status of domestic major construction company. And that focused on a point of suggestions about CM at Risk introduction. The survey analysis showed that three importan suggestions. First, the biggest obstacles factors to CM at Risk introduction that related laws is lagging amendment. Second, we have to improve the available hands ability in domestic major construction company. And last, we have to do that using uncomplicated design and standard design form. Consequently, environmen analysis for the introduction and example project is urgently required.

  • In recent years, prices have risen sharply, and housing has become an object of investment. Accordingly, the expansion of the supply of public rental housing with publicity and the conversion of pre-sale are emerging as an alternative to stabilize the housing market. However, the method of calculating the pre-sale price applied for each rental period has a problem that there is a large difference from the construction cost at the time of construction As an improvement measure, there is a method of applying a conversion price for 5-year public rental housing and the price control. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, and we apply the most appropriate improvement measures in consideration of present and future values.

  • Now a days, Lots of research about 4th industrial revolution are progressing. Attempt of technologies on construction engineering field, such as construction management by drone, building equipments based on the IoT technology and etc., are continuously tried by government and private enterprises. Meanwhile, the application of advanced technologies on the military facilities should be reviewed cautiously, because of the national defense environment such as military security. Therefore, this study aim to understanding of present status of military facilities for introduction of 4th industrial revolution technology. To achieve the aim of the study, question investigation targeting working groups for military facility management is conducted.
