제품에 대한 소비자의 평가는 제품이 나타내는 전반적인 특성에 대하여 이루어지며, 이 과정에서 인간의 오감이 모두 작용한다. 최근 대두되기 시작하고 있는 다감각 디자인은 형태와 색상을 중심으로 한 시각 중심의 디자인에 시각분만 아니라 청각과 후각 등의 감각요소를 추가하려는 시도를 하고 있다. 제품 디자인에 다감각을 활용하기 위해서는 복합적인 감각자극과 인간의 감성 사이의 관계가 명확하게 이해되어야 하며, 복합자극 이전에 시각 이외의 단순 감각자극에 의한 감성 변화에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 음향자극에 대한 감성변화를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 선별된 30개 음향을 대상으로 6쌍의 감성어휘를 이용하여 평가한 결과, 음향이 피실험자의 감성에 변화를 발생시키는 것을 확인하였다. 감성의 변화는 음향의 물리적 속성 분만 아니라 사용자 자신의 개인적, 사회적, 문화적 요인에 의해 차이를 보였으며, 이 결과는 감성의 개인적 속성을 확인시켜 주었다.

시사일러스트레이션은 80년대 이후 인쇄매체의 다양화로 인하여 매우 활발하게 적용되어지고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 시사일러스트레이션의 경우 시각적 커뮤니케이션 매체로서의 기능을 독립적으로 발휘하지 못하고, 아직도 과거의 일러스트레이션과 같이 텍스트의 복조역활을 하고 있거나 또는 지면을 장식해주는 단순한 그래픽 적 요소로서의 역할만 하는 경우가 많이 있다. 현재 시사 매거진의 주당 발행 부수가 70여만에 이른다는 점을 감안할 때 그 역할이 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있으므로, 본 논문에서는 그 동안 일러스트레이션의 평가가“잘 그렸다”,“못 그렸다”는 식의 평가방식을 벗어나 가능한 한 학술적인 근거를 갖는 평가 기준을 세워 보고자 하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 평가의 기준으로서는 우선 일러스트레이션을 시각적 정보전달 매체로서의 기능적 측면이 될 수 있는“소통 성(Communicability)”과 모든 시각적 조형예술작품의 경우와 마찬가지로 그의“조형성(Shape-Quality)”측면에서 검토가 가능하도록 하여“유사성 문제”,“가시적 특징 파악의 문제”그리고“객관성 문제”등 8가지의 기준을 세워보고자 하는 데에 그 의의를 두고 있다.

Objective : The purpose was the effect of sensory integration therapy combined with an eye tracker on the sensory processing and visual perception of children with developmental disabilities. Methods : It was a single-subject study with a multiple baseline design between subjects, and the intervention applied sensory integration therapy combined with an eye tracker. Visual-motor speed and saccadic eye movements were assessed at each session of baseline and intervention periods. As pre- and post-evaluation, sensory profile, Korean-Developmental Test of Visual Perception and Trail Making Test were conducted. The results of each session evaluation and pre- and post-evaluation researched the effectiveness of the intervention through visual analysis and trend line analysis. Results : As a result of the evaluation for each session, the slope of the trend line for all children in visual-motor speed and saccadic eye movement increased sharply during the intervention compared to the baseline. As a result of the pre- and post-evaluation, the sensory processing of movement, body position, and visual changed from more than that of peers to a level similar to that of peers. In visual perception, all children's ability of Visual Closure increased. As a result of Trail Making Test conducted to confirm the improvement of children's visual tracking and visual-motor abilities, all children showed a decrease in performance time after the test compared to before. Conclusion : It was confirmed that sensory integration therapy combined with an eye tracker for developmental disabilities has effect on sensory processing and visual perception. It is expected to play an important role clinically as it can stimulate children's interest and motivation in line with recent technological improvements and the spread of smart devices.

The interaction between web site and it's user is more active and free than that of any other interface environment. Consequently, it is very important that user interface environment must be fully considered in web site development process. In this study, first, web interface environment and it's features are examined, then web usability test techniques are analyzed, and on the basis of the results, new tool for visualizing various responses and patterns of web site user is developed. Finally, by applying newly developed tool to usability test process of an internal hub site and analyzing the results, effective methods for visualization and evaluation of using patterns of web site are suggested.

한국과 인도 간 관계(이후 한국-인도 관계)는 오랜 역사를 통해 정치, 사회, 경제 및 전략적 측면에서 지속적으로 발전되었다. 특히 인도의 "동방정책(Look East Policy)" 채택과 한국의 "중견국 외교(Middle-power diplomacy)" 선언 간 동질성을 모색하는 차원에서 최근에 더욱 긴밀히 발전되고 있다. 즉 최근에 이르러 갑자기 발전된 관계가 아니라는 논지이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한국과 인도 간 관계를 역사적 시각, 탈냉전 이후 시각, 경제적 시각 및 교육 및 문화적 그리고 지정학적 시각에서 평가하고자 한다. 특히 역내 중견국(middle power) 대표적 국가를 활용한 긴밀한 전략적 협력을 강조하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2004년 노무현 대통령의 인도 공식 방문 이후 2015년 1월 박근혜 대통령의 방문까지의 양국 간 전략적 협력 관계를 조명해 본다. 이에 따라 양국 관계는 이미 공개된 바와 같이 이는 사이버, 방산, 군사협력 및 정보교환 등의 분야로 구체화되고 있다. 일부는 이를 중국을 견제하는 양국 간의 협력이라고 평가하나, 본 논문은 특정 국가를 지목하기보다, 역내 중견국으로서의 전략적 관계 증진을 통한 역내 이익 보호에 있다고 평가한다. 특히 양국 간을 지리적으로 연결하는 해양을 통한 해양협력에 대한 논의를 추가한다. 예를 들면 역내 자연재난 구조작전(DR operation) 및 인도주의 지원작전(HA operation) 해양협력과 현재 진행되고 있는 아덴만 해적퇴치작전(Anti-piracy naval operation)이다.

Visualization elements as the technology to offer information to users effectively have become more important. In this study, we evaluate the usefulness of visualization elements in InSciTe which is a technology intelligence service developed by using Semantic Web technologies and text mining technologies for establishing R&D strategy using papers and patents. We propose design which can be preferred by users and applying methods of visualization elements through the quantitative and qualitative evaluation about each types of service. As a result of evaluation, we conclude that the visualization elements in InSciTe are implemented user-friendly to improve user's cognitive intuition.

We conducted a long-term and short-term usability testing on the built-in speech synthesizer of a screen-reader for the people with visual impairments. A total of 20 persons with visual impairments participated in the short-term usability testing, and 10 of them participated in the long-term usability testing. Naturalness and clarity of the synthetic speech were evaluated by MOS scores, preference for various synthetic speeches was examined through a preference test, and the users' satisfaction level and other requirements for the synthetic speech were evaluated by open feedback. We also examined naturalness, clarity, preference, and user requirements for the synthetic speech through a long-term usability testing. Then, we compare and contrast the long-term and short-term usability testing results.

The GNSS receiver for KSLV(Korea Space Launch Vehicle)-II provides real-time navigation data as well as precise time and time interval. The precise time signals provided by the GNSS receiver that can be used for the time synchronization between onboard systems, and between the onboard systems and ground stations have the forms of the 1PPS(One Pulse Per Second) and IRIG-B(Inter-Range Instrumentation Group Time Code B) which are synchronized with UTC(Coordinated Universal Time). A signal for timing faults also informs whether the time synchronization signals are available or not. This paper describes the time synchronization signals of the GNSS receiver for KSLV-II and their performance assessment.

High dynamic range (HDR) imaging is a techniques used in imaging to reproduce a greater dynamic range of luminosity than is possible with standard digital imaging. Tone mapping of HDR images for realistic display is commonly studied. However, scientific visualization of HDR image for analysis of scene luminance has much less attention. In this paper, we present and implement a simple approach for the reproduction and visualization of color information in HDR images. We attempt several simple color visualizing functions, and estimate their effectiveness through the evaluation factors with common HDR images.

정보화부문에 대한 투자가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그에 따라 투자한 데 대한 평가에 대한 수요도 급증하고 있다. 평가는 사업추진에 대한 책무성을 높이고 투자대비효과에 대한 검증과정으로서 정부부문에서는 필수적이다. 평가는 그 목적이나 활용에 따라 다양한 시각에서 주체가 다양할 수 있다. 그 어떤 정부기능도 배타적일 수는 없고 오히려 기능간에 어느정도의 중복성은 서로 다른 정책적 지향성을 갖는 현재의 정부조직의 편제에 비추어볼 때 평가도 다양한 시각에서 시행될 수 있다. 그러나 현재 정보화부문에 대한 평가는 지나치게 그 주체가 다기화되어 있고 다양한 주체가 시행하는 평가임에도 불구하고, 그 차별화는 명확하지 않아 평가중복에 대한 불만이 팽배하고 있다는 점이 문제이다. 뿐만 아니라 최근 국내외적으로 관심이 고조되고 있는 성과관리의 개념을 평가 제도가 갖는 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 어떻게 도입할 것인가에 대한 방안 모색이 시급하다. 이 연구는 이러한 취지에서 현재의 정보화부문에 대한 평가제도를 고찰하고 문제점을 도출하여 정보화투자의 실효성을 높이기 위한 평가체계 및 제도화 방안은 무엇인지 그 방향을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
