현재 우리나라의 건설공사 설계기준은 총 50종(설계기준 21종, 시공기준 29종)으로 관리부서가 통합되어 있지 않아 여러 가지 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 그 문제점으로 설계기준 간에 내용이 중복 또는 상이하여 사용상의 불편함이 있다. 현재 사용자가 직접 설계서를 작성 시 산재된 관련 기준을 일일이 확인하여야 하는 번거로움이 발생하고 있다. 또한, 건설기준 정비체계가 미흡하며 국외의 설계기준을 실 검증과정 없이 도입하여 우리나라 특성에 맞는 건설공사 설계기준이 반영되지 못하는 경우가 생기고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천 댐 설계기준 및 하천 표준시방서를 관련 있는 타 분야 설계기준 및 시방서(설계기준 5종, 시방서 7종)와 상충 및 중복되는 항목을 조사, 비교하였다. 그리고 조사, 비교된 내용들을 수정 및 보완하여 '건설공사 설계 시공기준 표준화' 기획단계시 기준간의 통일성, 편의성을 고려하여 구성된 코드체계기준 중 수자원분야 표준코드체계 기준에 적용하였다.

When the number of skyscrapers are increased in the domestic, it has increased the need of the outer wall cleaning robot. However, it does not exist the construction specification of the outer wall cleaning robot in the domestic. it is difficult to apply in the domestic that the outer wall cleaning robot. For this reason, it raised the need of the construction specification. And it is urgent that the construction specification of the outer wall cleaning robot is needed to develop in the domestic. Therefore, this study aims to propose the construction specification framework of the outer wall cleaning robot. In the future, this study will be based on the development of the construction specification on the outer wall cleaning robot.

소형저장탱크의 보급으로 벌크로리 공급시스템이 확대되고 체계적인 수요관리가 가능해짐에 따라 LP가스산업의 발전에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 500kg미만 소형저장탱크의 고압배관시공에 고압호스가 가능해짐에 따라 2006년 11월 소형저장탱크용 고압호스 성능인증기준이 제정되게 되었다. 새로 제정된 소형저장탱크용 고압호스의 성능인증 기준을 기술하여 고압호스제조업체, 소형저장탱크 시공업체 등의 관련업체에 참고자료가 되기를 바란다.

전기설비 시공분야에서 전문적 시방서 관리 체계는 그동안 별도로 존재하지 않았으며, 각 발주기관별 자체적 관리체계 하에서 운영 유지되어 왔다. 따라서 명칭이 서로 상이한 부분과 진술 및 구성의 체계 또한 일관되지 못한 부분이 많았다. 본 연구개발을 통하여 전기설비 분야의 시방서를 체계적이고, 공통된 의사표현이 가능한 기준시스템 필요성이 대두되어 이에 따른 기준시방서 시스템의 개발과 운영체계를 개발하였다.

This study presented a new NOS model through the following suggestions to apply the construction work planing and management to NOS(Network Operating System). First, This study presented CIMS(construction information classification system) reflected the characteristics of facility classification - functional component classification - functional component classification - work classification - resource classification. Based on this system. this study presented how to establish PMMB(performance measurement management baseline) with proposed master target equation which analyzed the trend of performance measurement management baseline and proposed work target equation which analyzed the execution results. Finally, this study presented NOS model that can be applied to fixed price method and cost plus fee method through the theoretical verification of executive performance analysis method.

In Korea, it raised the need of the specification of unit modular construction, because there are no standard or manual. And it is urgent that the specification of unit modular construction is needed to develop in the domestic. Therefore, this study aims to propose the manual framework of the construction method. In the future, this framework will be based on the development of the manual on the unit modular construction method.

Construction market situation has been changed quickly in the 21st century. One is a large variety of information, the other is the development of IT technology among the rest of the change. Accordingly, it is very important that information is managed systematically and made good use of broadly in proportion to the increase of information volume. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a applicable classification system in the construction phase. First of all, the Construction Information Classification proposed by the government is studied to apply the actual work and to build a applicable construction information classification for construction project. A base of the applicable classification system is the Construction Information Classification, SMM and Materials classification(Public Procurement Service). The applicable classification system to control and manage the construction information is consist of the 4 types : Facility classification, Element classification, Work classification, Resource classification (Materials, Equipment, Labor).

가스보일러에 의한 CO중독사고가 겨울철에 자주 발생함에 따라 '한국가스안전공사 가스보일러 사고예방 대책협의회'는 CO중독사고 예방대책을 마련하고 예방활동에 들어갔다. 그동안 협의회가 보일러의 제조ㆍ설치단계에서부터 검사 강화 및 기 설치된 보일러의 제조자 및 시공자의 안전관리 구축 등 안전관리체계의 개선을 통해 가스보일러 사고 방지에 크게 기여했으나, 아직도 가스보일러에 의한 CO중독사고가 근절되지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 협의회는 CO중독사과 예방을 위해 "가스보일러 설치관련 고시와 시공지침에 의한 철저한 시공, 꾸준한 안전관리가 중요하나 보다 근본적으로 무자격자에 의한 시공 차단에 적극 앞장서 사고예방에 만전을 기할 것"을 강조했다. 협의회가 발표한 가스보일러 사고현황 및 가스보일러의 설치기준은 다음과 같다.
