In recent times, the legal management of construction enterprise has become one of important theme in the domestic construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to consider rational methodology of legal management of construction enterprise. To achieve this objective, this paper performs a case study about the major cause and significant characteristic of the legal management. In conclusion, the following factors are systematized : 1) actual condition of legal management of construction enterprise in korea, 2) the influence and extended suggestions of legal management.

Currently, due to remodeling of newly built apartment, national resource loss and personal economic loss are being occurred and construction wastes are making more environmental issues. This study aims to devise reduction in cost and economic loss coming from remodeling by selecting general house size of apartment, carrying out surveys and investigating current status of remodeling before and after moving into newly built apartments.

In this study, a questionnaire survey on the occurrence status of fine dust in urban construction sites and the response level was conducted. Based on the results of the survey, it is intended to be used as basic data for establishing a method to reduce fine dust in construction sites.

철근콘크리트 건물에 발생하는 균열은 그 원인이 크게 표1과 같이 콘크리트의 재료성질과 시공 그리고 외적요인과 하중으로 분류되고 있다. 그중 외벽에 발생하는 균열의 원인은 콘크리트 수축에 기인하는 것외에 다짐불량에 의한 코올드 조인트와 철근 부식 등에 의한 팽창균열 등 여러가지가 있다. 본고는 특히 중요한 수축균열에 한정하여 그 실태와 대책의 동향을 설명한다.「수축에 의해 발생하는 균열」의 원인은 콘크리트의 건조수축, 수화열에 의한 열수축 및 외기온의 변동에 의한 온도수축으로 대별될 수 있다. 실제의 건물 외벽균열은 이들이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생한다. 따라서 본 고에서는 이러한 종류의 균열실태에 대해 조사사례와 연구보고를 소개함과 동시에 균열 메카니즘. 방지대책 등에 대해 이해를 돕기 위한 자료를 제공한다. 본고는 1992년 2월에 소유가 발표한 일본 콘크리트 공학의 "RC건물외벽의 수축균열의 실태와 그 대책"을 중심으로 요약한 내용이다.

Currently, there is a lack of studies on the directionality of architectural engineering education. This study has analyzed the opening and operation of courses relating to building construction in Korea universities. It was researched that the most common building construction courses opened in universities were 'building construction' and 'materials.' Courses are also being opened in universities by reflecting social demands. Upon analysis of the operation of the educational process of building construction, it was displayed that projects and examinations were conducted as the methods of assessment in courses at many universities. Additionally, there were universities that included quizzes and discussions in their methods of assessment. This study is expected to be used as data for studying an innovative means of educating architecture.

This study aims to come up with the revision of construction standard unit price for concrete pavement works to improve its applicability and availability by a construction site survey. Construction site survey was conducted from March to November 2021 with 36 construction sites. This results of the revision are expected to support to public construction project owner or estimator in construction cost estimation works.

국내 조경용 철쭉재배품종(이하, 철쭉류)에 대한 조경업체 종사자(설계자 및 시공자, 생산자)간 철쭉류별 혼선 및 이용실태를 분석하였다. 조달청 등의 고시기관에서 고시한 철쭉류 명칭대로 생산농가에 주문 시 어떤 철쭉류가 배달되는지 조사해 철쭉류의 혼선 실태를 분석했다. 또한, 최근 완공된 아파트 3곳의 식재설계 도면에서 철쭉류의 식재설계 상황, 도면상의 철쭉류와 실제 식재된 철쭉류와의 일치 여부를 조사하였다. 고시된 철쭉류 명칭대로 주문한 결과, 영산홍 명칭으로는 베니, 쓰리, 대왕의 3가지 철쭉류가 배달되었고, 자산홍의 명칭으로는 자산홍, 한철의 2가지 철쭉류가 주문되었다. 영산홍은 베니, 쓰리, 대왕 등을 통칭하는 명칭으로 생산자와 주문자간 혼선을 빚었다. 자산홍의 경우에는 한철품종과 형질이 유사하여 생산자가 재배품종을 명확하게 구분하지 못하였거나, 주문자가 쉽게 구분하지 못해 두 재배품종을 구분하지 않고 보냈을 가능성도 있다. 식재설계 도면상 철쭉류 명칭은 고시기관에서 고시한 철쭉류 명칭을 사용하거나, 철쭉, 영산홍 등의 포괄적이고 불분명한 명칭으로 기재되었다. 식재설계 도면에 기재된 철쭉류는 실제 시공현장에서는 전혀 다른 철쭉류가 식재된 경우가 많았다. 이러한 원인은 설계자가 식재설계 도면에 정확한 재배품종명을 기재하지 않고, 시공자는 각 철쭉류의 분류 특성을 정확하게 인지하지 못하고, 비슷한 꽃색이나 구입이 용이한 철쭉류를 시공 현장조건에 맞게 심기 때문일 것이다.
